新中国70年中国共产党青年工作的基本经验

新中国成立70年来,中国共产党始终高度重视青年工作,把青年工作摆在关系党和国家发展的重要地位。70年来,我们党对青年及其特点、青年工作方法及其规律等认识逐渐深化,党的青年工作取得了巨大成就,同时也积累了丰富的经验。概括起来集中体现在：“党管青年”是党的青年工作的根本原则,思想政治教育是党的青年工作的中心环节,服务党的中心任务是党的青年工作的根本要求,共青团是党的青年工作的关键着力点,充分尊重青年的主体地位是党的青年工作的出发点与落脚点。     

论高校共青团在创新型人才培养中的作用

文章围绕创新型人才培养的环节和过程,从校园文化和学术氛围的营造、科研训练和实践平台的搭建、引导学生科研的组织发展以及保障制度和激励机制的建立等方面,论述了高等学校共青团组织在创新型人才培养中的不可替代作用.     

“Family-Friendly” Fringe Benefits and the Gender Wage Gap

Evidence suggests a large portion of the gender wage gap is explained by gender occupational segregation. A common hypothesis is that gender differences in preferences or abilities explain this segregation; women may prefer jobs that provide more “family-friendly” fringe benefits. Much of the research provides no direct evidence on gender differences in access to fringe benefits, nor how provision affects wages. Using data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 1979, we find that women are more likely to receive family-friendly benefits, but not other types of fringe benefits. We find no evidence that the differences in fringe benefits explain the gender wage gap.

Affect Regulation of Homeless Youth Once in the Child Welfare System

This study examines experiences of homeless youth who were formerly part of the child welfare system. Using concepts from self psychology, 12 young adults between the ages of 18 and 26 participated in a semi-structured qualitative interview to gather information regarding their experiences prior to, during, and since having exited substitute care and completed a standardized measure of current functioning. Underlying subjects’ experiences is a pervasive sense of repeated disappointment from relationships and efforts to find idealizable others. A conceptual model for understanding these experiences is proposed.     

关于当前大学生青年志愿者活动的实践与思考

青年志愿者活动是青年文明工程的重要组成部分.近年来大学生青年志愿者活动在内容与形式上均取得了较大发展,形成了鲜明的特征;同时在大学生青年志愿者活动发展过程中也暴露出了一些矛盾和问题,必须多角度地加强工作力度,改进工作方法才能推动其发展.     

“团一大”前后共产党人对青年运动方向的探索——以张太雷为例

近代中国半殖民地半封建社会的性质决定着中国青年有其自身两大弱点:即革命立场模糊和阶级意识淡薄。因此,中国青年运动要实现由激进资产阶级民主主义运动向马克思主义运动的革命性质转换,必须要坚持走与工农结合的发展道路,这是一条基本经验。以张太雷为代表的共产党人在"团一大"前后,用马克思主义的基本原理对中国青年运动的发展道路进行了有益的探索。     

青年对主流价值观的认同及内化机制

作为现代化建设承载者的当代青年,价值认同的主流是积极向上的,但仍在一定程度上存在着认同危机。造成这种危机的主要因素是多重的,国内外社会环境的剧烈变化,使青年思想行为的多元化趋势日益明显;自我意识过于凸显,造成个人价值追求恰当性的失控;教育中主流价值观的弱化,造成青年价值追求方向的偏离;网络的消极影响,带来青年价值认同的迷惘。优化教化机制,优化情景机制,优化体验机制,优化固化机制,促使青年对核心价值观内化,是当代青年对主流价值观认同的主要途径。     

工程操作中反应复杂度效应的另一种解释

本文在分析人类一般工程操作活动的基础上 ,概括出人类操作活动的实验模型为交叠作业模型 ,进而 ,经实验证实 :在人机操作界面设计中 ,若一次S→R过程中有一选择反应作业的反应集为R ,且信号识别条件相等 ,如果只降低某一操作Rj (R Rj|j=1,2 ,...,n)的复杂度不能提高Rj 的绩效 ;有效途径是应降低这一组操作R的平均复杂度

本文试图对知青小说的审美风格作一个宏观的描述,既探讨知青小说的总体风格,也探讨在每一阶段所表现出来的差异性。从倾诉批判中体现的浓烈悲剧性,到苦闷感伤、悲壮高昂、绵远幽深的意境,到冷峻纪实的风格,集中展示长达十多年的知青小说斑澜多彩的风貌,从而勾勒出知青小说审美风格的演变     

Beyond social networking: Performing global Englishes in Facebook by college youth in Nepal1

Until recently, scholarship on online social networking has mostly focused on issues of social relationship, privacy, identity and literacy. Research on the interface between multilingualism, multimodality and online social networking from a discursive perspective is relatively limited. This ethno‐graphic study draws data from Facebook pages composed and hosted over two years by three economically and educationally privileged undergraduate students in Nepal and uses conceptual constructs of mediascape, convergence culture and global Englishes. The study investigates how the advent of social networking online in Facebook by college youth has influenced their use of the English language and other semiotic resources to index both their local and cosmopolitan identities. Findings suggest that these youth are using social networking to redefine the role of English in relation to their existing social relationships, innovatively mixing English and Nepali in order to construct their bilingual identities, and embedding English with other texts to recontextualize both local and global media content. The paper concludes with a summary of major findings which suggest that online social networking practices have significantly helped to bring about a cultural change among this particular social group in Nepal.
