加入WTO后的中国经济及日本的对策

虽然东亚产业分布正从"一极集中"到"多极分散",中国东部沿海也在迅速崛起,但笔者依然反对"中国威胁论",认为中国实行的是"非完全、彻底的"市场化,且沿海地区的迅速发展不能代替说明整个中国的发展。与此同时,加入WTO之后会对中国经济和世界经济产生深远的影响,并将成为日本及其国民真正迈向国际化的契机。日本要想有效地利用好中国的优势,一方面应与中国地方政府合作,支持本地中小企业的对外发展,另一方面必须大力推进内部国际化。     

物流管理在现代会展业的应用分析

我国经济的持续快速发展和经济全球化趋势为我国会展业发展提供了难得的机遇,本文在对会展物流的定义、特征和会展物流系统的内容阐述之后,针对我国会展物流业的现状,提出了发展现代会展物流的对策措施。     

The minimum of the expected value of the product of three random variables in the Fréchet class

Summary In this paper the minimum of the expected value of the product of three random variables is studied as their joint distribution function varies in the Fréchet class associated to the three given marginal distribution functions. The general problem is studied for three positive valued random variables and a lower bound for the minimum is provided. The case of three uniformly distributed random variables in [0, 1] is analyzed in more detail and an upper bound for the minimum is given. The Author conjectures that the distribution correspondent to the upper bound is a solution of the problem. Paper written with the contribution of MURST (funds 40%).     

哈尔滨市人口分布问题研究

从整个市域来看,哈尔滨市人口分布具有不平衡性,为圈层结构。从城乡人口分布来看,市区与市辖市县之间形成了二元结构。在城镇规模结构体系上,表现为不够协调。哈尔滨市的人口分布对在土地利用效益、人居环境和城市的区域影响力等方面都构成了一定影响,因此,改善人口分布状态是哈尔滨市未来人口发展中必须着重解决的问题。     

Semiparametric Efficient Estimation of the Mean of a Time Series in the Presence of Conditional Heterogeneity of Unknown Form

We obtain semiparametric efficiency bounds for estimation of a location parameter in a time series model where the innovations are stationary and ergodic conditionally symmetric martingale differences but otherwise possess general dependence and distributions of unknown form. We then describe an iterative estimator that achieves this bound when the conditional density functions of the sample are known. Finally, we develop a “semi-adaptive” estimator that achieves the bound when these densities are unknown by the investigator. This estimator employs nonparametric kernel estimates of the densities. Monte Carlo results are reported.

Copules archimédiennes et families de lois bidimensionnelles dont les marges sont données

Every bivariate distribution function with continuous marginals can be represented in terms of a unique copula, that is, in terms of a distribution function on the unit square with uniform marginals. This paper is concerned with a special class of copulas called Archimedean, which includes the uniform representation of many standard bivariate distributions. Conditions are given under which these copulas are stochastically ordered and pointwise limits of sequences of Archimedean copulas are examined. We also provide two new one-parameter families of bivariate distributions which include as limiting cases the Frechet bounds and the independence distribution.     

Characterizations of geometric distribution and discrete IFR (DFR) distributions using order statistics

Then, we show that for some arbitrary fixed k(2≦k≦n), independence of the event {X_kn=X_1n} and X_1n is equivalent to X being either degenerate or geometric. We also show that the montonicity in i of P{X_kn = X_1n | X_1n = a_i} is equivalent to X having the IFR (DFR) property. Let a_i = i and $\text{G(i) = P(X≧i), i = 1, 2, …}$. We prove that the independence of {X_2n ? X_1n ∈B} and X_1n for all i is equivalent to X being geometric, where B = {m} (B = {m,m+1,…}), provided G(i) = q^i?1, 1≦i≦m+2 (1≦i≦m+1), where 0<q<1.     

On UMVU estimators and Bhattacharya bounds in exponential distributions

A subfamily of exponential distributions is considered and it is shown that the variance of the UMVU estimator of an estimable function g(θ) having power series expansion is the limit of Bhattacharya bounds.
