马克思主义视阈下的后现代设计人文属性研究

以马克思主义理论为视角,结合时代语境探讨后现代设计的人文属性和发展趋势具有十分重要的意义。在设计思想中应协调好人与自然、人与社会、人与人等各方面的关系,体现出和谐发展、技术与经济互动和人文精神的吸纳等设计理念的"人文回归",为现今设计理论的发展提供思想依据,使设计成为生态和谐、人文交融、科技发展、经济腾飞的行为前提,从而推动人类科技创新和发展走上健康的轨道。     

“语文课程与教学论”课程的历史沿革与现实境遇

“语文课程与教学论”作为一门年轻的学科,自近代起历经了国文教授法、国文教学法、国文教材教法、语文教学法和语文教材教法并存、语文教学论、语文教育学和语文课程与教学论等八个主要时期,一路坎坷地成长起来。由于语文课程与教学论先天对教育学的依附,使得它至今难以完全独立;又因为它对语文学的依托,其综合性和实践性特征明显。当下,语文课程与教学论仍为边缘学科,可谓境遇尴尬,亟待有识之士戮力同心,使其再现辉煌。     

Ridge Regression Estimation for Survey Samples

This paper describes procedure for constructing a vector of regression weights. Under the regression superpopulation model, the ridge regression estimator that has minimum model mean squared error is derived. Through a simulation study, we compare the ridge regression weights, regression weights, quadratic programming weights, and raking ratio weights. The ridge regression procedure with weights bounded by zero performed very well.     

Statistical Properties of a Modified Accelerated Design for Phase I Cancer Clinical Trials

We consider the semiparametric profile likelihood inference for the distribution function under doubly censored data. For further developments of the statistical inference based on the profile likelihood ratio and alternative tools such as the score or Wald-type inference, we discuss the structures of the profile likelihood estimators and their derivatives included in the score function and the Fisher function of the profile likelihood, establishing the consistencies of their estimators.     

A note on robustness of D-optimal block designs for two-colour microarray experiments

Two-colour microarray experiments form an important tool in gene expression analysis. Due to the high risk of missing observations in microarray experiments, it is fundamental to concentrate not only on optimal designs but also on designs which are robust against missing observations. As an extension of Latif et al. (2009), we define the optimal breakdown number for a collection of designs to describe the robustness, and we calculate the breakdown number for various D-optimal block designs. We show that, for certain values of the numbers of treatments and arrays, the designs which are D-optimal have the highest breakdown number. Our calculations use methods from graph theory.     

Maboo wirriya,be healthy: Community-directed development of an evidence-based diabetes prevention program for young Aboriginal people in a remote Australian town

Supporting healthy lifestyle behaviours is a key aspect of preventing type 2 diabetes which disproportionately affects disadvantaged groups from a younger age. Formative participatory research was undertaken to design a program for young Aboriginal people in a remote town in North West Australia with a high level of health needs and relatively few prevention initiatives. Focus groups and advisory discussions with Aboriginal community members were used to determine the nature of the program. The need for a comprehensive program was consistently expressed and limited healthy lifestyle knowledge and difficulties with healthy eating influenced by food environments were noted to be important. With guidance from the Derby Aboriginal Health Service, findings were integrated with previous international research evidence to develop a program tailored to local Aboriginal people aged 15–25 years and refine it after piloting. This 8-session program, ‘Maboo wirriya, be healthy’ involved an education component consistent with the US Diabetes Prevention Program and practical activities including group exercise. Changes to program structure and documentation were made after piloting for future use. The community-directed approach used in this study is vital to ensure relevance of localised chronic disease prevention programs in a range of settings.     

儿童社会情绪学习：Strong Kids系列课程介绍及启示

Strong Kids系列课程是儿童社会情绪学习的经典课程之一，包括5个相对独立的版本，具有扎实的理论基础，是一项方便、经济且见效快的短期预防干预项目，能有效地预防和减少儿童的情绪行为障碍，提升儿童的社会情绪能力。该课程的设计、内容及形式等都值得为他人所借鉴。为此，笔者通过对Strong Kids系列课程的理论基础、主要内容及应用的阐述，探讨该课程的优势及对我国儿童社会情绪学习课程开发与实施的启示。     

CO2气体冷却器性能测试实验台设计

为了对CO2气体冷却器进行系统全面的性能分析,根据CO2制冷剂在亚临界区和超临界区的换热特性,以第二制冷剂量热器法和水冷气体冷却法为理论基础,结合企业实际测试需求研制了能够全面测试CO2气体冷却器性能的实验台。其可测试的换热量范围是1.6~32.0 kW,测量精度高。实际选用了一个气体冷却器做验证,结果显示2种测量方法的偏差小于4%,满足企业验收标准。此实验台的设计可为相关性能测试实验台的研究提供借鉴。     

Ability of Experience Design Elements to Elicit Emotions and Loyalty Behaviors

Experience design, an approach to create emotional connection with guests or customers through careful planning of tangible and intangible service elements, has gained popularity in many hospitality and retail businesses. With ever‐increasing competition, service providers seek to develop loyalty by aggressively designing, continuously innovating, and managing their customer experiences. This article explores the relationship between different service elements designed to create enhanced experience and customer loyalty. In addition, it looks at emotional responses as mediating factors between the physical and relational elements and loyalty behaviors. A model is proposed and tested with a VIP hospitality tent for an internationally renowned touring circus. Results of the study indicate that while a few design elements directly affect loyalty behavior, the relationship between most design elements and loyalty behavior is strongly mediated by eliciting certain types of emotional behavior. This connection has implications for the focus of service managers' efforts in different environments.
