以{2~n-1,2~n,2~n+1}为基的余数系统2~n高性能缩放

数值缩放(scaling)的高效VLSI实现是基于余数系统(RNS)的DSP系统的关键问题之一。该文提出了有符号余数系统数值缩放通用算法,并结合基为{2n-1,2n,2n+1}的余数系统特性提出了其优化的2n缩放算法和VLSI实现结构,明确给出了在进行有符号RNS整数缩放时负数情况下所引入的修正常量计算方法。分析表明该方法较级联n个1bit缩放模块实现余数系统2n缩放具有更好的速度、面积和功耗特性,从而易于实现基于RNS的DSP系统。     

DT-optimum designs for model discrimination and parameter estimation

The paper introduces DT-optimum designs that provide a specified balance between model discrimination and parameter estimation. An equivalence theorem is presented for the case of two models and extended to an arbitrary number of models and of combinations of parameters. A numerical example shows the properties of the procedure. The relationship with other design procedures for parameter estimation and model discrimination is discussed.     

The optimum growth rate for population reconsidered

This article gives exact general conditions for the existence of an interior optimum growth rate for population in the neoclassical two-generations-overlapping model. In an economy where high (low) growth rates of population lead to a growth path that is efficient (inefficient), there always exists an interior optimum growth rate for population. In all other cases, there exists no interior optimum. The Serendipity Theorem, however, does, in general, not hold in an economy with government debt. Moreover, the growth rate for population that leads an economy with debt to a golden rule allocation can never be optimal.      

The Comparative Statics of Constrained Optimization Problems

This paper develops and applies some new results in the theory of monotone comparative statics. Let f be a real‐valued function defined on R^l and consider the problem of maximizing f(x) when x is constrained to lie in some subset C of R^l. We develop a natural way to order the constraint sets C and find the corresponding restrictions on the objective function f that guarantee that optimal solutions increase with the constraint set. We apply our techniques to problems in consumer, producer, and portfolio theory. We also use them to generalize Rybcsynski's theorem and the LeChatelier principle.

Weighted Integral Test Statistics and Components of Smooth Tests of Fit

This paper considers families of statistics for testing the goodness-of-fit of various parametric models such as the normal, exponential or Poisson. Each family consists of weighted integrals over the squared modulus of some measure of deviation from the parametric model, expressed by means of an empirical transform of the data. Letting the rate of decay of the weight function tend to infinity, each test statistic, after a suitable rescaling, approaches a limit that is closely connected to the first non-zero component of Neyman's smooth test for the parametric model.     

Best linear unbiased interpolation of order statistics

We derive the best linear unbiased interpolation for the missing order statistics of a random sample using the well-known projection theorem. The proposed interpolation method only needs the first two moments on both sides of a missing order statistic. A simulation study is performed to compare the proposed method with a few interpolation methods for exponential and Lévy distributions.

碳交易不仅是一个经济问题,它同时还是一个政治问题。因此,考察碳交易和碳金融不仅要从动态的角度来进行,更要从战略资源、战略商品的高度来看待碳交易。文章在明晰碳交易相关概念的基础上,首先对碳交易秩序进行分析,然后把碳金融放在宏观经济结构的背景下,而非仅仅对碳交易提供金融服务的背景下,对碳交易和现代金融业进行阐述,从而找到现代金融业和碳交易之间的框架结构以及应采取的措施。总体而言,应在保护碳排放权的产权利益的基础上,以全国集中的碳交易所为中心,引导银行、证券、基金、保险、信托等各方面金融机构,依据市场信号自行设计符合碳交易市场的金融产品。
