大学英语语篇教学刍议

语篇教学法不同于传统教学法，它注重语篇的结构层次与阅读方式的学习、背景知识的介绍、语篇体裁的讲授、语篇层次的衔接与语篇内在结构的理解。语篇教学法注重对交际能力的培养，对学生有效地使用语言起到很重要的促进作用。     

自然教学法及其运用

本文旨在介绍并诠释美国应用语言学家S .D .Krashen和西班牙语教师T .Terrell创立的自然教学法的基本理论和该理论在综合英语教学中的运用 ,并对理论和实践相结合过程中存在的问题及原因进行了分析和探讨。     

Social innovations on land use in rural China: an asset-based analysis

Land is one of the most important assets in many countries, but property rights in rural China create unique circumstances worthy of consideration. Because the state and collectivities hold property rights and grant right of use, those who live and farm on land cannot freely use, transfer, pledge for loan, or bequeath that land. However, several recent social innovations experiment with ways to broaden flexibility on land use. Using the theoretical framework of asset building, this article discusses the current land policy, re-examines the asset attributes of land and discusses both the advantages and disadvantages of these innovations in rural China. The analysis leads us to make further suggestions concerning asset-based land policy.     

多视角下高校学术讲座建设的路径探析

学术讲座作为高校文化建设的一部分,发挥着第二课堂的重要作用。但受多方面影响,讲座水平参差不齐,效果不佳。阐述了开设高校学术讲座的作用,并针对学术讲座建设中存在的问题,从不同视角提出了具体可行的解决方法,以实现高校文化传承的战略意义。     

Computer support for continuous improvements

Abstract. The view of manufacturing has changed in recent years. This is evident from how the focus of management's attention is shifting more and more towards the basics of operating the business. The challenge to manufacturers in the West today is how to introduce leaner practices in their operations. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate how computer technology and information systems can be applied to support the transition to leaner practices in a complex operation. The problem with the large information systems developed to manage the complex operations of many Western companies is that they were designed to help maintain performance and not to support finding opportunities for new improved practices. Results from the ESPRIT II project, CIM for Multi-supplier Operations (CMSO), show that an existing data infrastructure can be effectively utilized to develop inexpensive, customized tools to support a process of continuous improvements. In this project a set of tools for planning the material flow from supplier to the assembly line was developed for the Saab-Valmet automobile assembly plant in Uusikaupunki, Finland. Hypertext tools were used to quickly develop decision support applications that supported problem solving and finding improvement potentials.     

Factors associated with the preventive healthcare service use among older adults in Korea: Focusing on age variation

The importance of preventive health examinations for older adults has been well emphasized due to an increase in chronic diseases associated with age. In this study, we estimated the preventive health examination participation rate and its associated factors among the elderly with specific focuses on the moderating effects between age and socioeconomic status. We used data drawn from the first to sixth waves (4164 people) of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging for the elderly aged 65 and over. A generalized linear model was used to address research questions. The results showed that the participation rate decreased as older adults age. The interaction between age and education was also significant, indicating that older adults with higher education were more likely to use a preventive health examination compared to those with lower education. There were no significant interaction effects between income and age. Based on the findings, implications for theory and practice were discussed with specific focuses on age‐specific approaches in preventive healthcare services for older adults.     

创新创业文化与思想政治教育对接的综合研究--基于创业文化视野下的大学生就业能力培养*

不断提升大学生的就业能力是素质教育的重要目标之一。将创新创业文化与思想政治教育有机结合,通过世界观、方法论的引领,帮助广大青年学生树立崇高的人生理想,并通过教育引导学生掌握创业创新文化的基本知识,使大学生增强自信心,拓宽就业知识面,增加成功创业的几率,从根本上有效缓解大学生就业难、难就业的现状。     

高职大学英语词汇教学与职业核心能力的培养

通过采用“支架式”词块教学法,把词块教学做为一条主线贯穿整个英语教学,不仅培养了学生的词块意识,发展了语言能力,同时也培养了学生的职业核心能力。     

From passive assistance to capacity building: assessing the Child Development Fund in Hong Kong

Poverty was not a major issue in Hong Kong before the 1990s. After the Asian financial crisis, the government admitted that poverty was growing and demanded attention. While passive assistance was maintained, increasing emphasis was placed on capacity building to promote self-reliance. The Child Development Fund was introduced to combat intergenerational poverty by developing children's capacity and assets, especially through mentorship. On the basis of published data and interviews with social workers, the project should be considered a success, but it was not without problems. The contribution of social workers to the project was significant but received little government recognition.     

CBI教学理念在大学英语教学中的实证研究

本研究以实证方式讨论了CBI在非英语专业大学英语课堂中的应用,检验了在6个T方法的指导下CBI主题模式教学的实施效果。研究采用了定性和定量相结合的研究范式,搜集了课堂录像、调查问卷、测试和访谈等数据,从学生语言技能、课堂话语模式及语言发展其他能力等方面调查了CBI教学理念下的主题教学与一般主题模式教学的效果差别。研究结果显示,CBI教学理念在大学英语课堂的运用在提高学生语言技能和改善课堂话语模式上有积极效果,同时,该理念可以造就学生对主题的自我探索和培养学生思维能力。
