台湾《联合报》副刊的文学传承与角色变迁

报纸副刊是文学与传媒结合的产物,兼具了文学与传媒的双重特点.台湾<联合报>副刊继承与发扬中国报纸副刊"名家办刊"与"文学摇篮"这两大文学传统,在传播的空间构建想像的文学社群,用传播的方式培育时代的文学新锐,并在50年风云变幻中不断调整自己的社会角色:从"文学的伊甸园",到"启蒙的前沿阵地",再到"精致的文学堡垒".其主编从"文学的园丁",到"媒体英雄",再到"新文学的守门人".<联合报>副刊不仅折射出台湾社会变迁的历史轨迹,也为世人留下了文学与传媒互动关系的经典个案.     

现代国际贸易理论中的国内和国际规模收益

在二战后的国际贸易中,工业化国家之间的制造业产品的交易量巨大,这种产业内贸易现象的出现,在一定程度上对传统的赫克歇尔-俄林-萨缪尔逊贸易模型产生了冲击和质疑。经济学家从多个角度寻求对这种现象的理论解释,并开始注意产品差别化及其对规模经济的影响,但是,这些研究对贸易理论的影响很小,并且解释现实的能力也很弱。因此,把差别化的生产资料作为研究的重点,在国际收益的框架下,建立模型以推出国际规模收益,并且运用这一模型得出了国际规模收益、传统的国内规模收益和要素禀赋论之间的关系。     

Expected sample moments of concomitants of selected order statistics

In this paper, the task of determining expected values of sample moments, where the sample members have been selected based on noisy information, is considered. This task is a recurring problem in the theory of evolution strategies. Exact expressions for expected values of sums of products of concomitants of selected order statistics are derived. Then, using Edgeworth and Cornish-Fisher approximations, explicit results that depend on coefficients that can be determined numerically are obtained. While the results are exact only for normal populations, it is shown experimentally that including skewness and kurtosis in the calculations can yield greatly improved results for other distributions.     

视频在IP网络中传输的质量研究

利用MEPEG-4视频TRACE作为输入源,通过分析MPEG-4视频的帧特性,提出了一种针对视频质量的网络传输服务质量保证机制;搭建了视频传输的仿真系统,分析了视频在网络传输中的特性,利用PSNR作为视频质量的衡量标准,在有服务质量保证和无服务质量保证机制的两种网络环境下做了仿真并比较结果,证明了提出的方法能有效提高视频质量．     

反馈型振荡器起振条件的新研究

阐述了目前被广泛应用的对于反馈型振荡器的分析方法在描述起振条件和稳定条件时存在严重的逻辑缺陷。提出了一种普适的起振条件判据,推导出两组具体而又具有实际指导意义的起振条件判据,阐明了不存在“频率稳定条件”的理由。     

Analyzing mental health evaluation: moral and ethical dimensions

Now that evaluators have been sensitized to the importance of moral and ethical issues in their work, it is time to move beyond generalities and examine the moral and ethical implications of specific evaluation models in specific settings. This paper proposes a framework that can be used to examine moral and ethical dimensions of evaluation and illustrates it by analyzing a selected model of mental health evaluation. Such a systematic identification of moral issues can improve evaluation practice both proactively, by shaping the training of evaluators, and retrospectively, by contributing to meta-evaluation.     

A construal level analysis of organizational change processes

To effectively manage planned change and understand differences in leaders’ and recipients’ responses to it, it is essential to understand how change is cognitively represented by organization members. In this theory-development article, we draw upon construal-level theory (CLT) and conceptually explore the role of change construal level in explaining responses to organizational change. We discuss differences between change leaders’ and recipients’ change construals, and differences in the relationships between change construal level and the response to change as a function of the change activities taking place. Specifically, we argue that high-level (i.e., abstract) construals of change will facilitate the effective initiation of change when the focus is on equilibrium-breaking activities, and that low-level (i.e., concrete) construals will facilitate the effective implementation of change when the focus is on institutionalization of the change. We further propose that leaders’ engagement in visionary leadership increases the likelihood that their generally higher level construal of change will be integrated into recipients’ change construals, elaborating and elevating them, and that recipients’ engagement in upward prohibitive voice behaviors will increase the likelihood that their generally lower construal of change will be integrated into leaders’ change construals, elaborating and concretizing them. We discuss theoretical and practical implications of our framework.     

Understanding manager resistance to blockchain systems

Blockchain technology has received much attention in the media and there is an increasing interest amongst organizations within financial services due to the potential benefits. As blockchain-based systems are a nascent technology, the requirements of the technology need to be understood, to allow blockchain systems to be successfully integrated within financial service organizations. There are gaps in academic research in understanding how managers evaluate the value of a blockchain-based system. This study develops a model to explain manager resistance to implementing blockchain-based systems in financial services organizations. This research advances the theoretical understanding of managers’ perspectives on blockchain-based systems and models their resistance to blockchain technology.     

《说文解字》“女”部字及其文化内涵

《说文解字》是我国析字形、解字义、辨读音的文字学专著。本文在对284个《说文解字》中“女”部字及女性文化相关字进行全面考察的基础上,依据《说文解字》中“以类相从,以义相贯”的分类原则,建构“女”部字分类体系,将其分为姓名、称谓、婚嫁、女性价值评判标准、中性字五个类别;通过《说文解字》与《现代汉语词典》中“女”部字对比,研究“女”部字形义变化;探讨“女”部字中反映出的古代女性主流社会地位和古代婚姻制度。     

《〈黑格尔法哲学批判〉导言》中的思想政治教育理念

作为马克思主义思想政治教育具有“原则高度”的理论开端,《〈黑格尔法哲学批判〉导言》在对宗教、思辨法哲学等迄今为止政治意识形式的否定性批判中,内在建构了马克思意识形态概念的核心要素与理论逻辑：从意识形态生成根源、精神变物质原理、理论实现条件等批判维度,深刻揭示了“颠倒的世界决定颠倒的世界意识”“彻底的副本批判必然会专注于原本和实践”“理论一经掌握群众也会变成物质力量”以及“理论实现程度取决于国家需要程度”等基本规律,初步确立了马克思意识形态批判和无产阶级思想政治教育的基本理念。
