组织承诺研究及其对我国企业管理实践的启示

组织承诺一直是组织行为学和人力资源管理研究中的热点问题,它侧重于研究组织成员随着对所属组织的投入逐渐形成的态度和行为。该论文拟回顾组织承诺的研究历程,并分析影响组织承诺的因素,在此基础上重点探讨该研究对我国企业管理实践的启示。     

新形势下上海合作组织在国际社会中的定位思考

上海合作组织倡导和实践新型安全观的新思维,在国际社会中发挥的作用和影响不断扩大。随着地区与世界局势的变化,上海合作组织在世界政治中应当进一步致力于推动国际政治、经济关系的民主化进程,促进经济合作领域的扩大与深入,拓展安全合作领域,建立更加广泛的地区冲突预防机制,在维护世界和平与秩序方面发挥更大作用。     

论教育承诺对中国高等教育的影响

阐述中国的教育服务承诺,分析教育服务承诺对中国高等教育的影响及对策。中国高等教育只有树立全球观念,规范教育行政,加大教育投入,引进教育资源,深化专业改造,提高教育质量,面向世界培养人才,才能融入世界教育大潮。     

The mediating effect of organizational commitment and employee empowerment: how transformational leadership impacts employee knowledge sharing intention

This study examined the underlying process through which transformational leaders provide an influence on employees’ knowledge sharing intention by concentrating on mediating roles of psychological empowerment and employees’ commitment to organizations. The direct and indirect impacts of transformational leadership on knowledge sharing were explored. In order to test the proposed hypotheses, structural equation modelling analysis was conducted with a sample of 426 full-time employees in South Korea. The results of this study showed a significant direct effect of transformational leadership on psychological empowerment and organizational commitment, which in turn had a significant influence on employees’ knowledge sharing intention. Transformational leadership had only an indirect effect on knowledge sharing intention among employees. These results bring out the importance of mediating roles of employee’s attitudes, especially organizational commitment, for promoting knowledge sharing intention among employees.     

新生代幼儿园教师工作价值观对组织承诺的影响：组织气氛的调节作用

：通过对560名90后幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,探讨新生代幼儿园教师工作价值观对组织承诺的影响以及组织气氛的调 节作用。研究结果表明,幼儿园教师工作价值观各维度与组织承诺之间呈显著正相关,组织气氛对工作价值观与组织承诺的 关系具有显著的调节效应。物质报酬、职业发展、人际关系三个工作价值观维度对组织承诺的正向影响随着组织气氛和谐程 度的提高而减弱,利他奉献对组织承诺的正向影响随着组织气氛和谐程度的提高而增强。因此,关注新生代教师工作价值观 类型和工作诉求,建设和谐组织气氛是提升教师组织承诺的重要路径。     

Nonprofit Isomorphism: An Australia–United States Comparison

This paper examines the organizational structures of nonprofit organizations in Australia and the United States. Using random samples of nonprofits drawn from the two organizational populations, the analysis compares the extent of structural resemblance or isomorphism in each. It detects similar levels of isomorphism for several structural characteristics. The paper interprets this finding as reflecting expectations for nonprofit organizations that stretch worldwide.

Rethinking cynicism: Parrhesiastic practices in contemporary workplaces

Within the social sciences, most studies of transnationalism take the approach that migrants experience a duality between place of origin and place of residence. In that kind of approach, transnationalism refers to a sense of in‐betweenness caused by this duality. The aim of this paper is to show how the activities of an Iranian diaspora organization in Southern California (NIPOC) may seem essentialist at first but can be considered transnational because they transcend the duality of the past/place of origin and the present/place of residence. Through an example of an Iranian festival that is the creation of diaspora, I intend to show how national identity is detached from its assumed link to the nation state or ‘the country of origin’ and placed within a newly created imaginary space of a nation within a nation.     

和谐社会建设中的戒瘾康复研究

成瘾问题是国际社会共同关注的焦点,也是亟待解决的世界性难题。戒瘾者的康复过程分为生理康复、心理康复、社会康复等三个阶段,对成瘾者进行治疗而非强制性戒除是和谐社会介入成瘾行为的主要趋势。戒瘾社会工作对于戒瘾者的心理康复和社会康复发挥了巨大的作用。     

基于就业能力视角的新生代农民工组织承诺管理

新生代农民工已经成为农民工中的主力军,由于自身特点及企业支持的缺乏,他们的流动率极高,给企业造成管理混乱的同时也不利于自身就业能力的提高。企业应该提高他们的人力资本、社会资本及心理资本以提升其就业能力,从而增加组织承诺。     

“两新”组织党建“构筑利益推动点中获取认同”机制分析——基于对浦东新区四个国家级开发区基层党组织的调查

通过对浦东新区的4个国家级开发区两新组织党建状况的调查,提出中国共产党的基层党建在两新组织中构筑利益推动点中获取认同的发展机制。由于缺少行政权力依托,在两新组织中,党支部必须通过获得两新组织的认同来发展党组织。基层党支部根据所处环境和资源构筑不同层次的利益推动点是机制作用的起点,通过不断增强所在两新组织的利益,党支部的重要性、影响与组织规模逐步增强。在该机制作用下,党组织的发展与两新组织的发展实现了相互强化。该机制的阐释也是对当前学界在两新组织党建理论上宏观的理论依据与微观的具体事例分析间缺少过程与机制分析的补充。
