从红色油画的社会功用论其陈列、维护与修复

红色油画艺术品作为红色文化的一部分,是当今社会关注的热点。为了更好地体现红色油画本身的社会功用,起到对广大人民群众进行爱国主义教育、革命传统教育的作用,要及时维护好红色油画艺术作品的健康及完整,这是关系到红色油画作品能否长期地陈列和保存的至关重要的问题。如何做好对红色油画作品的日常维护、保管、陈列以及修复是我们当今需要研究的课题。     

The Floyd Landis doping scandal: Implications for image repair discourse

Floyd Landis’ efforts to repair his image in the wake of charges that he used illicit substances to win the 2006 Tour de France have been judged a failure. Analysis of his complex and contradictory rhetorical strategies reveals three important implications for the theory and practice of image repair. First, the use of absolutive stances can be severely confounded by the introduction of strategies designed to evade responsibility. This essay explains why attempts to evade responsibility contradict the combined strategies of denial and differentiation in such a way that weakens image repair efforts and confuses audiences. Second, the success of third party bolstering, cited elsewhere as an effective means of repairing one's image, is dependent upon the credibility of those third parties. Third, attacks on one's accuser have their limitations and may even worsen one's public image in some instances.     

知识产权质押融资的法律依据与制度重构

相对于拥有多种融资渠道的大企业来说,资金匮乏一直是中小企业扩大再生产的障碍。针对中小企业,特别是技术密集型中小企业无形资产丰富的特性,我国从2009年开始推广知识产权质押融资工作。但由于知识产权价值的难以估计性,金融机构对于此项融资的风险抱有抗拒心理,加之登记制度、风险分散机制等配套措施的不健全,知识产权质押融资进展缓慢。因此,必须紧紧围绕知识产权质押融资的内在制度不完备和外在支撑力量欠缺两方面入手,从登记、评估、融资方式创新、风险分担机制的建立等多方面对此制度进行重塑,从而给中小型科技企业的发展带来新的活力。     

Goodness-of-Fit of the Distribution of Time-to-First-Occurrence in Recurrent Event Models

Imperfect repair models are a class of stochastic models that deal with recurrent phenomena. This article focuses on the Block, Borges, and Savits (1985) age-dependent minimal repair model (the BBS model) in which a system that fails at time t undergoes one of two types of repair: with probability p(t), a perfect repair is performed, or with probability 1-p(t), a minimal repair is performed. The goodness-of-fit problem of interest concerns the initial distribution of the failure ages. In particular, interest is on testing the null hypothesis that the hazard rate function of the time-to-first-event-occurrence, λ(·), is equal to a prespecified hazard rate function λ₀(·). This paper extends the class of hazard-based smooth goodness-of-fit tests introduced in Peña (1998a) to the case where data accrual is from a BBS model. The goodness-of-fit tests are score tests derived by reformulating Neyman's idea of smooth tests in terms of hazard functions. Omnibus as well as directional tests are developed and simulation results are presented to illustrate the sensitivities of the proposed tests for certain types of alternatives.

The Scaled Uniform Model Revisited

Abstract

Sufficiency, conditionality, and invariance are basic principles of statistical inference. Current mathematical statistics courses do not devote much teaching time to these classical principles, and even ignore the latter two, in order to teach modern methods. However, being the philosophical cornerstones of statistical inference, a minimal understanding of these principles should be part of any curriculum in statistics. The scaled uniform model is used here to demonstrate the importance and usefulness of the conditionality principle, which is probably the most basic and less familiar among the three.     

Using heuristics to find minimal unsatisfiable subformulas in satisfiability problems

In this paper, we propose efficient algorithms to extract minimal unsatisfiable subsets of clauses or variables in unsatisfiable propositional formulas. Such subsets yield unsatisfiable propositional subformulas that become satisfiable when any of their clauses or variables is removed. These subformulas have numerous applications, including proving unsatisfiability and post-infeasibility analysis. The algorithms we propose are based on heuristics, and thus, can be applied to large instances. Furthermore, we show that, in some cases, the minimality of the subformulas can be proven with these algorithms. We also present an original algorithm to find minimum cardinality unsatisfiable subformulas in smaller instances. Finally, we report computational experiments on unsatisfiable instances from various sources, that demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithms.     

微时代国家电网品牌建设研究——以重庆市电力公司开通“红岩微博”为例

以微博为媒介代表的微时代,不仅让信息传播流动化、迷你化、即时化、扁平化,还重构了社会舆论图景和社会管理方式,给企业品牌建设与维护带来新的压力和张力。面对新的挑战,国家电网需要注入新的血液和活力。重庆市电力公司“国家电网红岩供电抢修服务队”微博的开建在较短时间内取得了显著成效,给国家电网品牌建设提供了一个良好范本。本文建议在确定微博定位、搭建微博矩阵、构建运营机制等方面形成一个品牌建设的完整流程。     

基于时间继起的消费者信任修复研究

企业的产品质量危机极大的损害消费者的信任,企业的发展离不开消费者的信任。关注消费者的信任修复,考虑到信任修复是个动态的过程,使用情景模拟法对消费者的初始信任修复和后续信任修复进行实证研究,利用SPSS对数据进行方差分析和多元回归分析。研究结果表明,消费者宽恕倾向对初始和后续的重购意愿有显著影响。在初始信任修复中,修复方式对初始重购意愿有显著影响,初始善意信任信念在修复方式和初始重购意愿的关系中起中介作用;在后续信任修复中,修复方式和有无欺骗对后续重购意愿有显著影响,并且两者交互作用显著,后续善意信任信念和后续正直信任信念在修复方式、欺骗和后续重购意愿的关系中起中介作用。     

Preservation of some reliability properties by certain record statistics

Record values are closely connected with the occurrence times of a corresponding non-homogeneous Poisson process and in reliability theory, they are used in shock models. In this paper, first, some distribution properties of current records are presented. It is then shown that the hazard (reversed hazard) function of the upper (lower) current records can be expressed in terms of the hazard (reversed hazard) function of the parent distribution. Some reliability relationships between the original variable X and the corresponding current records and with record ranges are established. Also, preservation of some uncertainty measure based on current records is discussed.
