Economic and economic statistical designs for three-level control charts

In some situations, an appropriate quality measure uses three or more discrete levels to classify a product characteristic. For these situations, some control charts have been developed based on statistical criteria regardless of economic considerations. In this paper, we develop economic and economic statistical designs (ESD) for 3-level control charts. We apply the cost model proposed by Costa and Rahim.[Economic design of X charts with variable parameters: the Markov chain approach, J Appl Stat 28 (2001), 875–885] Furthermore, we assume that the length of time that the process remains in control is exponentially distributed which allows us to apply the Markov chain approach for developing the cost model. We apply a genetic algorithm to determine the optimal values of model parameters by minimizing the cost function. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the performance of the proposed models and to compare the cost of the pure economic and ESD for three-level control charts. A sensitivity analysis is also conducted in this numerical example.     

农业高校社会实践活动发展模式的研究

根据农业高校人才培养的目标和要求,结合农科大学生的思想特点和成长规律,在总结我校社会实践教育活动成功经验的基础上,初步提出了农业高校社会实践活动发展模式,即:面向“三农”服务,把握实践教育的方向性;开展“三期”教育,注重实践教育的层次性;坚持“三化”要求,强化实践教育的实效性。     

幼儿园开展0-3岁早期教育服务指导的现状调查与分析——以陕西省为例

采用问卷法,面向全省范围内的幼儿园及0-3岁婴幼儿家长进行问卷调研,了解已开展过0-3岁早期教育服务指导的幼儿园基本现状,以及幼儿园对于开展0-3岁早期教育服务指导的总体意愿;了解家长在0-3岁早期教育方面的需求及现状。调查分析发现,幼儿园超半数有开展0-3岁早期教育服务指导工作的意愿;幼儿园受家长认可、最突出的优势是“办园规范,值得信赖”;服务指导最主要形式为亲子活动和托班;政策、师资、资金是所需的主要支持。据此建议应及早出台相关具体政策规范幼儿园开展0-3岁早期教育指导服务,幼儿园也应从师资、形式、内容、场地、时间等方面提升专业性、兼顾灵活性以满足家长需求,幼儿园开展0-3岁早期教育指导服务应在先总结典型经验的基础上逐步推广。     

Does trust increase willingness to pay higher taxes to help the needy?

The article studies the causal effect of trust on the willingness to pay higher taxes to help the needy in a sample of 29 countries of Eastern and Southern Europe, and the former Soviet Union and Mongolia. It is hypothesized that interpersonal trust leads to a greater willingness to pay taxes to help the needy since (i) trust increases the likelihood of helping strangers; (ii) trust fosters solidarity and cooperation when working to solve common problems in society; and (iii) trust reduces suspicion with respect to the perceived misuse of redistributed money. Three key findings are that the more people trust each other, the more they are ready to support the welfare state; the effect of trust on welfare state support holds even in a contextual environment characterized by rather lower levels of trust and relatively underdeveloped systems of redistribution; and higher individual‐level trust fosters tax morale and helps deter tax evasion.

报道了1-（2-苯并噻唑）－3-（4-硝基苯基）-三氮烯（BTNPT）的合成及性质．在TrionX－100存在下,B－R的缓冲碱性介质中,试剂与镉、汞、镍等离子具有高灵敏显色反应,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为2．20×105L·mol－1·cm－1、1．47×105L·mol－1·cm－1、1．00×105L．mol－1·cm－1．     

Extending social security coverage to the rural sector in China

In late 2009 China launched an innovative, voluntary programme that by 2011 had extended pension coverage to 326.4 million people in the rural sector, including contributors and beneficiaries. It requires one contribution per year and provides a flat‐rate benefit and a contributions‐related benefit through a contributory individual account, with a government guarantee that the benefit will continue for life. The programme encourages participation of persons who do not pay income taxes, and thus have no tax incentive to participate, by providing substantial government subsidies. As a further incentive, old‐age benefits are provided to older parents when all their adult children participate in the contributory programme.     

2,3──二氨基吩嗪光谱特性研究及应用

研究了各种介质中不同酸度对2,3──二氨基吩嗪（DAP）的光谱特性的影响,发现非离子表面活性剂以及极性有机溶剂对其荧光具有强烈的增敏作用,荧光量子产率大大提高,而且强极性有机溶剂在无水环境下,对其荧光增敏比非离子表面活性剂更强。建立了有机介质和非离子表面活性剂介质荧光增敏的测定方法,并对各种介质增敏机理进行了讨论。

促进3-6岁儿童人格特质培育的微型戏剧游戏活动设计与实施

3-6岁儿童人格品质的发展对于幼儿一生的可持续发展具有重要作用,本研究尝试以微型戏剧游戏为载体,通过确立人格特质培育目标,创编有人格陶冶意义的戏剧故事,遵循重视情境导入、引导感受音乐、互动创编故事、组织戏剧表演和反思提升的五步骤活动流程,以及营造故事情境、优化游戏环节、树立典型榜样、巧设两难情境、发挥正向激励、践行人格行为六类实施策略来帮助幼儿发展积极人格特质。研究表明,微型戏剧游戏作为开展人格培育活动的有效载体,对促进幼儿自护、勇敢、交往、关怀、诚信、合作等积极人格特质的养成具有积极成效。     

Revisiting the cooperation–competition paradox: A configurational approach to short- and long-term coopetition performance in business networks

Cooperation and competition are often viewed as incompatible, antagonistic forces, thus are operationalized as two extremes on a continuum. However, they can coexist and even enable each other, thus may be operationalized as orthogonal constructs. We address this contradictory phenomenon by developing a more granular view of the cooperation–competition paradox. Building on interdisciplinary research, we develop a three-dimensional model of relational space (fairness–opportunism, sharing–control, and engagement–rivalry), providing a novel tool with which to investigate the paradoxical interplay between cooperation and competition through eight operationalizable configurations. Using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), we test our model by assessing how different configurations of interfirm relationships influence the short- and long-term success of a sample of 217 firms. Our findings show that only two of the eight possible relational configurations are associated with firm success, one in both the long and short term, and the other in the short term only.
