近现代蒙古王公双重的历史角色

在中国近现代史上,蒙古王公有着庞大的群体,广袤的领地,位尊权重,声名显赫。在近现代的中国与蒙古扮演了复杂而又矛盾的历史角色:是中央政权统治蒙古的工具,是蒙古人民的剥削压迫者,是蒙古近代化的推动者与阻碍者,是民族分裂的罪人与维护祖国统一的功臣。究其根源,是蒙古王公的自私的、狭隘的封建统治阶级本质所致。     

Designing and facilitating collaboration in R&D: A case study

This case study aims to highlight the strategic decisions and managerial practices in the formation and operation of a co-located research unit within a national laboratory. The empirical evidence is based on interviews with members of the research unit as well as responses from a research environment survey. The findings of the case study suggest specific strategies that are conducive not only for the co-location of research units but also for research management in general. Principal among these are the need to balance increases in diversity and complexity with mechanisms of integration and the use of specific management practices and leadership qualities that support these activities.     

Out of machine age?: complexity, sociotechnical systems and actor network theory

This paper compares sociotechnical systems (STS) theory and actor network theory (ANT) as developed by Latour, Callon and Law. We examine how STS and ANT can be viewed as responses to rationalist/functionalist research on large sociotechnical systems and as extensions and elaborations of pragmatist/culturalist frameworks developed in sociology and anthropology. We reexamine, from an actor network perspective, Trist and Bamforth’s seminal article in which the concept of a sociotechnical system was introduced. We also discuss how STS ideas on interactive planning can be combined with concepts from ANT to investigate interdependent processes of invention and innovation in large sociotechnical networks.

复杂性思维方式和辩证逻辑

复杂性思维方式是一个多中心的开放的系统,辩证逻辑构成它的一个基本方面。辩证逻辑有维持＂反题＂和达到＂合题＂两种表现形态,它们分别关系到思维形式上的复杂性和思维内容上的复杂性。在辩证逻辑的后一种表现形态中呈现出复杂性思维方式与形式逻辑接合的典型方式：认识中出现的思维形式的矛盾反映了思维内容的矛盾,迫使认识主体改造思维内容;在通过非演绎的溯因推理创设新的元认识前提从而克服思维内容的矛盾之后,原有的思维形式上的复杂性就化解为更高层次的思维内容上的复杂性。复杂性思维方式作为辩证逻辑与简单性思维方式作为形式逻辑相比较而存在,而且前者作为一个动态的认识发展过程,把后者作为一个必要成分包含在自身之中。     

云南经济社会发展与复杂性理论

云南经济社会发展潜力巨大,前景诱人。然而同时,云南还具有一些特殊复杂性,对于这种复杂性,包括认识到的与尚未认识到的,如不慎重研究对待,则可能贻患于长远。鉴于云南经济社会发展还潜具某种发展风险,隐含某种发展难度,建议主要依托和应用钱学森提出的复杂巨系统理论,紧密结合云南的省情作深入研究,以促进本地区经济社会稳健和可持续的发展。     

Divided we stand: Defying hegemony in global public relations theory and practice?

The last decade has seen the world becoming increasingly complex. One way of dealing with complexity, according to Schwab (2010a), is to look for certainties or solutions that impose order by simplifying. The authors contend that this is a risk in public relations practice and the academy. While recognizing their benefits they warn against attempts to produce global models which also seek to impose hegemony and argue for maintaining a diversity that reflects reality. They take the cases of the UK and Singapore as respective exemplars where hegemony has arguably occurred and where it can still be resisted. They call for a professional and epistemological stand against hegemony.
