关于“十二五”时期上海社会发展的初步思考

社会发展的核心是促进人的全面发展,因此“十二五”时期上海的社会发展,应当按既定体系框架继续深化完善,落实“十一五”时期提出的工作原则和目标,逐步夯实未来长远发展的基础。特别要注意处理好社会发展与经济发展的关系、率先探索与衔接国家政策体系的关系。建议“十二五”时期上海社会发展的基本思路,重点落实在完善社会保障体系、坚持公益性和产业性相分离以及创新社会管理机制等方面。     

新中国民族理论研究特色论——构建中国民族理论话语体系研究系列之一

在中国民族学的理论来源及其发展上,无论是舶来说、本土化,还是中国化,都是把西方民族学作为中国民族学研究的理论出发点和立足点,难免会陷入一种以经典诠释现实、以今套古、以外导内的研究困境。坚持中国民族理论的中国特色论,就在于从我国统一多民族国家的历史以及几千年的民族传统文化的解读和研究出发,以中国各民族的发展史来作为中国民族理论研究的主干思想,中学为主西学为用,这样才能促进中国特色社会主义民族理论体系的完善和发展。     

从12SrRNA部分基因序列探讨鳄的系统发生关系

本文用常规方法测定了雅卡凯门鳄（caiman yacane）、新几内亚鳄（crocodylus novaeguineae）等2种鳄类的约400bp的mtDNA12SrRNA基因片段的部分序列,所测序列与GenBank中的其他18种鳄类的12SrRNA基因相应片段同源序列一起经Clustal X1．8软件进行比对,并以乌龟（chinemys reevesii）为外群,用ClustalX（1．8）,Mega2软件以及paup软件将这20种鳄的12SrRNA基因部分序列进行比对后构建了20种鳄的进化关系树,并分别用NJ树,MP树探讨它们之间的系统发生关系。其结果显示：食鱼鳄属Gavialis与马来假食鱼鳄属Tomistoma的亲缘关系较近,构成姐妹群并位于鳄科分支的基部。非洲窄吻鳄（Crocodylus cataphractus）与骨喉鳄（Osteolaemus retraspis）形成姐妹群,它们的亲缘关系比与其它真鳄类的关系更近,赞同非洲窄吻鳄应从鳄属中独土出来归属于长吻鳄属Mecistops的观点,因此鳄科包括鳄属、骨喉鳄属和长吻鳄属,它们的关系为（鳄属（骨喉鳄属,长吻鳄属））。鼍科4属中凯门鳄属与黑鳄属关系最近,接下来的是古鳄属、鼍属,而且鼍属是鼍科中起源最早的类群。扬予鳄（Alligator sinensis）与密河鳄（Alligator mississippiensis）较近的亲缘关系得到支持,但它们并没有形成姐妹群关系。     

印尼J区块层序地层与沉积相特征研究

利用层序地层学理论,对印尼J区块古近系—新近系的层序地层和沉积相特征进行了研究。古近系—新近系可以分为7个中期基准面旋回（SQ1SQ7）和17个短期基准面旋回。SQ1SQ7沉积时期,沉积环境从陆相河流环境逐渐过渡到三角洲环境和浅海环境,再到河流环境,为一完整的水进-水退旋回。中下部层序上升旋回占主体,属海进式沉积组合序列;上部层序下降旋回占主体,多为海退式沉积组合序列。结合层序特征,指出区块西部凸起带SQ5旋回的浊积砂体、基底风化壳、碳酸盐岩台地和东部斜坡带的下切谷为区块的有利勘探区带。研究结果对该盆地的石油勘探具有指导意义。     

经典的穿越与对接——《再别康桥》与《关雎》之关系发微

作为中国古典诗歌与现代诗歌的经典名篇,《关雎》与《再别康桥》自问世之后,一直传唱不衰。从诗歌主题、意象选择、创作风格三个方面比照两首诗作可以发现:《再别康桥》对于《关雎》的承继绝不仅仅是在用典,这两首相距两千多年的诗歌创作在艺术精神上是如此默契,《关雎》的情意、《关雎》的美穿越了时空,在现代大诗人徐志摩的《再别康桥》中有了一次完美的对接。     

Approximation of the distribution of excesses through a generalized probability-weighted moments method

The POT (peaks-over-threshold) approach consists in using the generalized Pareto distribution (GPD) to approximate the distribution of excesses over a threshold. In this paper, we consider this approximation using a generalized probability-weighted moments (GPWM) method. We study the asymptotic behaviour of our new estimators and also the functional bias of the GPD as an estimate of the distribution function of the excesses. A simulation study is provided in order to appreciate the efficiency of our approach.     

Rényi statistics for testing hypotheses in mixed linear regression models

Rényi divergences are used to propose some statistics for testing general hypotheses in mixed linear regression models. The asymptotic distribution of these tests statistics, of the Kullback–Leibler and of the likelihood ratio statistics are provided, assuming that the sample size and the number of levels of the random factors tend to infinity. A simulation study is carried out to analyze and compare the behavior of the proposed tests when the sample size and number of levels are small.     

A lower-bound oracle inequality for a blockwise-shrinkage estimate

Efromovich-Pinsker and Stein blockwise-shrinkage estimates are traditionally studied via upper-bound oracle inequalities, which bound the estimate's risk from above by the oracle's risk plus a remainder term. These bounds allow one to establish sufficient conditions for attaining the oracle's risk. To explore necessary conditions, this article develops a lower-bound oracle inequality, which bounds the estimate's risk from below by the oracle's risk minus a remainder term. In particular, the lower bound implies that thresholds must vanish for attaining the oracle's risk.     

上海“十二五”城市建设方针和重点领域探讨

改革开放以来,上海城市建设的重心一直在中心城区。世博会后,城市建设的重心必将逐步转移至城郊地区。同时,上海已进入工业化后期阶段,只有统筹城郊发展,加快郊区建设步伐,才能在新起点上实现新飞跃。“十二五”时期上海城市建设方针应是“郊区为主,聚焦新城;生态优先,宜居为重;城乡统筹,协调发展”,聚焦综合性新城、农村基础设施等重点领域的投资建设。
