物理学史与大学物理素质教育

物理学史在大学物理素质教育中不但可以培养学生的科学素质和创造素质，还能培养学生的非智力因素。物理教师授课时结合相关素材，选择适当的教学手段和方法，将使物理学史在大学物理素质教育中起到积极作用。

本文尝试从迪伦马特的喜悲剧《物理学家》(Die Physiker,1962)切入,研究其创作精神和戏剧理论。作者认为,迪伦马特的戏剧．承续了希腊戏剧的精神,开创了现代意义的喜悲剧的世界。     

Some theory and practical uses of trimmed L-moments

Trimmed L-moments, defined by Elamir and Seheult [2003. Trimmed L-moments. Comput. Statist. Data Anal. 43, 299–314], summarize the shape of probability distributions or data samples in a way that remains viable for heavy-tailed distributions, even those for which the mean may not exist. We derive some further theoretical results concerning trimmed L-moments: a relation with the expansion of the quantile function as a weighted sum of Jacobi polynomials; the bounds that must be satisfied by trimmed L-moments; recurrences between trimmed L-moments with different degrees of trimming; and the asymptotic distributions of sample estimators of trimmed L-moments. We also give examples of how trimmed L-moments can be used, analogously to L-moments, in the analysis of heavy-tailed data. Examples include identification of distributions using a trimmed L-moment ratio diagram, shape parameter estimation for the generalized Pareto distribution, and fitting generalized Pareto distributions to a heavy-tailed data sample of computer network traffic.

安徽省农业贷支差异性的实证分析

本文分别选取从1998年1月至2004年2月连续74个月的安徽省短期贷款中的农业贷款余额和财政支出中的支农支出数据，利用季节预测法计算出1998年1月至2004年12月的农业贷款余额和支农支出值，将其与实际值比较得出：连续7年时间里，该省的农业贷款余额呈上升趋势，而支农支出却呈下降走势。最后就两者存在的走势差异性提出要切实加大对农业的支持，有必要结合经济增长趋势、消费价格指数等变量综合考虑如何更好地进行支农行为。     

No Human Resource is an Island: Gendered,Racialized Access to Work as a Performer

This article explores the reproduction of gendered, racialized conceptions of age and appearance in structuring access to performing work. Analysis of this issue leads to discussion of a key supposition: that central work experiences of women performers are manifestations of their position as formal and informal proxies for women's experiences in wider society. Women performers are formal proxies in that they are employed to ‘be women’; to represent women for consumption in the circuit of culture. They are informal proxies in that they are allocated to highly segmented labour markets based on wider patterns of gendered, racialized social relations.

《中华人民共和国物权法》对船舶等交通运输工具的物权变动采用了意思主义的物权变动模式，通过对民法上物权变动立法模式的分析及比较法上的考察，中国物权法下船舶物权变动应采取形式主义模式。     

湖南省出生人口性别比失衡原因及对策研究

上世纪80年代以来，湖南省人口出生性别比持续偏高，且地区、城乡、孩次间差异拉大。这一现象产生既有社会的原因、历史的原因，也有家庭的原因、现实的原因。综合治理人口出生性别比异常问题已刻不容缓。文章通过对湖南省人口出生性别比现状的分析，在强调综合治理、标本兼治的原则下，提出借鉴交通红绿灯电子监控的方法，发明监管B超性别鉴定的“电子眼”。     

弗洛伊德的本能论与叔本华、尼采的唯意志论

叔本华、尼采的唯意志论是一种哲学世界观,弗洛伊德的本能论则是具有一定科学性的哲学,他们之间具有一种内在关联,从而使弗洛伊德的思想汇入西方哲学源流之中。从弗洛伊德的本能学说看,叔本华和尼采的意志论都包含着一个内在矛盾,即无法在理论上逻辑地说明与生存意志及权力意志相反的现象,因为二者都共同缺失一个与生存意志或权力意志相对等的原则,这个原则就是死亡原则。     

A Full Bayesian Non-parametric Analysis Involving a Neutral to the Right Process

Implementation of a full Bayesian non-parametric analysis involving neutral to the right processes (apart from the special case of the Dirichlet process) has been difficult for two reasons: first, the posterior distributions are complex and therefore only Bayes estimates (posterior expectations) have previously been presented; secondly, it is difficult to obtain an interpretation for the parameters of a neutral to the right process. In this paper we extend Ferguson & Phadia (1979) by presenting a general method for specifying the prior mean and variance of a neutral to the right process, providing the interpretation of the parameters. Additionally, we provide the basis for a full Bayesian analysis, via simulation, from the posterior process using a hybrid of new algorithms that is applicable to a large class of neutral to the right processes (Ferguson & Phadia only provide posterior means). The ideas are exemplified through illustrative analyses.
