中小企业成长战略的探讨--江苏通润集团成长的个案分析

本文从江苏通润集团成长的历程探讨中小企业成长的机理.认为该集团的成长过程不仅是一个不断克服危机、积累资本的过程,而且还是一个捕捉机遇、培育核心能力的过程.通过对通润集团成长历程的剖析,揭示出中小企业成长的方式可以是多样的,企业资源的配置应在发展战略总目标的基础上,根据具体的环境变化来进行;说明了企业战略、产业转移与成长密切的相互关系以及培育企业核心能力的策略性步骤,为中小企业在经济全球化条件下的成长方式提供了可资借鉴的案例.     

Logistic regression and other discrete data models for serially correlated observations

Summary We consider the analysis of discrete serially correlated data in the presence of time dependent covariates. If the interest is to relate the covariates to the marginal distribution of the data, Markov chains are an obvious tool to consider, but their use is complicated by the fact that they are expressed in terms of transitional rather than marginal probabilities. We show how to parametrize the transition matrix in a suitable way so that interpretation is as desired. The focus is on binary and Poisson data, but the methodology can be adopted also with other discrete data distributions.

2004年论文辅文信息的研究——兼与1998～2003年教育类期刊比较

论著中的辅文信息备受读者的重视,同时也为文献信息服务提供了信息检索、传递、统计的依据。本文对37种教育OD专业期刊论文的辅文信息进行统计与分析,并与都柏林元数椐、与2000年图书情报类辅文信息、与1998、2001~2003年同类调查信息作了比较。根据统计分析结果提出了增加辅文信息总量,统一编排格式,奖励辅文标准化、规范化的期刊和辅文借鉴都柏林元数据的建议。     

汉英词典100核心词义项分布研究

在认定《现汉》《牛津》《韦氏》等汉英词典是同类词典的基础上，对这些词典中100核心词的义项数目及其分布进行简要对比，发现与《牛津》《韦氏》等英语词典相比，《现汉》等汉语词典在核心词的义项划分方面比较粗疏。

高校德育是社会主义核心价值体系建设的重要基础工程，社会主义核心价值体系在德育中占有重要地位，而这个重要地位是在引领中实现的。高校教育德育工作者应当结合大学生的实际状况，从文化建设的视觉，领会社会主义核心价值体系对高校德育的引领作用，进而有的放矢地开展德育，培养大学生成为理想远大、热爱祖国的人，追求真理、勇于刨新的人，德才兼备、全面发展的人，视野开阔、胸怀宽广的人，知行统一、脚踏实地的人。     

Peer and Selection Effects on Youth Smoking in California

Previous research has found that youth smoking choices are strongly influenced by peer smoking. However, these studies often fail to account for simultaneity and nonrandom peer selection. This article describes an equilibrium model of peer effects that incorporates both of these features, and estimates its parameters using data on California teenagers. Identification is aided by using the influence of observable variables on group selection as a proxy for the influence of unobservables. I find that the effect of peer smoking on the decision to smoke is much weaker than found in previous studies.     

国家语委"通用语料库·核心库"的词表提取及词汇构成分析

在真实语料中提取词表面临着许多技术与理论上的难点与困难,但它又有着特殊的价值."通用语料库"是国家语委组织研制的大型语料库,基本反映了现代汉语的语言面貌,完成对它的词表提取,其过程、做法及词表结果,都有着重要意义.机器分词时会遇到分词的正确性、加工精度的可容性、机器分词的强制性、机器分词的局限性等问题.源于真实语料的词表清楚反映出断代词汇由语言词和言语词两个层面构成,两个层面的词语之间有着互渗作用.源于真实语料的词表存在着书面语与口语的差异,不规范现象也较普遍存在,在词语的普遍性上与断代词汇有着相当的距离.     

论儒家思想对刘勰《文心雕龙》创作的影响——以《序志》篇为主

刘勰生活于儒、释、道三教合流的齐梁时代,因此他的文论思想深受三教的影响,而其中尤以儒家思想影响最甚。以《文心雕龙.序志》篇为切入点,可从人生志向、创作动机及论文方法三个方面深入探讨儒家思想对刘勰《文心雕龙》创作的影响以及刘勰对儒家经典文学化的创造性阐发。     

CO-tucker: a new method for the simultaneous analysis of a sequence of paired tables

Relationships between species and their environment are a key component to understand ecological communities. Usually, this kind of data are repeated over time or space for communities and their environment, which leads to a sequence of pairs of ecological tables, i.e. multi-way matrices. This work proposes a new method which is a combined approach of STATICO and Tucker3 techniques and deals to the problem of describing not only the stable part of the dynamics of structure–function relationships between communities and their environment (in different locations and/or at different times), but also the interactions and changes associated with the ecosystems’ dynamics. At the same time, emphasis is given to the comparison with the STATICO method on the same (real) data set, where advantages and drawbacks are explored and discussed. Thus, this study produces a general methodological framework and develops a new technique to facilitate the use of these practices by researchers. Furthermore, from this first approach with estuarine environmental data one of the major advantages of modeling ecological data sets with the CO-TUCKER model is the gain in interpretability.
