新课程背景下高中青年教师培训的探索与实践

高中新课程在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价和管理等方面较原课程有了重大变革。新课程改革能否顺利实施,关键在于教师的素质能否适应要求。根据新课程改革的特点,结合中学教学的实际情况,提出高中青年教师的培训内容应分为通识课程、公共必修课程、专业必修课程和专业选修课程,并对高中青年的教师培训体系、运行和管理方式提出了自己的看法。

ON THE DESIGN OF FIELD EXPERIMENTS UNDER A ONE-DIMENSIONAL NEIGHBOUR MODEL

This paper examines the effect of randomisation restrictions, either to satisfy conditions for a balanced incomplete block design or to attain a higher level of partial neighbour balance, on the average variance of pair-wise treatment contrasts under a neighbour model discussed by Gleeson & Cullis (1987). Results suggest that smaller average pairwise variances can be obtained by ignoring requirements for incomplete block designs and concentrating on achieving a higher level of partial neighbour balance. Field layout of the design, although often determined by practical constraints, e.g. size, shape of site, minimum plot size and experimental husbandry, may markedly affect average pairwise variance. For the one-dimensional (row-wise) neighbour model considered here, investigation of three different layouts suggests that for a rectangular array of plots, smaller average pairwise variances can generally be obtained from layouts with fewer rows and more plots per row.

我国当前建立的基础教育课程和体系,试行国家课程、地方课程和学校课程三级课程体系。学校和教师不再仅仅是课程的被动执行者,而且也是课程的决策者、开发者。校本课程开发既给学校和教师带来了种种机遇,同时也提出了严峻的挑战。抓住机遇,迎接挑战首先在于如何理解校本课程的涵义及本质。

王元化《文心雕龙讲疏》解读--《讲疏》的文本结构与治学方法研究之一

王元化的《文心雕龙讲疏》出版于20世纪90年代。此前,他出版了《文心雕龙创作论》。此文先阐述其《创作论》的创作契机,再解读其《讲疏》文本结构的三个环节,后解读王元化研究《文心雕龙》的治学方法。王元化《讲疏》的治学方法是由考证推理方法论、说明研究方法论和分析综合方法论等三种方法论整合而成的。这对我们的科学研究仍然有启迪效应。     

The new strategy for the concise presentation of sampling errors in the Italian Structural Business Statistics Survey

Reporting sampling errors of survey estimates is a problem that is commonly addressed when compiling a survey report. Because of the vast number of study variables or population characteristics and of interest domains in a survey, it is almost impossible to calculate and to publish the standard errors for each statistic. A way of overcoming such problem would be to estimate indirectly the sampling errors by using generalized variance functions, which define a statistical relationship between the sampling errors and the corresponding estimates. One of the problems with this approach is that the model specification has to be consistent with a roughly constant design effect. If the design effects vary greatly across estimates, as in the case of the Business Surveys, the prediction model is not correctly specified and the least-square estimation is biased. In this paper, we show an extension of the generalized variance functions, which address the above problems, which could be used in contexts similar to those encountered in Business Surveys. The proposed method has been applied to the Italian Structural Business Statistics Survey case.
