LARGE AND MODERATE DEVIATIONS PRINCIPLES FOR KERNEL ESTIMATION OF A MULTIVARIATE DENSITY AND ITS PARTIAL DERIVATIVES

This paper studies the large deviations behaviour of the kernel estimator of a probability density f, by considering the case when the kernel takes negative values. It establishes large and moderate deviations principles for the kernel estimators of the partial derivatives of f. The estimators of the derivatives exhibit a quadratic behaviour for both the large and the moderate deviations scales, whereas for the density estimator there is a classical gap between the large deviations and the moderate deviations asymptotics.     

英语委婉语的语言偏离现象探微

委婉语是英语中的一个重要的修辞手法。它在语言交流中运用得十分广泛,是交际者在谈论一些令人不快或尴尬的事情时所使用的较为含蓄、礼貌的表达方式。在其被广泛使用的过程中,英语委婉语体现出了与其它修辞手法不同的语言特征。文章从Leech有关语言偏离的理论出发,对其特征之一,即英语委婉语中的语言偏离现象进行简要的分析,目的在于使读者了解两者之间的微妙关系,更好地欣赏和运用委婉语,使交际活动顺利进行。     

微型經濟體產業適度多元化理論與實證研究:以澳門為例

微型經濟體表現出不同一般的產業結構變化形態,本文在討論了微型經濟體產業結構選擇的一般規律的基礎上,以澳門為例,詳細闡述了澳門產業結構的特點及其存在的問題,說明適度多元化的產業模式是微型經濟體發展的出路,同時為澳門經濟的持續發展提出了對策建議。     

汉语中的话题突出和英语句法变异

从汉语句式中的话题突出入手,讨论了由汉语话题迁移所致的几种句法变异。汉语对话题结构的限制条件很少;而英语中对话题的约束条件却很多,话题必须和空位共指。在也学习中,汉语的话题特征会以默认值的形式迁移到英语句法当中。这使中国学生的英语句法具有大量汉语式的话题特征。本文认为,只有通过改善输入质量、加强针对性训练,使习得者内部大纲中的现行语法和产生12句式推导的相关输入特征发生冲突,才能使习得者内部的uG约束发生改变,并促使目的语语法进一步发展。     

朝鲜开化思想诠论——以稳健开化派为主的探索

朝鲜开化思想,是旨在建设近代国家的资本主义改革思想,也是以反对腐败无能的封建主义、实现近代化为目的的近代启蒙思想的雏形。在改革的范围和速度以及是否要与国内外政治势力相结合的问题上,开化思想又分为激进开化思想和稳健开化思想。稳健开化思想以近代东道西器论为基本思想,主张通过自上而下的改革,力主对内实现富国强兵,且对外实行均势外交,引进近代的文物制度,使落后的封建朝鲜逐渐发展成先进的资本主义国家,从而实现近代朝鲜的民族自强。     

论社会保障支出水平适度性的分析方法

对不同的国家和地区的社会保障水平适度性的衡量应从其实际经济发展水平和劳动要素分配比率出发,将社会保障水平的总量指标和结构指标结合使用,会更加合理的透视某经济体在社会保障支出和使用方面的问题。     

Moderate deviations for the random weighted sums of END random variables with consistently varying tails

In this paper, we study moderate deviations for random weighted sums of extended negative dependent (END) random variables, which are consistently-varying tailed and not necessarily identically distributed. When these END random variables are independent of their weights, and the weights are positive random variables with two-sided bounds, the results shows END structure and the dependence between the weights have no effects on the asymptotic behavior of moderate deviations of partial sums and random sums.     

社会福利研究述评

本文梳理了社会福利的概念、社会福利和社会保障的区别,从西方和中国两个视角总结了社会福利思想与流派,社会福利政策演变与模式分类,最后对社会福利的发展趋势进行了总结,认为构建和发展适度普惠型社会福利是我国今后几十年中的发展趋势.     

Frontiers of Stochastically Nondominated Portfolios

We consider the problem of constructing a portfolio of finitely many assets whose returns are described by a discrete joint distribution.We propose mean‐risk models that are solvable by linear programming and generate portfolios whose returns are nondominated in the sense of second‐order stochastic dominance. Next, we develop a specialized parametric method for recovering the entire mean‐risk efficient frontiers of these models and we illustrate its operation on a large data set involving thousands of assets and realizations.
