“中华文化使者”项目对我国高校素质教育的启示

随世界经济政治一体化进程的加快和中国改革开放的深入,中国高等教育对外合作交流领域进一步扩大与深化。高等教育中外合作项目的增多,增加了大学生到国外学习、工作的机会。参加中外合作项目,对大学生来说,既是学习、就业的机遇,又是检验其能力与素质的重大挑战。2006年开始实施的“中华文化使者”项目,在实施中产生了一些受挫案例,为我们反思中国高校素质教育提供了一面镜子。深入分析“中华文化使者”项目受挫案例及该项目对大学生的素质、能力要求,对于进一步深化我国高校素质教育具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。     

Contrast Estimation for Parametric Stationary Determinantal Point Processes

We study minimum contrast estimation for parametric stationary determinantal point processes. These processes form a useful class of models for repulsive (or regular, or inhibitive) point patterns and are already applied in numerous statistical applications. Our main focus is on minimum contrast methods based on the Ripley's K‐function or on the pair correlation function. Strong consistency and asymptotic normality of theses procedures are proved under general conditions that only concern the existence of the process and its regularity with respect to the parameters. A key ingredient of the proofs is the recently established Brillinger mixing property of stationary determinantal point processes. This work may be viewed as a complement to the study of Y. Guan and M. Sherman who establish the same kind of asymptotic properties for a large class of Cox processes, which in turn are models for clustering (or aggregation).     

Impact of microcredit on rural household welfare and economic growth in Vietnam

Since its birth in 1970s, microcredit has been growing rapidly with the aim to reduce poverty and to promote economic growth. Using the large panel data of the Vietnam Access to Resources Household Surveys, the objectives are twofold: (i) to evaluate the micro-impact of microcredit on rural household economy, particularly on output value and net income of rural households, using Matched Difference-in-Difference method; and (ii) to evaluate its macro-impact on economic growth, especially the aggregate effect of production increase and income growth, using Input–Output analysis. The results at micro level find that microcredit benefits self-employment rather than other economic activities of households. The salient results from the macro-economic analysis reveal that, not as expected, the effect of microcredit on output increase is not so large. The findings suggest that microcredit is an effective development strategy at both micro and macro levels, thus the Vietnamese government should enact the relevant policies to enhance the effectiveness and outreach of microcredit.     

氟化镁晶体中自陷态激子结构的研究

本文彩和单电子Ｈａｒｔｒｅｅ－Ｆｏｒｋ近似基础上的扩展离子方法研究ＭｇＦ２晶体中的自陷态激子（ＳＴＥ）的结构。研究表明这种晶体中的ＳＴＥ实际上是具有Ｃ４位形的最近邻的Ｆ－Ｈ对。对于ＳＴＥ光谱研究的理论配实验相符合。

一族非线性微分-差分方程的可积耦合系统

基于一个离散等谱问题,构建了一族离散可积耦合,利用离散零曲率方程,导出了相应离散的非线性微分-差分方程,进而确定了其相应的Lax可积的离散非线性系统.     

ASYMPTOTIC DISTRIBUTIONS OF MATCHED-PARIS PERMUTATIO STATISTICS BASED ON DISTANCE MEASURES

A technique for deriving asymptotic distributions of matched-pairs permutation statistics based on distance measures is discussed and applied to four specific examples recently considered by Mielke & Berry (1982).     

Impossibility theorems for normal form games

Two recent papers (Cubitt and Sugden, 1994; Samuelson, 1992) have established impossibility results which cast doubt on the coherence of the assumption of common knowledge of rationality'. It is shown that the Cubitt–Sugden result is the more powerful of the two impossibilities. Second, it is proved that the existence of a quasi-strict equilibrium is sufficient to construct sets which satisfy the Cubitt–Sugden axioms. This fact is used to establish that their impossibility result cannot arise in 2-player games. Finally, it is shown that if a weak symmetry postulate is added, a new impossibility result arises for this class of games.     

Log Gaussian Cox Processes

Planar Cox processes directed by a log Gaussian intensity process are investigated in the univariate and multivariate cases. The appealing properties of such models are demonstrated theoretically as well as through data examples and simulations. In particular, the first, second and third-order properties are studied and utilized in the statistical analysis of clustered point patterns. Also empirical Bayesian inference for the underlying intensity surface is considered.

通过实验研究，从话语分析的角度考察英语语言水平对学习者参与双人组口语活动在话语总量以及话语类型方面的影响，对教师在外语教学中分配双人组口语活动成员和鼓励学生积极参与性方面提供了一定的参考依据。
