利率市场化是我国金融改革和金融发展的必然趋势。目前 ,我国利率市场化改革已取得一定的成绩和经验 ,但也面临着许多风险和制约因素 ,因此 ,我国利率市场化改革必须循序渐进 ,稳步推进。     

EXACT DISTRIBUTION OF CERTAIN GENERAL TEST STATISTICS IN MULTIVARIATE ANALYSIS

In this paper, exact solution of Wilks' type-B integral equation has been obtained in its most general form as a series of weighted gamma distributions. This general result then gives the distributions of many test statistics in multivariate analysis. In particular the distributions of Wilks' Λ, the sphericity test criterion, and Bartlett's test statistic, are derived in easily computable form.

本文对作者提出的计算直链饱和卤代烃沸点经验公式Ｔｂ（℃）＝１３３．５４ｎ~（１／２）＋１２３．４９ｒ_ｘ~（３／２）－１４．２９２ｎ~（１／２）ｒ_ｘ~（３／２）－－２７９．４进行了分析和探讨。由上式出发，讨论了直链饱和烃的沸点变化规律，计算了氢（Ｈ_２）和卤化氢（ＨＸ）的沸点，并与实际结果进行了比较，最后对修正项的意义也作了简要讨论。

New Explicit Examples of Fixed Points of Poisson Shot Noise Transforms

The main objective of this paper is to establish a close relation between the fixed points of Poisson shot noise transforms and perpetuities of a special type. With this relation it is shown that the gamma distributions, the generalized positive Linnik distributions, and the S2 distributions are fixed points of Poisson shot noise transforms. The paper also proves that log‐convexity of the response functions is not needed for non‐negative Poisson shot noise distributions to be self‐decomposable. Finally, the problems of existence and uniqueness of the above mentioned perpetuities are investigated.     

我校教学管理制度的几点变化

随着高等教育改革的深入以及高校的进一步扩招,我校基于学年制的教学管理制度已无法满足教学管理的需求,教务部门通过认真分析国内外高等教育的发展趋势,结合我校的实际情况,借鉴国内其他高校的相关经验,广泛听取全校师生的心声和意见,改进了原有的教学管理制度.本文主要从学分制、弹性学制、重修制度、学位授予等方面阐述了我校教学管理制度发生的变化和变化的原因.     

Quasi-random resampling for the bootstrap

Quasi-random sequences are known to give efficient numerical integration rules in many Bayesian statistical problems where the posterior distribution can be transformed into periodic functions on then-dimensional hypercube. From this idea we develop a quasi-random approach to the generation of resamples used for Monte Carlo approximations to bootstrap estimates of bias, variance and distribution functions. We demonstrate a major difference between quasi-random bootstrap resamples, which are generated by deterministic algorithms and have no true randomness, and the usual pseudo-random bootstrap resamples generated by the classical bootstrap approach. Various quasi-random approaches are considered and are shown via a simulation study to result in approximants that are competitive in terms of efficiency when compared with other bootstrap Monte Carlo procedures such as balanced and antithetic resampling.
