从可持续发展观的哲学审视到科学发展观的伦理解读

可持续发展观是至今具有普遍可接受性的发展观,主要体现为一种代际间的发展正义观。其破缺之处是是对空域谱上的公正性有所轻视,及对发展的本质和目的关注不够。科学发展观的伦理解读是对可持续发展观的哲学反思的延伸,是对可持续发展观的价值突破与升华。科学发展观的价值维度是全方位时空的,表现为一种系统发展观,更是突出了发展的本质和目的是对人的关注、崇尚,是发展观的卓越境界的追求。     

技工学校改革发展60年历程的回顾与反思

伴随着新中国的成长,技工学校走过了60年历程。根据我国国民经济的发展与教育的结构化调整把技工学校的发展分为几个阶段,并基于对全国技工学校规模的发展变化和引起其变化的政策等两个因素,通过对不同时期的分析,总结了建国60年以来我国技工学校发展的主要经验和变化规律,以国民经济建设对技术工人的需求为基础,并随着教育大众化不断向更高层次发展。     

中国和中亚国家三次边界划分：历程与启示

边境地区的稳定、发展、繁荣是中国和中亚国家共同追求的目标。苏联解体后,在共同的诉求下,中国与中亚国家在划界问题谈判中,照顾历史、考虑现实、平等协商、互谅互让、逐步进行是成功解决边界问题时遵循的法宝。中国与哈、吉、塔边界解决表明,只要本着平等协商、互谅互让的精神,尊重国际法基本准则,以公正合理为出发点,通过和平方式解决国与国之间的争端、实现互利双赢是可以做到的。     

基于电子政务的政府再造研究

从上个世纪80年代开始,西方发达国家掀起了一场被称为“政府再造运动”的公共管理革命。政务流程再造是电子政务深入开展的必然要求。通过对政府的业务流程进行重新改造,对政府机构进行兼并重组,创建一个具有企业家精神的政府,从而降低政府的运行成本,提高办事效率。     

大学英语四、六级网络考试考场建设研究

大学英语四、六级网考项目开始于2007年,第一次四级网考试点工作实施于2008年12月。大学英语四、六级网考项目的建设目标,是提高大学英语四、六级考试的效度和考务管理效率。以2009年10月份的一次考试为例,描述CET-4大学英语网考考场内的硬件设置、环境设置、网考所需的软件、硬件配置和考试系统的操作流程,并且对网考中出现的问题进行剖析,有助于提出行之有效的改进方案。     

Screening children with a history of maltreatment for post-traumatic stress disorder in frontline social care organizations: A process evaluation

The use of standardized screening tools to identify trauma exposure and associated symptoms is commonly recommended as a key component in the development of trauma informed services and is seen as integral to facilitating access to evidence-based therapies. However, there is limited evidence in the UK about the factors influencing the adoption of such tools into routine practice in children's social care. This paper presents the findings from a process evaluation of how practitioners implemented a screening tool for post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression into their day-to-say practice and what worked or did not work during the process. The findings from this study highlight the potential benefits for both young people and practitioners, alongside some of the challenges involved. In particular, practitioners need to see the direct benefit for young people of being assessed. Additionally, practitioners value regular mentoring as they become more proficient in using standardized screening tools.     

What is the Point of Change? Change Point Detection in Relational Event Models

This paper presents an extension to the relational event model with change points (REM-CP) to study abrupt changes to social interaction behavior in temporal networks. A change point detection algorithm is proposed for exploring when and which network effects abruptly change, and a confirmatory approach to test the presence of a change point at a given moment. The effectiveness of the methodology was assessed with numerical simulations and NASA’s Apollo 13 mission data. The latter revealed dynamic communication behavior and identified time zones where most change points occurred, including around the time of the famous quote “Houston, we’ve had a problem.”     

Biosocial Influences on the Family: A Decade Review

The past decade brought a remarkable increase in the number and quality of biosocial studies of family processes. The current review summarizes recent advances in biosocial family research by providing key exemplars of emerging research paradigms. Research in the past decade has substantiated the claim in the previous Decade Review ( Booth, Carver, & Granger, 2000 ) that bidirectional influences between all levels of analysis are paramount. There is an emerging consensus that integrating factors at multiple biological and social levels is highly informative. Because ignoring biological factors often will underestimate mediating or moderating mechanisms, the review provides recommendations for biosocial family research. We also highlight the need for researchers who understand complex family environments to lend their expertise to biosocial studies.     

Deliberate Trust and Intuitive Faith: A Dual‐Process Model of Reliance

Drawing on the dual process framework from social and cognitive psychology, this paper reconciles two distinct conceptualizations of trust prevalent in the literature: “rational” calculative and irrational “affective” or normative. After critically reviewing previous attempts at reconciliation between these distinctions, we argue that the notion of trust as “reliance” is the higher order category of which “deliberate trust” and “intuitive faith” are subtypes. Our revised approach problematizes the conflation of epistemic uncertainty with phenomenological uncertainty while providing sound footing for a key sociological insight: that reliance on the routine social order is both the cognitive default and based on substantial practical evidence. We develop two broad suggestions for future research from these implications: (1) sociological research should examine the role of intuitive faith—as opposed to deliberate trust—in late modern societies, and (2) analysts should challenge the role of deliberate trust as the “modal” form of reliance in contemporary research.     

Estimation of a Conditional Copula and Association Measures

Abstarct. This paper is concerned with studying the dependence structure between two random variables Y ₁ and Y ₂ conditionally upon a covariate X. The dependence structure is modelled via a copula function, which depends on the given value of the covariate in a general way. Gijbels et al. (Comput. Statist. Data Anal., 55, 2011, 1919) suggested two non‐parametric estimators of the ‘conditional’ copula and investigated their numerical performances. In this paper we establish the asymptotic properties of the proposed estimators as well as conditional association measures derived from them. Practical recommendations for their use are then discussed.
