Repetitive variable acceptance sampling plan for one-sided specification

In this paper, a variable repetitive group sampling plans based on one-sided process capability indices is proposed to deal with lot sentencing for one-sided specifications. The parameters of the proposed plans are tabulated for some combinations of acceptance quality levels with commonly used producer's risk and consumer's risk. The efficiency of the proposed plan is compared with the Pearn and Wu [Critical acceptance values and sample sizes of a variables sampling plan for very low fraction of defectives. Omega – Int J Manag Sci. 2006;34(1):90–101] plan in terms of sample size and the power curve. One example is given to illustrate the proposed methodology.

研究了局部均衡函数,定义了改进的局部变权向量,提出了与之对应的状态局部变权向量和局部均衡函数,证明了两类函数是局部均衡函数;利用局部变权向量建立了企业信用评估模型,并通过实例说明了该理论是有效的和合理的.     

The economic design of multivariate binomial EWMA VSSI control charts

Since multi-attribute control charts have received little attention compared with multivariate variable control charts, this research is concerned with developing a new methodology to employ the multivariate exponentially weighted moving average (MEWMA) charts for m-attribute binomial processes; the attributes being the number of nonconforming items. Moreover, since the variable sample size and sampling interval (VSSI) MEWMA charts detect small process mean shifts faster than the traditional MEWMA, an economic design of the VSSI MEWMA chart is proposed to obtain the optimum design parameters of the chart. The sample size, the sampling interval, and the warning/action limit coefficients are obtained using a genetic algorithm such that the expected total cost per hour is minimized. At the end, a sensitivity analysis has been carried out to investigate the effects of the cost and the model parameters on the solution of the economic design of the VSSI MEWMA chart.

桂林龙脊梯田的农耕文明和乡土文化是自然景观与乡愁旅游资源的综合体,承载着景区的历史记忆,是延续和传承龙脊梯田景区乡愁文化的重要表征。留住乡愁文化对于传承当地的历史文化、重塑乡愁记忆和树立乡土文化自信具有重要作用。村民作为龙脊梯田景区乡愁旅游感知的内部视野,与作为外部视角的政府、游客和媒体有着不一样的建构策略,在深描各行动者如何"留住"与"重塑"乡愁的基础上,提出活化社会记忆、激发集体记忆、凝聚情感记忆和赋能媒介记忆的乡愁旅游发展路径,旨在强化乡愁旅游主体地位、增强乡愁文化认同、搭建乡愁情感纽带和创新乡愁文化感知。     

Bayesian inference for zero-and-one-inflated geometric distribution regression model using Pólya-Gamma latent variables

Abstract

In the fields of internet financial transactions and reliability engineering, there could be more zero and one observations simultaneously. In this paper, considering that it is beyond the range where the conventional model can fit, zero-and-one-inflated geometric distribution regression model is proposed. Ingeniously introducing Pólya-Gamma latent variables in the Bayesian inference, posterior sampling with high-dimensional parameters is converted to latent variables sampling and posterior sampling with lower-dimensional parameters, respectively. Circumventing the need for Metropolis-Hastings sampling, the sample with higher sampling efficiency is obtained. A simulation study is conducted to assess the performance of the proposed estimation for various sample sizes. Finally, a doctoral dissertation data set is analyzed to illustrate the practicability of the proposed method, research shows that zero-and-one-inflated geometric distribution regression model using Pólya-Gamma latent variables can achieve better fitting results.     

Penalized proportion estimation for non parametric mixture of regressions

Abstract

In this article, we propose a penalized local log-likelihood method to locally select the number of components in non parametric finite mixture of regression models via proportion shrinkage method. Mean functions and variance functions are estimated simultaneously. We show that the number of components can be estimated consistently, and further establish asymptotic normality of functional estimates. We use a modified EM algorithm to estimate the unknown functions. Simulations are conducted to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method. We illustrate our method via an empirical analysis of the housing price index data of United States.     

单指标非参数期权定价——改进的非参数定价方法

本文建立一种改进的非参数期权定价模型,称为单指标非参数期权定价模型。相比现有非参数回归期权定价模型是期权价格关于各个因素的多元回归函数,本模型通过变量变换把期权价格多个因素指标转换为一个综合变量——单指标,得到期权价格关于单指标的一元非参数回归方程。改进的模型实现了多元非参数期权定价模型的降维和简化了模型计算;还通过多个期限期权的单指标组合解决了非参数估计的样本数量问题;以及通过期限平滑解决了现有非参数定价模型中的日历效应问题。选取上证50ETF期权数据实证分析表明,无论是样本内的估计结果还是样本外的预测结果都比传统的Black-Scholes模型、半参数Black-Scholes模型和多元非参数回归期权定价模型估计效果有提高。     

组织特点、外部约束与行业协会能力

构建行业协会制度能力和服务能力测度指标,实证研究表明:协会组织特点、外部约束对于制度能力以及制度能力对于服务能力具有影响。组织特点中,协会兼职或离退休官员的存在不利于协会制度能力提高,尤其是离退休官员。收入虽然对制度能力没影响,但显著影响了服务能力。外部约束中,行业竞争不利于协会制度能力,也没有影响服务能力,反而容易诱发协会寻租活动。协会间竞争对于制度能力、服务能力都没有影响,但对寻租活动抑制效果显著。政策只对协会促进会员遵守规则的制度能力具有正向作用,对协会服务能力提升没有产生效果,仅减少了协会寻租可能。制度能力对于协会总体服务能力和正向服务能力都具有积极作用,而对于负向能力没有影响。
