对一例桩基事故的处理及分析

对一工程实例钻孔灌注桩基事故的概况进行介绍,对事故原因进行分析;列举了多种处理该事故的方案,并对此进行了优化方案的比较。对优化方案进行了设计,构造处理。提出进行施工时注意的问题。同时提出了几点建议。     

大功率回旋管双阳极电子枪计算机辅助设计

根据回旋管对电子枪的要求,采用综合法和分析法设计了该双阳极磁控注入电子枪。编制了一套大型的计算程序;利用计算机辅助设计,给出了电极形状、电子轨迹与电子注参量。计算表明,这种电子枪具有速度零散小、层流性好、体积小等特点。该电子枪更能适应大电流工作情况,已经用于制管实验中。由热测实验表明,它具有明显的优点。

Disaggregating the Motives Underlying Turnover Intentions: When Do Intentions Predict Turnover Behavior?

Although intention to quit an organizationrepresents one of the better predictors of actualturnover behavior, the intention behavior relationshipvaries widely across studies. This study argues that one reason for the variability is that individualspossess different motives for stating a high intentionof leaving, and it is the motive that accounts in partfor when the intention will manifest itself in actual turnover. Using a longitudinal design,expectations were supported in that only thoseintentions motivated by disaffection with theorganization and its values resulted in the loss ofemployees.

A note on super exogeneity in linear regression models

This note considers how hypotheses of invariance and super exogeneity may be formulated and tested in elliptical linear regression models. It is demonstrated that for jointly elliptical random variables super exogeneity will only hold under normality.     

Saturated main-effect designs for factorial experiments

The results of a computer search for saturated designs for 2ⁿ factorial experiments with n runs is reported, (where n = 2 mod 4). A complete search of the design space is avoided by focussing on designs constructed from cyclic generators. A method of searching quickly for the best generators is given. The resulting designs are as good as, and sometimes better than, designs obtained via search algorithms reported in the literature. The addition of a further factor having three levels is also considered. Here, too, a complete search is avoided by restricting attention to the most efficient part of the design space under p-efficiency.     

Search for optimal designs in a three stagenested random model

In this paper we define a class of unbalanced designs, denoted by C_k,s,t, for estimating the components of variance in a k-stage nested random effects linear model. This class contains many of the designs proposed in the literature for nested components of variance models. We focus on the three-state model and discuss the determination of locally optimal designs within this class using a systematic computer search. For large sample sizes we show that approximate optimal designs may be obtained using a limit argument combined with numerical optimization. A comparison of our designs with previously published designs suggests that, in many cases, our designs result in substantial gains in efficiency.
