至今为止,在组织结构中占主要地位的仍然是层级结构(金字塔结构),这种结构存在着如下缺点:(1)部门之间是竞争和不信任关系;(2)人们在工作中思维是片段性的;(3)容易产生信息孤岛等。矩阵式组织结构能够在某种程度上弥补这些缺点,然而,矩阵式结构中存在的一个人有两个或多个上司的问题使这种结构的应用受到限制。在分析金字塔式和矩阵式组织结构弊端的基础上,本文指出,尽管目前已有多种组织结构形式,但几乎没有跳出以“方框”限定专业领域,以“线段”代表权力关系的思维模式,而这正是金字塔组织结构、矩阵式组织结构的根本弊病所在,要消除这种弊病,使组织方式适合知识经济时代的特征,需要改变这种“方框”和“线段”的含义,本文提出了以契约代替权力,以团队完成工作、部门作为资源的提供者存在的方式来代替工作由部门分段完成的方式,从而消除了金字塔组织结构、矩阵式结构的一些本质弊端。以项目管理为重点,本文分析了在组织中用以代替权力关系的五种基本契约关系,即:(1)总经理与项目经理的“业计-任务完成者”关系;(4)项目经理与项目组成员的“雇主-雇员”关系以及(五)项目组成员与部门经理之间的“专业资源-资源育成者”关系,并以某IT企业的实例说明了这五种契约式项目组织关系在实践中的运用方式。 相似文献

以“宝贝回家”公益寻子网站为个案,对网络“类民间组织”的演化机制进行考察,主张网络“类民间组织”的演化机制可以分为形成、发展、规范和成熟四个阶段。同时,对网络“类民间组织”的社会影响进行探究,发现网络“类民间组织”在推动公众参与、扩大民间组织影响力、促进社会协调发展及拓宽行政监督途径方面具有积极意义;但是,由于受自身发展存在的缺陷及法治建设迟缓等因素的影响,网络“类民间组织”亦易造成社会失序、网络舆情“非理性”等消极影响。鉴于此,从营造发展环境、转变培育方式、深化内部管理机制、推进立法进程、健全监管体系等方面提出促进中国网络“类民间组织”健康发展的政策建议。 相似文献

Regulatory shifts in US border policy set in motion through implementation of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative are concurrent with recent formal and functional changes to the US passport. This article examines these modifications interweaving themes of boundary, mobility, and identity. The study focuses on the tripartite means by which the state employs the passport: as the primary affixer of national identity; as a mediator of contact and mobility across national boundaries; and as a mode for the projection of a certain territorial discourse to its citizenry and ‘others.’ These concepts are developed through an analysis of the narrative and iconic representations contained within the new book itself; material sources from government archives; as well as discussions and interviews with US State Department functionaries closely associated with the design and distribution of the new e-passport. Through the latter examination, a view is afforded into the process by which key state documents are crafted and an inherent tension revealed within an agency charged with establishing a particular unifying ‘brand’ for the preeminent instrument of national identification, whilst dutifully acknowledging the diverse constituency of a nation that historically fashions itself as one constructed from the many. In conclusion, the study suggests that the new passport is the handiwork of a plethora of state actors and a servant of many masters, for it is not only a facilitator of mobility and a vouchsafe for the identity of the bearer, but also, a tiny but significant piece of US property, itself an agent of border maintenance and boundary construction that enables the state to lay claim to its citizenry. 相似文献

The study employs a sample of US S&P 100 firms to explore the driving factors affecting the level of board commitment. We modified Clark’s (1998) CANE model and developed a corporate CANE model that is applicable for board commitment. Supporting our model, we find that primary drivers of board commitment (through board personal agency) are non-financial factors including board independence, size, gender diversity, professional experience/skills, industrial and financial experiences, senior executives' compensation, and strictly board independence. These board compositions significantly enhance the level of board commitment, except the board size. On the other hand, whilst we find significant impact for the market-based factors, i.e. board commitment level tends to increase with market value (Tobin's Q), we find weak or no evidence on the effects of accounting-based factors. This suggests that the board task value is influenced by the actual perception of the market participants rather than ‘documented’ figures. 相似文献

The current study used dyadic data to investigate the impact of relationship type and social support on the retrospective accounts of commitment trajectories of romantic relationships. Past research suggests that social support is a positive contributor to relationship stability and commitment, which may be especially true for partners in interracial relationships who face broader societal opposition than intraracial couples. Using multilevel modeling, we investigated the effects of sex, relationship type, and social support on reports of commitment. Results showed differences in trajectories of commitment based on couple type (interracial vs. intraracial) for both men and women. Social support was found to have an especially strong impact for women in interracial relationships compared with women in intraracial relationships, but there was no differential impact among men. 相似文献

“Phil's Calling Grandma… ”: The Role of External Support in Human–Companion Animal Identity Pairings

This exploratory paper deals with human–animal role identity pairings such as parent–child or sibling–sibling and the necessity of support from other actors both for the formation of these idiosyncratic identities, as well as for their situational placement in social environments not limited to the nonhuman animal. Taken from a qualitative study examining identity formation counter to the nonhuman animal, I use in‐depth interviews of both people with and without human children to demonstrate how human‐to‐human relationships are formed by categorizing the companion animal as a “child” of sorts within the family structure. These relationships prove integral to the continued development and enactment of identities such as the animal “parent” or the animal “sibling” via three different groups: their own parents, partners, and, in one case, adult siblings. This creates positive affect and commitment to the identity across other social situations. Implications of these findings for identity theory and family research are discussed. 相似文献
