基于广义Hilbert变换将传统的Hilbert变换由整数阶向分数阶的推广,其应用领域也得到了扩展。首先,在频域定义广义Hilbert变换,利用广义Hilbert变换来构造新的广义解析信号。然后从数字信号处理角度来考察理想的广义数字Hilbert变换器的基本性质及其数字实现。文中利用窗函数法和频率采样法设计了FIR广义数字Hilbert变换器,并分析了设计误差。  相似文献

Cumulative Sum (CUSUM) quality control schemes are becoming widely used i n industry because they are powerful, versatile, and easy to use. They cumulate recent process data to quickly detect out-of-control situations. They also serve as a powerful diagnostic tool. There are now more than 10,000 CUSUM control schemes in use daily in Du Pont. This paper describes design and implementation procedures for CUSUM control schemes with emphasison properties that are recorded as counts. The paper will describe recent developments which make CUSUM procedures more useful and more powerful.

The recent developments described are: Fast Initial Response (FIR) CUSUM which gives extra sensitivity to out-of-control situations at start up or after a(possiblyin effective)control action.

A Combined She whart-CUSUM which combines the key features

of CUSUM schemes and She whart Schemes by adding She whart Control Limits to a CUSUM scheme.

ROBUST CUSUM schemes which are no tunduly influenced by a few outliers or fliers occurring in the stream of data.

The philosophy of continual improvement of aprocessisvery compatible with CUSUM procedures.As CUSUM procedures give much more responsive control,a CUSUM signal does notmean that the process is producing bad product.Rather it means that action should be taken sothat the process does not produce bad product.  相似文献

The Zero-inflated Poisson distribution (ZIP) is used to model the defects in processes with a large number of zeros. We propose a control charting procedure using a combination of two cumulative sum (CUSUM) charts to detect increases in the parameters of ZIP process, one is a conforming run length (CRL) CUSUM chart and another is a zero truncated Poisson (ZTP) CUSUM chart. The control limits of the control charts are obtained using both Markov chain-based methods and simulations. Simulation experiments show that the proposed method outperforms an existing method. In this article, we introduce two monitoring schemes to (sequentially) detect structural changes in generalized linear models and develop asymptotic theories for them. The first method is based on cumulative sums (CUSUM) of weighted residuals, in which the unknown in-control parameters have been replaced by its maximum likelihood (ML) estimate from the training sample, whereas the second scheme makes use of moving sums (MOSUM) of weighted residuals. We characterize the limit distribution of the test statistic and show that these tests are consistent. Moreover, we also obtain and tabulate the asymptotic critical values of the tests. Finally, we study the speed of detection under different conditions. The methods are illustrated and compared in several simulations.  相似文献

The reference value in this proposed procedure was changed adaptively in each run, with the current mean shift estimated by exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) statistic. By specifying the minimal magnitude of the mean shift, our proposed control chart achieved a good overall performance for detecting a range of shifts rather than a single value. We compared our adaptive multivariate CUSUM method with that of Dai et al. (2001 Dai, Y., Luo, Y., Li, Z., Wang, Z. (2011). In this paper we derive control charts for the variance of a Gaussian process using the likelihood ratio approach, the generalized likelihood ratio approach, the sequential probability ratio method and a generalized sequential probability ratio procedure, the Shiryaev–Roberts procedure and a generalized modified Shiryaev–Roberts approach. Recursive presentations for the calculation of the control statistics are given for autoregressive processes of order 1. In an extensive simulation study these schemes are compared with existing control charts for the variance. In order to asses the performance of the schemes both the average run length and the average delay are used.  相似文献

In this paper, a general principle of constructing tests for parameter constancy without assuming a specific alternative is introduced. A unified asymptotic result is established to analyze this class of tests. As applications, tests based on the range of recursive and moving estimates are considered, and their asymptotic distributions are characterized analytically. Our simulations show that different tests have quite different behavior under various alternatives and that no test uniformly dominates the other tests.  相似文献

To use control charts in practice, the in‐control state usually has to be estimated. This estimation has a detrimental effect on the performance of control charts, which is often measured by the false alarm probability or the average run length. We suggest an adjustment of the monitoring schemes to overcome these problems. It guarantees, with a certain probability, a conditional performance given the estimated in‐control state. The suggested method is based on bootstrapping the data used to estimate the in‐control state. The method applies to different types of control charts, and also works with charts based on regression models. If a non‐parametric bootstrap is used, the method is robust to model errors. We show large sample properties of the adjustment. The usefulness of our approach is demonstrated through simulation studies.  相似文献
