花鼓灯艺术展演与特质论

基于对淮河花鼓灯展演过程的细描和考察,指出表演艺术、公共事件、即兴表演、诙谐喜庆是花鼓灯的四个主要艺术特质.针对花鼓灯研究在范式研究和理论更新上的相对滞后性,期许以表演论和身势学视角分析可以部分地推进民间展演艺术研究.     

Identification of quantitative trait loci for canine hip dysplasia by two sequential multipoint linkage analyses

Canine hip dysplasia (CHD) is characterized by hip laxity and subluxation that can lead to hip osteoarthritis. Studies have shown the involvement of multiple genetic regions in the expression of CHD. Although we have associated some variants in the region of fibrillin 2 with CHD in a subset of dogs, no major disease-associated gene has been identified. The focus of this study is to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) associated with CHD. Two sequential multipoint linkage analyses based on a reversible jump Markov chain Monte Carlo approach were applied on a cross-breed pedigree of 366 dogs. Hip radiographic trait (Norberg Angle, NA) on both hips of each dog was tested for linkage to 21,455 single nucleotide polymorphisms across 39 chromosomes. Putative QTL for the NA was found on 11 chromosomes (1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 14, 19, 21, 32, 36, and 39). Identification of genes in the QTL region(s) can assist in identification of the aberrant genes and biochemical pathways involving hip dysplasia in both dogs and humans.

宗教视域下的德昂族茶俗文化研究

德昂族茶俗文化有着独特的地方民族文化特征。首先,表现形式原始。保留了现代社会中已经不可多见的人类文化遗存,如腌茶、凉拌茶以及酸茶的制作工艺。其次,茶俗表现形式多样。在茶饮茶食方面有酸茶、竹筒茶、烤茶、煮茶、凉拌茶、腌茶;在婚礼婚俗方面有恋爱茶、择偶茶、提亲茶、定亲茶、小酒茶、请柬茶、婚礼茶等;在茶俗茶礼方面有迎客茶、敬客茶、送客茶、亲情茶、调解茶、回心茶等;在宗教祭祀方面有建房茶、姑娘茶、拜家神茶、丧葬茶、敬神茶等。其形式之多,内涵之广是任何一个民族不可相比的。     

Non-linear autoregressive time series with multivariate Gaussian mixtures as marginal distributions

A new form of non-linear autoregressive time series is proposed to model solar radiation data, by specifying joint marginal distributions at low lags to be multivariate Gaussian mixtures. The model is also a type of multiprocess dynamic linear model, but with the advantage that the likelihood has a closed form.     

云南民族剪纸的艺术造型和美学特点

云南民族剪纸是流行于云南各民族民间的手工艺品及美术品。这类艺术作品反映了云南民族的生活情趣、宗教理念、思想情感,通过这种艺术形式寄寓对美好未来的憧憬。云南民族剪纸实质就是云南的民间剪纸,它如同中国其他地区的民间剪纸一样具有民俗性、实用性以及变异性的艺术特征。     

中国古代文论“溯源”品质及其成因分析

中国古代文论在它的整个发展中，往往表现出溯源到原点的特性。这是其理论个性的表现，历史回转的学术视野、独具个性的理论溯源、当下性的批评实践。但其理论释义的反复性、术语互释的含混性及其复古倾向，使其存在创新乏力的缺陷。文章希望通过对这种现象的具体剖析，有助于形成当代文论面向未来的创新意识。     

A joint latent class changepoint model to improve the prediction of time to graft failure

Summary.  The reciprocal of serum creatinine concentration, RC, is often used as a biomarker to monitor renal function. It has been observed that RC trajectories remain relatively stable after transplantation until a certain moment, when an irreversible decrease in the RC levels occurs. This decreasing trend commonly precedes failure of a graft. Two subsets of individuals can be distinguished according to their RC trajectories: a subset of individuals having stable RC levels and a subset of individuals who present an irrevocable decrease in their RC levels. To describe such data, the paper proposes a joint latent class model for longitudinal and survival data with two latent classes. RC trajectories within latent class one are modelled by an intercept-only random-effects model and RC trajectories within latent class two are modelled by a segmented random changepoint model. A Bayesian approach is used to fit this joint model to data from patients who had their first kidney transplantation in the Leiden University Medical Center between 1983 and 2002. The resulting model describes the kidney transplantation data very well and provides better predictions of the time to failure than other joint and survival models.     

Qualitative longitudinal analysis of symptoms in patients with primary and metastatic brain tumours

Summary.  Primary and metastatic brain tumour patients are treated with surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Such treatments often result in short- and long-term symptoms that impact cognitive, emotional and physical function. Therefore, understanding the transition of symptom burden over time is important for guiding treatment and follow-up of brain tumour patients with symptom-specific interventions. We describe the use of a hidden Markov model with person-specific random effects for the temporal pattern of symptom burden. Clinically relevant covariates are also incorporated in the analysis through the use of generalized linear models.     

临床评估中的文化偏向与行为一致性问题

文化和种族因素在临床评估中发挥着重要作用。建立于对白种人群研究基础上的评估技术在用于非白人患者时可能是不准确的，也可能导致，临床工作者缩小或夸大对其他文化群体成员的心理问题。认识到该问题的重要性，临床工作者可以用不同方法去防止评估中文化偏向的消极影响。此外，人类行为在各种情境中是否具有稳定性是一个引起人们激烈争论的问题。传统的人格理论家认为，行为在不同情境中更加具有稳定性；而学习范式理论家认为，行为在各种不同情境中更加具有可变性。
