文明对话视角下的回儒对话

文明对话是当今世界全球化时代人文社会科学领域中一个崭新的学术论域,也是不同族群、不同信仰群体之间进行平等交流、相互学习、和睦相处的一种人文精神和学术实践;文明对话的提出,是全球化时代社会经济、科技和文化多样性发展的必然需求,同时也是对"文明冲突论"的拨正与回应。近10年来,回儒对话作为文明对话论域中的重要学术论题,已在中国学术语境中产生了积极而深远的影响;对回儒群体及其思想贡献的总结与回顾,是为了更好地阐发其宝贵的历史学价值及其时代意义,为建设和谐美好的世界提供一种具有中国本土经验的精神资源和人文参照。因此,回儒对话的时代价值和意义将是持久而深远的。     

经济全球化视野下的中国经济法

文章在讨论了经济全球化与法律全球化的关系、经济全球化与中国经济法等问题的基础上,指出：在经济全球化、法律全球化的背景下,中国经济法的发展之路,必须考虑经济全球化的大趋势,考虑法律全球化的因素,更不可忽视本土资源的重要影响。只有如此,中国经济法才能完成从理论到实践的更新,实现全球化与本土化之间的平衡。     

本土志愿者：灾后社会重建的重要内源力

灾后社会重建是一个长期复杂的过程,需要各方合力。来自灾区群众的本土志愿者,是灾后社会重建的重要内源力。本土志愿者队伍的培育,有利于发掘当地资源,带动受灾群众参与灾后重建,提升自我服务、自我管理能力,加快灾后重建进程。要多措并举,建立当地志愿者的社会支持系统、有效协调管理机制、运作机制和激励机制,保障志愿服务的可持续性、专业性和规范化发展。     

地方政府执行力评价体系的构建及测度

从政府执行力的生长机理出发,提出地方政府执行力的评价体系及计算公式.在问卷分析的基础上,通过一系列的推算过程,分别对地方政府执行力评价体系中的各相关指标的权重数赋值,并采用SPSS统计软件的信度检验方法和效度检验方法对本评价体系的相关指标进行了检验.     

由汉墓中的羽人形象看神仙思想

在汉墓中经常可以看到双肩生有羽翼、呈飞翔状的人物形象,即所谓的"羽人或仙人"。它们大量地出现在汉墓画像中,不仅起到了一定的装饰作用,更重要的是反映了当时社会的思想理念。系统地认识这些变化,将有助于我们深入了解汉代神仙思想的形成及其演变。     

Restricted minimax robust designs for misspecified regression models

The authors propose and explore new regression designs. Within a particular parametric class, these designs are minimax robust against bias caused by model misspecification while attaining reasonable levels of efficiency as well. The introduction of this restricted class of designs is motivated by a desire to avoid the mathematical and numerical intractability found in the unrestricted minimax theory. Robustness is provided against a family of model departures sufficiently broad that the minimax design measures are necessarily absolutely continuous. Examples of implementation involve approximate polynomial and second order multiple regression.     

明清时期的北方宗族与地方社会——以河南新乡张氏宗族为中心

张氏宗族是明朝永乐年间由山西洪洞迁居河南新乡的北方宗族。在明末清初时,凭借宗族内正确的教育方针。张氏族人开始科举仕宦,涌现出以张缙彦为代表的科举入仕之人,张氏也逐渐成为当地望族。本文以个案的形式,考察了张氏宗族在地方社会中的发展状况以及其进行的一系列宗族建设,并且注重研究兴盛后的张氏在地方社会中的影响,希望能使对北方宗族的研究进一步深化。     

Governance and Participation in Local Welfare: The Case of the Italian Piani di Zona

This article analyses four cases of governance in Italian local welfare systems. Following Law 328/2000, the design and management of the social services system in Italy involve different public responsibility levels, mainly regional and municipal. In order to manage social policies, Italian municipalities have to join in new inter‐municipal groupings called ‘Piani di Zona’ (Area Plans). Moreover, the law provides for engaging in these Plans even local third‐sector organizations and citizens. The article attempts to highlight the implications of this complex system that is leading local authorities to open new governance arenas. We hereby present the results of a research project on two Piani di Zona in the Region of Lombardy (Northern Italy) and on two in the Region of Campania (Southern Italy), carried out by means of institutional analysis. We particularly focus on the dynamics of participation triggered by the Piani di Zona. Our hypothesis is that the role of public administration is a fundamental variable to understand the different ways of participating. In this sense, we discuss the dynamics of local governance by relaying them to four main questions: who participates in what, where and how?     

Parameterization and inference for nonparametric regression problems

We consider local likelihood or local estimating equations, in which a multivariate function () is estimated but a derived function () of () is of interest. In many applications, when most naturally formulated the derived function is a non-linear function of (). In trying to understand whether the derived non-linear function is constant or linear, a problem arises with this approach: when the function is actually constant or linear, the expectation of the function estimate need not be constant or linear, at least to second order. In such circumstances, the simplest standard methods in nonparametric regression for testing whether a function is constant or linear cannot be applied. We develop a simple general solution which is applicable to nonparametric regression, varying-coefficient models, nonparametric generalized linear models, etc. We show that, in local linear kernel regression, inference about the derived function () is facilitated without a loss of power by reparameterization so that () is itself a component of (). Our approach is in contrast with the standard practice of choosing () for convenience and allowing ()> to be a non-linear function of (). The methods are applied to an important data set in nutritional epidemiology.     

地方性中小金融机构风险研究

金融业是一个特殊的行业,其特殊性在于它的高风险。而作为整个金融体系的一个环节--地方性中小金融机构,由于其固有的体制特征,释放风险的几率更大,近年来,我国己相继关闭了多家地方性金融机构,造成了很大的影响。地方性金融机构的风险已成为当前影响金融安全、制约经济发晨、危及社会稳定的一个全局性、普遍性的大问题。金融风险种类繁多,成因复杂,危害深重,备受各金融机构、监管当局和社会各界的关注。实践证明防范、控制和化解金融风险,维护金融秩序,需要社会多方面共同努力。
