中国省际间城乡居民初次分配结构及贡献比较:1995～2009

文章采用各省份的面板数据,运用基尼系数及其分解法,实证分析1995～2009年间,中国城乡居民初次收入分配的结构及贡献差异。结果表明:中国城镇居民初次收入分配差距呈上升趋势,而农村居民呈下降趋势;工资性收入是收入差距的主要来源,农村居民目前确立了主导地位,而城镇居民主体地位呈下降趋势;中国居民初次收入分配地区差距呈上升趋势,城乡差距是最主要贡献来源。     

DECOMPOSITIONS OF THE QUEUE LENGTH DISTRIBUTIONS IN THE MAP/G/1 QUEUE UNDER MULTIPLE AND SINGLE VACATIONS WITH N-POLICY

In this paper, we establish an explicit form of matrix decompositions for the queue length distributions of the MAP/G/1 queues under multiple and single vacations with N-policy. We show that the vector generating function Y (z) of the queue length at an arbitrary time and X (z) at departures are decomposed into Y (z) = p _idle (z)ζ _Y (z) and X (z) = p _idle (z)ζ _X (z) where p _idle (z) is the vector generating function of the queue length at an arbitrary epoch at which the server is not in service, and ζ _Y (z) and ζ _X (z) are unidentified matrix generating functions.     

供应链中生产和分销系统的库存结构优化研究

供应链中的生产与分销系统可以看作一个树状结构的系统,其中生产部分以组装为基本运作形式而分销则以分散化为主要运作特征。对于一个完整的供应链运作系统来说,研究生产和分销系统库存结构的优化,影响系统运作的瓶颈分析等问题是非常重要的。本文应用整数规划模型给出了在库存规模一定的约束下,多个库存缓冲区的分配,采用了分解的方法给出了解决方案,并运用Tabu搜索的算法论述了解的获得过程,最后给出了一个算例分析。     

对大数据统计设计的思考

本文认为大数据统计与三个问题有关：大数据发展趋向极限无穷,人类社会数据信息将发生什么变化？大数据发展会不会产生危害社会进步的数据垃圾？大数据即使是一场革命,那么作为数据科学的统计学脱胎换骨地继承与发展是什么？本文对此回答包括,提出大数据发展的统计设计观点,从理论和实践上做出了论证分析,并联系我国实际,探讨了我国大数据发展中的统计设计理论和内容要点。     

Predictions and estimations under a group of linear models with random coefficients

This article investigates the problem of establishing best linear unbiased predictors and best linear unbiased estimators of all unknown parameters in a group of linear models with random coefficients and correlated covariance matrix. We shall derive a variety of fundamental statistical properties of the predictors and estimators by using some matrix analysis tools. In particular, we shall establish necessary and sufficient conditions for the predictors and estimators to be equivalent under single and combined equations in the group of models by using the method of matrix equations, matrix rank formulas, and partitioned matrix calculations.     

内蒙古经济增长与居民储蓄、投资关系动态分析——基于VAR模型的实证研究

我们利用1985-2007年的时间序列数据,基于宏观和动态的视角,对我国居民消费及其影响因素进行了实证分析。Johansen协整检验的结果说明我区经济增长与居民储蓄、投资关系之间存在一种长期均衡关系。向量自回归VAR模型的动态分析表明,我区经济增长对自身的冲击产生持续响应,经济增长呈现出一定程度的＂惯性＂特征;投资对GDP的冲击是正向的,居民储蓄对GDP的短期影响不明显,但长期为反向。通过分析揭示了投资是内蒙古近些年经济快速发展的主要动力。     

人工湿地法处理猪场粪水的试验研究

本试验是采用人工湿地法对猪场粪水进行处理,以探索其处理效果。试验结果表明:猪场粪水经本工艺处理后,污水中的化学耗氧量(COD)降到134.0 mg/L,生化需氧量(BOD_5)降到85.1 mg/L,悬浮物(SS)降到81.0 mg/L,硫化物降到11.5 mg/L,铜及铜化物降到0.89mg/L,铬降到0.008 mg/L。说明此工艺处理猪粪水降解效果较好,可以达到无色、无臭、无害、无污染、基本净化的目的,又由于其投资小,处理效率高,管理方便,节约能源,因而可以在大型猪场推行。     

An Adaptive Goodness-of-Fit Test

In Fortiana and Grané (2003 Fortiana , J. , Grané , A. ( 2003 ). Goodness-of-fit tests based on maximum correlations and their orthogonal decompositions . J. Roy. Statist. Soc. B 65 ( 1 ): 115 – 126 . [CSA] [CROSSREF] [Crossref] , [Google Scholar]), we introduced the statistic Q _n , based on Hoeffding's maximum correlation, as a general-purpose goodness-of-fit test of uniformity. It admits an expansion along a countable set of orthogonal axes, originating a sequence of statistics. Linear combinations of a given number p of terms in this sequence have easy-to-compute probability distributions, either the exact ones for a finite sample or their normal asymptotic approximations for a large sample. In this article we develop an algorithm for tailoring a statistic within this class of linear combinations to test uniformity with optimal power against a specific alternative or family of alternatives.

Stratification: Measuring and Inference

ABSTRACT

Stratification of distribution functions is an important issue in the area of income distributions. Two distribution functions form a perfect stratification if they occupy disjoint ranges on the horizontal axis. Otherwise, there is overlapping. A measure which quantifies the amount of stratification is introduced by Yitzhaki (1994 Yitzhaki , S. ( 1994 ). Economic distance and overlapping of distributions . J. Econometrics 61 : 147 – 159 . [CSA] [CROSSREF] [Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]), but no procedure for drawing inference is suggested. We develop a consistent estimator of the degree of overlapping and offer a nonparametric procedure for inference. Its limiting distribution, properly standardized, is normal. The asymptotic variance can be estimated using the jackknife method, and simulations show that the suggested procedure works well for sample sizes of 50 (100 for some cases).
