西部大开发所面临的环境代价问题及对策

我国西部地区生态环境脆弱,近年来由于经济发展过程中的一些不正确行为,使得西部地区生态环境问题日趋严重。实施西部大开发必然要面临着环境代价这一问题,为了有效地控制环境代价问题,必须一靠政府有效干预,正确引导;二靠加强技术进步转变资源配置方式;此外,还要牢固地树立“可持续发展”观念。     

广州大型零售企业发展滞后的成因及其治理思路

与上海、北京、深圳相比,广州一直没有酝酿出像上海百联、北京国美、深圳华润万家这样的全国性零售龙头企业。本文结合国际零售企业的发展脉络,在对零售企业发展的影响因素及其驱动力机行进行理论分析的基础上,从企业战略构建能力和外部环境因素两大角度探讨制约广州本土零售巨头诞生的成因。论文认为,广州本土零售企业要做强做大必须重新进行定位、创新经营模式,强化资本运作,加强高端人才的培养和引进;同时,还应该深化业态创新、实施差异化经营,寻找适合自己的发展道路。     

The livelihood challenges of resettled communities of the Bui dam project in Ghana and the role of Chinese dam‐builders

Emerging issues from the Bui hydropower project suggest that the experiences of two earlier hydropower projects in Ghana failed to prevent challenges related to resource access and livelihoods. This article examines the nature of the challenges, their causes, why they were not avoided and the role of the Chinese builders. We conducted 43 interviews and 11 focus group discussions and analyzed qualitative data by themes using narrative analysis. Our findings show that the livelihoods of the resettled communities are, on balance, negatively impacted by the construction of the dam. While Chinese dam‐builders played a major role in financing and enabling the dam's construction, the Ghanaian governance arrangements were found to be more important in addressing the livelihood challenges.

随着近年来高校不断扩招，师资短缺，许多学校的英语教学不得不以大班授课的形式来完成。本文首先阐述了大班教学带来的若干问题，然后提出了一些有针对性地解决方案及对策。     

Strong laws of large numbers for dependent heterogeneous processes: a synthesis of recent and new results

This paper surveys recent developments in the strong law of large numbers for dependent heterogeneous processes. We prove a generalised version of a recent strong law for Lz-mixingales, and also a new strong law for Lpmixingales. These results greatly relax the dependence and heterogeneity conditions relative to those currently cited, and introduce explicit trade-offs between dependence and heterogeneity. The results are applied to proving strong laws for near-epoch dependent functions of mixing processes. We contrast several methods for obtaining these results, including mapping directly to the mixingale properties, and applying a truncation argument.     

A note on nonlinear regression for the autoregressive moving average with non-hd errors

Estimation by nonlinear regression of the parameters for the stationary and invertible autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model with mixing or martingale difference errors is considered. Simple proofs of consistency and asymptotic normality for the nonlinear least squares estimator are given by exploiting results from nonlinear estimation theory and mixing and mixingale theory.     

新课程背景下大学人文教育的思考--全日制高校通用教材《大学语文》存在的不足与对策

指出并分析全日制高校通用教材<大学语文>存在的六大问题,包括课文是清一色的短篇且与现行基础教育阶段语文教科书有较多重复篇目;对选文的相关知识缺乏必要的详细介绍;对"提示"和"思考与练习"的编制思路欠妥;缺乏高层次语文能力训练设计;缺乏配套学习软件;各单元整合性不足.在此基础上,提出进一步完善该教材的七条建议,包括增设各单元综论部分;重编重组精读部分;设置专题拓展略读部分;设计单元专题表达与交流活动;使用符号系统;开发大学语文教学软件;按大单元制结构模式编排教材内容.     

On rates of convergence to infinitely divisible laws for dependent random variables

Large O and small o approximations of the expected value of a class of functions (modified K-functional and Lipschitz class) of the normalized partial sums of dependent random variables by the expectation of the corresponding functions of infinitely divisible random variables have been established. As a special case, we have obtained rates of convergence to the Stable Limit Laws and to the Weak Laws of Large Numbers. The technique used is the conditional version of the operator method of Trotter and the Taylor expansion.
