毛泽东发动“尊法批儒”运动的直接原因在于利用法家厚今薄古的思想为“革命”进行辩护.“尊法批儒”运动的深层原因在于人类文化演进的否定之否定的规律.“尊法批儒”给我们的启示是:当代中国文化建设一方面必须捍卫其现代性指向,另一方面应当追求现代化与传统文化资源的完美契合.     

Gouverner l’environnement dans les villes européennes: des configurations d’acteurs restructurées pour la production des politiques urbaines

This article focuses on the evolution of the actors involved in environmental decision-making at the urban scale covering a period from the early eighties up to the present. Through the cases of Manchester (United Kingdom) and Saint-Étienne (France), we aim at showing that the shift in discourse from “local environment” to “sustainable development” lead to a dramatic change in the actors involved in the production of urban environmental policies. This evolution will be explained by a transformation of the sources of legitimacy of local political elites (with the rise of output-oriented legitimacy) and a transformation of the political resources they mobilised. This evolution could be analysed as a stronger investment of urban political elites in the “policies” dimension of their work.     

《红楼梦》俄译本中俗语翻译问题研究

科米萨罗夫提出的语用适应理论，要求在翻译过程中需要进行语用适应性的调整，使译作的语用影响与原作一致。俄罗斯著名汉学家帕那休克翻译的《红楼梦》俄译本在俗语俄译过程中采取了不同的语用适用策略，即保障对等理解、传达情感效果、完成“翻译外最高任务”等原则，较好地表达了《红楼梦》中俗语所蕴含着丰富的语用意义。     

Strategies in dynamic decision making - An experimental investigation of the rationality of decision behaviour

This paper is concerned with the question of how people tackle dynamic decision problems. It is on the interface between economics and psychology. Economic theory has a well-defined theory of how people should tackle such problems, but experimental evidence suggests that these are not empirically valid, and particularly that people find dynamic decision problems complex and cognitively demanding. Psychologists have long been aware of such issues and have developed a suite of theories to explain behaviour in such contexts, but these have been largely developed in a static context. This paper attempts to build a bridge between the two disciplines by exploring decision processes in a dynamic problem for which economic theory provides clear predictions. To aid us in this quest we use an experimental design which enables us to infer the decision rules that people are using. We identify a number of distinct decision heuristics, which could usefully be embodied into economic models of dynamic decision making.     

北方方言中的人称代词“咱”

北方方言中的第一人称代词“咱”据吕叔湘先生的考证，由“自家”切合而成，现代汉语北方方言中“咱”一般指代复数人称，但是有些地区用“咱”指代单数人称，如辽宁中部地区方言、山西洪洞方言、山东潍坊方言等，这种特殊用法有的可能是保留了古音，有的则是方言修辞的一种体现。     

Le renouveau de l'inspection du travail dans le monde latin

Les auteurs examinent le rôle de l'inspection du travail dans un contexte de renouveau réglementaire. Ils distinguent le modèle latin – qui laisse aux inspecteurs la latitude d'ajuster leurs décisions à la situation de l'entreprise – de l'approche bien moins souple quiprévaut aux Etats‐Unis. Le premier concilie réglementation et flexibilité, mais comporte un risque d'arbitraire ou d'incohérences. Les inspecteurs pour‐raient être les troupes d'élite dans la bataille pour le travail décent si l'on prévient ces risques par la gestion de la culture d'entreprise, l'explicitation systématique des connaissances tacites quifondent leurs décisions et un approfondissement des recher‐ches sur les relations entre normes du travail et pratiques des entreprises.

汉语的词义最直接地体现着丰富而深邃的中华传统文化信息，尤其是古代汉语的词义保存了大量的原始性信息。我们可以将中国训诂学处理词汇意义的理论和方法与现代语义学的成果结合起来。从古代汉语的词义入手，探讨汉语词汇发展史中的一些问题。     

Therapeutic Intimacy

Abstract

This essay describes therapeutic intimacy as a deeply personal and evolving definition of what each therapist finds uniquely curative. The author arrived at her definition following the events of September 11, 2001, and notes that constructs such as vicarious traumatization do not adequately convey the profound impact that such a catastrophic event can have on the clinician's personal and professional life. She introduces the term “shared trauma” to describe the lasting, transformative changes in one's self-concept taking place when the clinician and client are exposed to a collective trauma. The arbitrariness of professional boundaries is captured through discussion of client narratives.     

La ségrégation entre hommes et femmes dans le secteur manufacturier formel indien de 1989–90 à 2000–01

Ayant calculé un indice de dissimilaritéà partir des enquêtes annuelles sur les entreprises de 1989–90 et 2000–01, les auteurs observent une atténuation de la ségrégation sexuelle dans le secteur manufacturier formel indien. Toutefois, le phénomène observé doit plus à l'évolution de la structure sectorielle de l'emploi qu'à la progression de la mixité. La mesure de l'indice est aussi sensible au degré de désagrégation des secteurs d'activité. A l'échelle nationale comme à celle des Etats, les possibilités d'emploi offertes aux femmes sont limitées et concentrées dans quelques branches traditionnelles: alimentation, tabac, textile et habillement.
