课堂教学质量评价初探

课堂教学质量评价是教学质量监控的重要组成部分。本文对课堂教学质量评价的体系建立、组织实施、评价抽样数据的采集与处理 ,以及利用评价结果等问题进行了初步探讨 ,对评价中出现的原始结果可比性低的问题进行了讨论 ,并提出了处理的措施。     

Cooperation between politicians and econometricians and the search for optimal economic policy

The problem of formalizing the cooperation between politicians and econometricians as an iterative—or trial and error—process, such that the weights in a preference function can be obtained in a finite number of steps, is considered. The approach is based on the pioneering suggestions made by Tinbergen and Frisch within the framework of a formal theory of economic policy. Using the implicit information given by a possible and implementable dialogue between a policy maker and a model builder it is shown that it is possible to take into account explicitly the interdependence between targets, instruments, and weights.     

Significance levels for use in the analysis of combination drug trials

Proof of efficacy of fixed combination drugs under current guidelines requires that the combination be statistically significantly superior to each component and that, to insure model validity, each component be statistically significantly superior to a placebo. Simulations indicate that if each of these four tests is performed at a significance level of 0,05 then the actual test of effectiveness of the fixed combination drug is done at a significance level that can be as small as 0.0001. This would seem to be excessively conservative. Further simulations indicate that significance levels of approximately 0,10 to 0.20 should be employed for all tests except in unusual circumstances.     

中国绿色经济发展指数研究

文章界定了绿色经济与绿色经济发展指数,根据生态经济系统物质流动的原理与绿色经济的关系,构建了中国绿色经济发展指数,并运用"十一五"时期的数据对指数进行验证。测算结果表明:中国绿色经济发展处于低水平发展阶段,目前的绿色经济发展不具有典型绿色经济的性质。     

A framework for evaluating eHealth research

Health care is in the midst of a consumer-oriented technology explosion. Individuals of all ages and backgrounds have discovered eHealth. But the challenges of implementing and evaluating eHealth are just beginning to surface, and, as technology changes, new challenges emerge. Evaluation is critical to the future of eHealth. This article addresses four dimensions of eHealth evaluation: (1) design and methodology issues; (2) challenges related to the technology itself; (3) environmental issues that are not specific to eHealth but pose special problems for eHealth researchers; and (4) logistic or administrative concerns of the evaluation methodology selected. We suggest that these four dimensions must be integrated to provide a holistic framework for designing and implementing eHealth research projects, as well as for understanding the totality of the eHealth intervention. The framework must be flexible enough to adapt to a variety of end users, regardless of whether the end user is a healthcare organization, a for-profit business, a community organization, or an individual. The framework is depicted as a puzzle with four interlocking pieces.     

基于实物期权理论的IT基础设施投资评价研究

IT基础设施投资是信息化建设的基础条件,如何对这一战略投资进行合理评价是企业决策者最关心的问题。本文在充分阐述实物期权评价IT基础设施投资的必要性以后,借助具体的应用案例,给出实物期权评价框架,比较运用NPV法、简单的增长期权方法、复合期权方法对其进行评价后得出结论:实物期权理论,尤其是其中的复合期权方法更能客观地评价IT基础设施投资的实际价值。     

生态环境保护视域下的河套文明复归与展望——河套建立草农结合的生态经济产业的战略构想

目前河套地区的生态环境在严重退化,土地大面积沙化,农业耗水甚多,水质下降。而在古代,河套地区有着很好的生态环境。本原的河套文明应是草原文明——生态文明的一个重要组成部分。目前的河套文明是一个未能实现草农结合,而是逐步被农耕化的过程。解决河套地区的生态环境问题必须复归本原的河套文明,同时应加入现代因素,建立新的农业系统,发展草地农业系统。     

基于因子分析与DEA的港口行业上市公司经营效率评价

为评价港口行业上市公司的相对经营效率，本文提出一种将因子分析与DEA相结合的方法。即先用因子分析在备选指标中，提取出公因子资产积累和业务投入作为输入指标，财务所得和业务量作为输出指标。然后将11家港口行业上市公司2006年的经营数据作为指标值代入DEA模型进行计算，从而得出整体效率、纯技术效率和规模收益的评价结果。本文为评价和改善我国港口行业上市公司的经营效率提供了一种新的思路和有益参考。     

广东省国际竞争力评价指标体系研究

文章分析了建立省级区域国际竞争力评价指标体系的必要性 ,并对包含中国六个较先进省份在内的 1 9个国家和地区的国际竞争力进行评价。结果表明 ,中国六省市的国际竞争力明显低于发达国家 ,但高于发展中国家。文章进而分析了广东省国际竞争力的优势和劣势 ,对广东省如何提高国际竞争力的战略取向提出建议。     

翻译评价对学习者翻译能力的驱动

翻译能力的提高是每个学习者最为关注和孜孜以求的。本文分析了翻译能力及其构成维度,认为翻译能力是译者需要具备的一种由认知能力、语言能力、交际能力和自我评估能力等构成的综合能力,从哲学评价角度对翻译评价概念作了界定,探讨了以翻译评价为基础的翻译能力提高途径和翻译训练模式。
