浅议广州大学城的食堂运营

文章就广州大学城建立高效、高质、多元、安全的食堂后勤保障体系应注意的问题进行了探讨.     

行政许可与城市建设

在城市建设领域,设定行政许可的目的是为了确保社会正义和公共安全。在方法上借鉴法律经济学的理论,兼顾行政许可成本等因素,就如何协调行政许可与城市建设的关系进行分析探讨,结论是:必须完善行政许可中的公众参与制度,适时地变革管理措施,健全责任追究制度,才能使行政许可的设立恰到好处。     

管委会对闽台创意农业合作绩效影响的实证研究

采用Lisrel8.70统计软件验证理论模型和研究假设,旨在探析管委会对闽台创意农业合作绩效的影响机理,拓展管理职能理论在闽台创意农业合作中的实际应用.研究发现:决策、组织、领导和控制的4个假设,除组织外,其余3个因素均得到实证数据支持:决策、领导和控制对闽台创意农业合作绩效均具有显著正向影响.研究结论为促进闽台创意农业合作绩效的提升提供决策依据,有助于进一步深化闽台创意农业合作,实现两地创意农业实力的共同提升.     

再论新时期高校的创业教育

创业教育是一种新的教育观念,它不但体现了素质教育的内涵,而且更应该突出教育创新和对学生实际能力的培养。在我国现阶段创业教育应突出强调转变学生的就业观念,提高学生的创业意识,增强学生的创业能力。本文结合民族地区高校教学改革的实际和创业教育方面存在的一些不足,对素质教育中加强创业教育问题进行了一定的探讨。     

世界城市创意产业发展及经验总结

基于纽约、伦敦及东京三市创意产业发展分析,可以看到这些世界城市创意产业已经逐渐走出了创意产业集聚发展的园区建设模式,更多关注城市核心区域与非核心区域的全面均衡发展,关注文化创意的传承与演化,具体表现在城市居民多样化、建设主体多元化、创意区域拓展化等方面。期冀国内城市在创意产业发展中也积极促进园区与社区的互动,把园区建成子区域文化中心,吸引普通居民的广泛创意参与。

本文论述了文献检索课教学与创新人才培养的关系，认为文献检索课不仅有利于学生拓宽知识面、更新知识，而且有利于培养学生的自学能力和创造能力，为创新人才的培养奠定基础。     

The economics of the nonprofit sector: Insights from the institutionalism of John R. Commons

While modern nonprofit economics is dominated by the neoclassical and new institutional economic paradigms, this paper develops an economic explanation of the nonprofit sector from the perspective of the original institutionalism of John R. Commons. Instead of focusing on the neoclassical conception of market optimality, John R. Commons’ theory of reasonable value draws attention to the nonprofit sector's role in attaining a reasonable quality of community life. In contrast to the new institutional economics conception of the superiority of full private property rights, John R. Commons’ theory of scarcity, efficiency, and transactions shows the specific property rights structure of the nonprofit organizational form to be well-suited for precisely that purpose. This argument is illustrated on the example of agricultural and rural nonprofit organizations, which make an important contribution to attaining a more reasonable quality of community life in rural areas worldwide.     

房产限购令向何处去

实施一年多的房产限购令一直面临合法性的质疑，另外还有期限模糊、寻找退出机制等紧迫问题。现行税收体制下，呼声最高的房产税并非限购令的适当替代制度选择。房产限购令符合行政许可的基本特征，可通过“政许可制度”来对房产限购令进行制度修补和正当化。行政许可制度是今后政府合法干预社会经济活动具有潜力的法律制度。     

Social and economic leader–member exchange and employee creative behavior: The role of employee willingness to take risks and emotional carrying capacity

In the current study we explore the relational aspect of leadership for stimulating employee creative behavior. Drawing on leader-member exchange (LMX) theory, we propose that the association between two distinct types of leader-member exchange relationships (social [SLMX] and economic [ELMX]) and creative behavior is mediated by employee willingness to take risks and moderated by emotional carrying capacity. Based on two-wave data from a sample of 147 employees, we surprisingly find only marginal support for the association between SLMX and creative behavior, and, as expected, we find no support for the association between ELMX and creative behavior. We do find evidence of the full mediation of willingness to take risks in these two associations. Furthermore, we also find a positively significant interaction of SLMX with emotional carrying capacity (ECC), but no support for the interaction of ELMX with ECC in predicting employee creative behavior. We contribute to a deeper view of understanding the leadership of employee creativity as a relational process, contingent upon both employee characteristics as well as the nature of leader-member exchange.
