百年回顾:20世纪的日本高等教育

日本是近代高等教育的后发国家 ,2 0世纪初确立了近代高等教育制度。经过战后改革及高速成长期的迅速发展 ,到 2 0世纪末日本已经成为世界上为数不多的高等教育大国。分析 2 0世纪特别是二战后日本高等教育发展的经验与教训 ,不仅可以丰富我们对不同高等教育发展模式的认识 ,而且可以为我国 2 1世纪的高等教育改革与发展提供一些有益的启示。     

立体标签自动贴标机结构设计

为了减少在产品包装环节中的人员参与,提高包装环节的自动化程度,研制了一种用于立体标签的自动贴标机。 根据产品贴标的流程,采用Pro/E软件进行三维建模和零部件的优化设计,包括传送机构、标签推进机构和折弯机构。 折弯机构中采用了折弯翻板实现对标签的折弯控制;自动贴标机各机构均采用了独立的电机控制,控制系统采用PLC 技术和变频器调速控制,设计了电动机正反转的控制电路图。通过对机械结构和电气控制系统优化设计,得到了满足设 计要求的自动贴标机机构设计参数,实现了对厚度为0.5 mm纸质标签纸的2次折弯并实现贴标过程。该自动标签机的 使用实现了包装过程的自动化,提高产品的包装效率。     

高校体育教师自我评价体系的探究

高校体育教师教学质量的优劣与自身的专业水准有着直接的关系,而影响教师专业发展的关键又在于对教师的评价体系是否科学、合理,是否有利于教师水平的不断提高与发展．本文阐述体育教师自我评价的必要性,探究建立自我评价体系,促进提高教师的专业成长．     

Estimation in capture–recapture models when covariates are subject to measurement errors and missing data

For capture–recapture models when covariates are subject to measurement errors and missing data, a set of estimating equations is constructed to estimate population size and relevant parameters. These estimating equations can be solved by an algorithm similar to the EM algorithm. The proposed method is also applicable to the situation when covariates with no measurement errors have missing data. Simulation studies are used to assess the performance of the proposed estimator. The estimator is also applied to a capture–recapture experiment on the bird species Prinia flaviventris in Hong Kong. Semiparametric inference of proportional odds model based on randomly truncated data

This paper studies the estimation in the proportional odds model based on randomly truncated data. The proposed estimators for the regression coefficients include a class of minimum distance estimators defined through weighted empirical odds function. We have investigated the asymptotic properties like the consistency and the limiting distribution of the proposed estimators under mild conditions. The finite sample properties were investigated through simulation study making comparison of some of the estimators in the class. We conclude with an illustration of our proposed method to a well-known AIDS data.     

Characterizations based on order statistics under sampling without replacement

In this paper, we consider finite populations and investigate their characterizations by regressions of order statistics under sampling without replacement. We also investigate some asymptotic results when the size of the population goes to infinity.     

Hypotheses testing: Poisson versus stress-release

We consider the problem of hypotheses testing with the basic simple hypothesis: observed sequence of points corresponds to stationary Poisson process with known intensity against a composite one-sided parametric alternative that this is a stress-release point process. The underlying family of measures is locally asymptotically quadratic and we describe the behavior of score-function, likelihood ratio and Wald tests in the asymptotics of large samples. The results of numerical simulations are presented.     

Empirical likelihood for a partially linear model with covariate data missing at random

In this paper, we consider the partial linear model with the covariables missing at random. Empirical likelihood ratios for the regression coefficients and the baseline function are investigated, the empirical log-likelihood ratios are proven to be asymptotically chi-squared and the corresponding confidence regions for the parameters of interest are then constructed. The finite sample behavior of the proposed method is evaluated with simulation and illustrated with an AIDS clinical trial dataset.     

On equality of ordinary least squares estimator,best linear unbiased estimator and best linear unbiased predictor in the general linear model

The equality of ordinary least squares estimator (OLSE), best linear unbiased estimator (BLUE) and best linear unbiased predictor (BLUP) in the general linear model with new observations is investigated through matrix rank method, some new necessary and sufficient conditions are given.
