适用技术与西部民族地区发展的互动关系研究——以恭城瑶族自治县生态农业发展为例

为探究适用技术与西部民族地区发展之间的关系,在分析适用技术概念、功能和西部民族地区经济社会发展特点的基础上,构建了适用技术与西部民族地区发展的互动模型,并以广西恭城瑶族自治县20多年的生态农业发展为例进行了实证。其结论显示:大力发展适用技术是西部民族地区实现科学发展的关键和突破口,这为西部民族地区改变以往过分依赖资源开发,粗放型增长模式,转向依赖科学技术,实行集约型增长政策,提供了一个经验支持。     

论吕祖谦研究中的偏见

吕祖谦是南宋一位非常重要的学者，后人对他的研究在三个主要问题上发生了错误：一是颠倒了吕祖谦的学术传承次序和地位，认为吕祖谦的理学思想和心学思想来自朱熹、陆九渊，功利思想来自陈亮、叶适；二是认为吕祖谦的思想兼容朱熹、陆九渊；三是将吕祖谦的中原文献之学解释为对图书资料的占有。这些错误影响了人们对吕祖谦学术的评价，也影响了对南宋学术的整体认识，所以这些错误有必要纠正。

The role of non-profit organisations in migration policies: Spain and Italy compared

The aim of the paper is to investigate the relation between Non-Profit Organizations (NP) and immigration. In particular, we examine the services offered to immigrants in Italy and Spain, both noted for their similar patterns of migration. In these countries immigration is characterised by a lack of the so-called “real” (not just legislative) measures that take the needs of immigrants into consideration. Even though emergency policies exist to meet various contingencies, lack of awareness of population movements is probably behind the “absence” of the state.The hypothetic and causal connection between the NP sector and immigration will be studied using selected data. The positive results of the analysis are the first stage in considering the possible substitution of state institutions by the NP sector, with regard to immigrants.

信用证是国际贸易实务教学的重难点，内容繁多且枯燥难懂。为了让学生更好地掌握国际贸易专业信用证知识．必须对常规的教学方法进行改革，将授课内容放入到熟悉的《三国》背景中讲授，采取模块式教学及案例教学法，使难懂的信用证知识变得生动活泼，增加学生的学习兴趣，提高教学效果。     

The scale-up finance gap in the EU: Causes,consequences, and policy solutions

This paper assesses the financing gap faced by innovative start-ups in the European Union (EU) when they reach the scaling-up stage of their development. It draws on data collected through a seminar involving 117 experts representing start-ups and scale-ups, financial actors, academia, and EU policymakers and aimed at investigating the causes, consequences, and policy solutions of the scale-up gap in the EU. Besides highlighting supply-side deficiencies, the seminar also emphasised weaknesses in both the demand side of the scale-up gap and the EU ecosystem for high-growth entrepreneurship. The paper offers policy recommendations, highlighting the need for policy solutions involving private actors and specifically targeting scale-ups. The paper also calls for more robust research on measuring the scale-up financing gap and its economic impact to improve the policy response.     

Does culture matter for the economic performance of countries? An overview of the literature

From the point of view of economic development, the world is far from being homogeneous. Among the possible causes of such uneven evolution, culture is starting to attract the attention of a growing number of scholars. The present paper surveys some of the most important contributions on culture and economics, with a particular focus on the definition and measurement of culture and on the impact of different cultural traits on economic variables. According to this review of the literature, cultures emphasising individual effort while providing equal opportunities for everyone are more likely to encourage sustained economic growth.
