Random Weighting Estimation for Quantile Processes and Negatively Associated Samples

This article presents new theories of random weighting estimation for quantile processes and negatively associated samples. Under the condition that X ₁, X ₂,…, X _n are independent random variables with a common distribution, the consistency for random weighting estimation of quantile processes is rigorously proved. When X ₁, X ₂,…, X _n are not independent of each other, random weighting estimation of sample mean is established for negatively associated samples.     

高职院校生产性实训基地建设的探索

校内生产性实训基地能为学生再现真实的工作场景,有助于其掌握现场生产、工作、管理的操作技能,从而实现实训基地培养人才、服务社会的基本功能。为此,四川电力职业技术学院与四川省电力公司开创了"一三三一"(一体化、三对接、三考核、一平台)模式,校企一体,共建共享校内生产性实训基地,拓展了实训范围,形成了学生、学校、企业、社会四方共赢的局面。     

“一村一名大学生计划”人才培养模式的探索与实践——以华中农业大学为例

"一村一名大学生计划"旨在为广大农村培养"留得住、用得上、懂技术、善经营"的复合型、应用型人才,有效挖掘和利用农村人力资源,助推社会主义新农村建设。华中农业大学自2008年参与此项目以来,针对当前农村社会经济发展和学员自身实际,培养目标设定上注重与农业人才要求的吻合性,课程体系设置上注重与农业生产特点的针对性,教学过程安排上注重与农业生产过程的适应性,实践教学落实上注重与农业生产周期的同步性,在构建"一村一名大学生计划"人才培养模式方面作了有益的探索与实践,取得了明显成效。     

对农村两委“一肩挑”及交叉任职的思考

农村两委关系的调整关系到农村发展的大局。在当前农村两委关系调整中采取的村党支部书记和村委会主任"一肩挑"以及村党支部委员和村委会成员的交叉任职对于理顺二者的关系发挥了积极的作用。但是也面临一系列新挑战,诸如农村权力过分集中、权力缺乏监督、村务党务不分等。因此我们必须适时调整这一制度安排,通过划定二者职责范围、二者适度交叉任职、提高农村基层党组织的合法性基础等完善这一制度安排。

历史上浙江籍状元在时间上的分布呈现逐渐增多的趋势,在空间上的分布呈现向少数地区集中的特点.这一分布特征同中国经济重心的南移、区域经济发展的不平衡及教育文化水平等具有紧密的联系     

中国沿海经济带投资环境分析——基于辽宁“五点一线”沿海经济带的实证分析

运用因子分析方法对辽宁＂五点一线＂沿海经济带发展战略的投资环境进行了综合评价,结果表明,各主要城市的投资环境各有优势,大体可分三类：大连为最好,盘锦和营口次之,丹东、葫芦岛和锦州为较差的一类。为此,提出实现＂五点一线＂经济发展战略,改善辽宁沿海经济带投资环境的对策与建议。

通过较为全面的观察及较为细致的分析鉴别,我们最终确定“V一下”的结构语义主要有二：一是动作的具体数量;二是动作的少量。其语用功能为“减小对对方的强加”。     

Sample size determination for testing equality in frequency data under an incomplete block crossover design

When there are more than two treatments under comparison, we may consider the use of the incomplete block crossover design (IBCD) to save the number of patients needed for a parallel groups design and reduce the duration of a crossover trial. We develop an asymptotic procedure for simultaneously testing equality of two treatments versus a control treatment (or placebo) in frequency data under the IBCD with two periods. We derive a sample size calculation procedure for the desired power of detecting the given treatment effects at a nominal-level and suggest a simple ad hoc adjustment procedure to improve the accuracy of the sample size determination when the resulting minimum required number of patients is not large. We employ Monte Carlo simulation to evaluate the finite-sample performance of the proposed test, the accuracy of the sample size calculation procedure, and that with the simple ad hoc adjustment suggested here. We use the data taken as a part of a crossover trial comparing the number of exacerbations between using salbutamol or salmeterol and a placebo in asthma patients to illustrate the sample size calculation procedure.
