惩罚是一种常用的教育方法与不良行为的矫正程序，但由于近年来社会思潮朝着重视人文精神的方向发展，以及惩罚本身存在的误用与滥用的问题，惩罚的研究与使用受到冷落与忽视。教育中的惩罚是必要的，教育工作者应该正确认识与运用惩罚，加强对惩罚的作用机制、效果与有效的惩罚方式的研究，促进惩罚应用的科学化，有效地矫正学生的不良行为，     

市场结构与企业定价研究

本文首先从分析影响企业定价的市场结构入手 ,研究了处于不同市场结构环境中的企业定价战略 ,继而结合案例分析了不同市场结构的企业定价策略和技巧 ,特别是给出了几种实用的定量定价方法。在研究各种定价策略的基础上 ,提出了一个实用有效的定价程序。此外 ,本文还用博弈论的观点重点分析了寡头垄断市场的定价策略     

人才测评方法探讨

针对目前人才测评中存在的问题，首先界定人才概念；其次分析了影响人才素质高低的要素；再次分析了目前人才测评方法的缺陷；最后提出新的人才测评方法——模糊决策测评法，并通过例证分析说明其可行性，为企业选聘人才提供方法支持。     

Narrating Significant Experience: Reflective Accounts and the Production of (Self) Knowledge

Notwithstanding the rise of evidence-based practice, other tendencieswithin social work scholarship are also discernible. One ofthese is the study of the everyday, routine accomplishment ofpractice, drawing on microsociological methods and techniques.In this article, I apply techniques drawn from narrative anddiscourse analysis to the study of reflective practice accounts,which hold an important place in social work education. In particular,it is relevant to examine the form that reflective accountstake and the rhetorical and narrative devices deployed withinthem to accomplish a competent professional identity. My argumentis not that such accounts of practice are untruthful, ratherI propose that we would do well to move beyond taking texts(and talk) for granted and treating language as merely the mediumfor expressing inner thoughts and feelings. Social work shouldtake seriously the need to explore its modes of representationand to cultivate a more self-conscious approach to the way professionaland client identities are produced in practice.     

高校扩招后物理实验教学改革初探

针对高校扩招后学生人数增加与物理实验用房及设备数量、实验指导教师人数相对减少的矛盾 ,结合物理实验教学实践 ,从教育内容、教学方法、教学手段及考核制度四个方面提出了改革方案。     

基于分数本征特征的手写数字识别

特征提取是手写体数字识别研究中的重要问题,有效、稳定的特征是提高识别率和识别精度的关键。该文提出了一种基于分数本征特征和核非线性分类器的手写数字识别方法,首先找到时频平面的一个轴进行分数傅里叶变换,使不同类别样本在这个轴上最大限度地分开,然后用主元分析进行降维,得到比较稳健的低维特征,再将常用分类器用于特征分类,实现对手写数字的识别。对实际数据进行实验,结果表明上述本征特征与核非线性分类器相结合有较高的识别率和训练、分类效率。

L'Intervention Sociologique After Twenty-Five Years: Can It Translate into English?

The sociological intervention is a research method developed in France by Alain Touraine in 1976 to explore social movement action. Since then it has undergone significant development, both in terms of the type of social experience explored and the broader research program framing it. Despite its importance, the intervention remains little known and virtually untested within English-language sociology. This article examines key dimensions of this research method through discussing several examples, and argues that the intervention has much to offer English-language sociologists concerned with questions of agency and reflexivity, relationship, narrative and experience.
