分析了企业供应链管理的各种形态、特点及其发展过程 ,阐述了在电子商务环境下 ,基于电子商务的企业供应链管理与企业核心竞争力的关系 ,说明了基于扩展供应链的协同商务和集成化的企业供应链管理对我国企业在未来的国际竞争中的重要作用 ,指出了借助于电子商务和协同商务模式 ,将给现代企业的发展带来新的机会     

SMOOTH TRANSITION AUTOREGRESSIVE MODELS — A SURVEY OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS

This paper surveys recent developments related to the smooth transition autoregressive (STAR) time series model and several of its variants. We put emphasis on new methods for testing for STAR nonlinearity, model evaluation, and forecasting. Several useful extensions of the basic STAR model, which concern multiple regimes, time-varying non-linear properties, and models for vector time series, are also reviewed.     

ESTIMATION OF THE VECTOR MOVING AVERAGE MODEL BY VECTOR AUTOREGRESSION

We examine a simple estimator for the multivariate moving average model based on vector autoregressive approximation. In finite samples the estimator has a bias which is low where roots of the characteristic equation are well away from the unit circle, and more substantial where one or more roots have modulus near unity. We show that the representation estimated by this multivariate technique is consistent and asymptotically invertible. This estimator has significant computational advantages over Maximum Likelihood, and more importantly may be more robust than ML to mis-specification of the vector moving average model. The estimation method is applied to a VMA model of wholesale and retail inventories, using Canadian data on inventory investment, and allows us to examine the propagation of shocks between the two classes of inventory.

Lower bounds on Bayes risks for estimating a normal variance: With applications

Brown and Gajek (1990) gave useful lower bounds on Bayes risks, which improve on earlier bounds by various authors. Many of these use the information inequality. For estimating a normal variance using the invariant quadratic loss and any arbitrary prior on the reciprocal of the variance that is a mixture of Gamma distributions, we obtain lower bounds on Bayes risks that are different from Borovkov-Sakhanienko bounds. The main tool is convexity of appropriate functionals as opposed to the information inequality. The bounds are then applied to many specific examples, including the multi-Bayesian setup (Zidek and his coauthors). Subsequent use of moment theory and geometry gives a number of new results on efficiency of estimates which are linear in the sufficient statistic. These results complement earlier results of Donoho, Liu and MacGibbon (1990), Johnstone and MacGibbon (1992) and Vidakovic and DasGupta (1994) for the location case.     

A class of modified stein estimators with easily computable risk functions

Consider the problem of estimating the mean of a p (≥3)-variate multi-normal distribution with identity variance-covariance matrix and with unweighted sum of squared error loss. A class of minimax, noncomparable (i.e. no estimate in the class dominates any other estimate in the class) estimates is proposed; the class contains rules dominating the simple James-Stein estimates. The estimates are essentially smoothed versions of the scaled, truncated James-Stein estimates studied by Efron and Morris. Explicit and analytically tractable expressions for their risks are obtained and are used to give guidelines for selecting estimates within the class.     

党的历史方位与党的建设内外部条件分析

党的十六大报告对党的历史方位做出了科学判断。本文从党的历史方位角度就执政党的内外部条件进行了分析,并侧重分析了这些条件变化对党的建设提出的新课题,认为应该增强党的建设的忧患意识。     

化学镀Ni－P－B_4C合金的研究

研究了化学复合镀Ｎｉ－Ｐ－Ｂ４Ｃ合金镀液的组成、工艺和镀层性能，研究的结果表明，镀液中的Ｂ４Ｃ微粒含量在１０～１５ｇ·Ｌ－１时，能获得性能较好的镀层，且具有特别高的硬度。
