提高大学生就业能力途径的探讨——基于南京工程学院毕业生就业状况的调查与分析

提高毕业生就业能力，引导毕业生充分就业，是高等学校教育工作者面临的一项重要任务。通过对南京工程学院毕业生就业状况的分析，提出了提高大学生就业能力，促进毕业生就业的意见与建议。     

The changing Japanese human resource development system

This paper describes dynamic changes in the Japanese HRD system. The focus of discussion is on two HRD models, current and emerging, which are used to examine linkages to human resource management and the work system in Japan. Implications relative to new HRD roles and possible interventions in the new model are also provided.     

Using the Narrative Approach in Groups for Chemically Dependent Mothers

ABSTRACT

The powerful and healing effects of the narrative approach with the mothers at Family House, a residential treatment program for chemically dependent women, support the use of narratives in groups. Creative clinical techniques that facilitate the telling of stories are detailed. Eight themes were constructed from a retrospective review of group process notes, graduation ceremonies, and one author's written stories about clients. These repeated gender-associated themes include: no power, no sense of self, no joy, no honesty, no trust, no sense of community, no attention span, and no words for feelings. Directions for future research are identified.     

Selecting the best normal population better than a standard under unequal variances

In this article we consider a problem of selecting the best normal population that is better than a standard when the variances are unequal. Single-stage selection procedures are proposed when the variances are known. Wilcox (1984) and Taneja and Dudewicz (1992) proposed two-stage selection procedures when the variances are unknown. In addition to these procedures, we propose a two-stage selection procedure based on the method of Lam (1988). Comparisons are made between these selection procedures in terms of the sample sizes.     

THE SIMPLE LINEAR CALIBRATION PROBLEM AS AN OPTIMAL EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN

ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to consider the linear calibration problem through an optimal design approach, to evaluate the approximate variance of the calibrating value and provide approximate confidence intervals. The sequential approach through Stochastic Approximation is also applied to obtain a D-optimal design is considered.     

全要素生产率测算的半参数估计方法及其应用

构造了全要素生产率增长率测算的半参数增长速度方程，该方程具有以下性质：并不事先假定全要素生产率增长率与时间的表达式，通过估计获得这种结构关系；使用增长率相对指标，避免计量单位的影响。中国1979-2006年的实证结果表明：资本和劳动力的产出弹性分别为0.525和0.585，规模报酬递增；资本、劳动力和全要素生产率的平均贡献率分别为46％、12％和42％。     

Approximately Median-Unbiased Estimation of Autoregressive Models

A hedonic model of automobile prices that takes gasoline costs into account is developed and used to examine whether gasoline price increases (especially those related to the 1973 and 1979 oil shocks) changed consumer evaluations of the relative qualities of used cars in the U.S. during 1970–1981. We test the null hypothesis that the characteristics' coefficients remained constant over time. It is rejected if gasoline costs are excluded from the model but not if they are included. Alternative approaches are developed to show that the gasoline price increases alone can explain much of the observed changes in the coefficients.

毛泽东思想和邓小平理论是把马克思主义与中国革命具体实践相结合中两次飞跃的理论成果。毛泽东思想是邓小平理论的思想基础和思想源泉。在中国社会发展的战略转移中形成和发展了邓小平理论,与此同时,形成和发展了有独立科学体系的邓小平教育思想。邓小平教育思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。“文革”前邓小平有关教育问题的论述是属于毛泽东教育思想的范畴。邓小平教育思想体系有其形成和发展的过程：第一阶段：“文革”后期对教育的整顿;第二阶段：“文革”结束后对“两个估计”的拔乱反正;第三阶段：亲自抓教育的改革。邓小平教育思想有其时代性、突破性、实践性的特点。其科学体系主要表现在八个方面。
