生命力的赞歌——论劳伦斯变异的人文主义在《查泰莱夫人的情人》中的表现

D.H.劳伦斯希望通过恢复男女两性关系的自然性来拯救危机四伏的西方社会,在他的作品里充满了对生命力的赞美。他这一思想与西方传统的“人文主义”思想很相似,却并非完全相同,这一思想可称为变异的“人文主义”思想,他的这种思想集中表现在《查泰莱夫人的情人》中。     

抗氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白单克隆抗体的制备及其初步应用

用氧化修饰脂蛋白（ａ）对Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ小鼠免疫．利用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术制备了鼠抗人氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白（ｏｘｉｄａｔｉｖｅｌｙｍｏｄｉｆｉｅｄｌｏｗｄｅｎｓｉｔｙｌｉｐｏｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ，ｏｘＬＤＬ）单克隆抗体细胞株．以单克隆抗体包被建立了酶联免疫吸附（ＥＬＩＳＡ）双抗夹心法．用此法对１０例冠心病患者、６例其他心脏病患者、１０例正常健康人血浆中ｏｘＬＤＬ的含量进行了测定．结果表明，冠心病患者血浆中ｏｘＬＤＬ水平明显高于其他心脏病组和正常对照组．本实验所建立的方法对诊断冠心病患者血浆中的ｏｘＬＤＬ具有重要意义     

建立有效的国有企业管理人员的激励和约束机制

如何充分发挥国有企业管理人员的才能 ?如何针对国有企业管理人员的行为特征建立有效的激励和约束机制 ,从而解决激励不力、约束不力的问题 ?对这些问题的回答也正是搞活国有企业的关键所在。论文尝试建立针对国有企业管理人员的有效的激励、约束机制 ,从而推动国有企业的改革 ,实现国有资产的保值增值。     

仿人智能控制器的模糊自整定

仿人智能控制器（ＨＳＩＣ）是一类实时鲁棒的智能控制器，被成功用于不少工业过程，但在实际应用中，控制器参数的整定仍然依靠专家来进行，考虑到ＨＳＩＣ控制器参数与系统闭环响应过程特征参数之间的模糊关系，本文提出了一类基于模糊推理的参数自整定方法并用于温度对象的控制中，表明该方法是有效的。     

Efficiency improvement from multiple perspectives: An application to Japanese banking industry

The current study focuses on efficiency improvement for banking systems from multiple perspectives, which have different definitions of input/output about various attributes of a banking system. In this research we utilize data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Nash bargaining game (NBG) theory to improve inefficient banks in order to: (1) Make the inefficient bank be the state of Pareto Optimality for multiple perspectives, which can avoid discontentment of some perspectives. (2) Improve a bank by changing its attributes and provide various improving schemes for decision makers. A numerical case study of Japanese banks is also given to show the results of equilibrium solution from multiple perspectives.     

《蒙古语谚语数据库》的建立与实现

谚语是人们对自然现象,社会现象长期观察的艺术总结;是用有节奏的语言,完整地表达广大劳动人民的斗争经验和思想感情,富有教育意义的民间语言。目前在谚语数据库中收录了1800个蒙古语谚语,并设计了一套管理系统。谚语供人们学习母语中的丰富词语和典范的表达形式。本文主要介绍了该系统所涉及的工作及意义,设计宗旨及其具体实践的过程。     

近三十年新疆高校少数民族汉语教学研究述评

文章对1979年以来发表在新疆主要刊物和区外核心刊物中的423篇高校少数民族汉语教学研究论文进行了统计分析。在30年的发展中其成绩主要表现在研究基础不断扩大、研究论题走向广泛与细化、研究方法有一定的改进。而存在的主要缺憾是研究内容不深入、研究方法单一,定量和定性研究重视不够等问题。目前新疆高校少数民族汉语教育虽然有较大发展,但在教学上过度依赖对外汉语教学,在研究层次上仍处于相对较低的水平。     

Line balancing techniques as used for just-in-time ( JIT) product line optimization

This paper looks at the optimization of a production line similar to a just-in-time ( JIT) production flow line. It discusses the planning process, the types of products that can be ff e ectively processed on a JIT line, and the presently available procedures that should be followed when trying to optimize the production line. The article discusses the shortcomings of these techniques, then, based on research investigations, proceeds to recommend a process that will help assure optimization of a JIT process.     

FORRIDGE - Principles of good practice in material flow

The post World War II Industrial Revolution has driven production away from the old 'economies of scale' to the new 'economies of scope'. Apparently Japanese led, the associated roots of present good practice on material flow can be traced back in the USA to Jay Forrester and in the UK to Jack Burbidge. Specifically, in the supply chain scenario, Forrester exposed the importance of system structure in relating and integrating information flow with material flow. Similarly Burbidge led the way in exploiting cycle time reduction, synchronization of orders throughout the chain, simplified product structures, and streamlined component flows. This paper unites their contributions to material flow engineering and shows how present day system design methodologies incorporate their ideas on best practice. These principles are particularly relevant to the product delivery process (PDP) which governs material flow in supply chains.     

A note on second order slope rotatable designs over all directions

Hader and Park (1978) introduced second order slope rotatability in axial directions. Park (1987) introduced second order slope rotatabilty over all directions. It is shown that these designs have the additional properly that the sum of the variances of estimates of slopes in all directions at any point is a function of the distance of the point from the design origin.
