《花庵词选》版本源流考

黄羿所编撰的《花庵词选》是宋代极为重要的一部词选，分为《唐宋诸贤绝妙词选》和《中兴以来绝妙词选》两部分，历来刊本较为复杂，或一选单行，或两选合刻。文章从单行本和合刻本入手，梳理和分析了《花庵词选》的历代刊本，介绍了各种刊本的相关内容及流传关系，为深入研究《花庵词选》的版本目录奠定了基础。     

Inequalities for linear combinations of gamma random variables

We study the behavior of the tail probabilities of weighted averages of certain independently and identically distributed random variables as the weights are varied. We show that the upper and lower tails are smallest when all the weights are equal. Our results apply to exponential, chi-squared, gamma, and Weibull random variables.

Recursive procedures for multiple decisions: finite time memory and stepwise maximum likelihood procedure

A version of the multiple decsion problem is studied in which the procedure is based only on the current observation and the previous decision. A necessary and sufficient condition for inconsistency of the stepwise maximum likelihood procedure is shown to be the boundedness of the likelihood ratios. In the case of consistency the (typically slow) rate of convergence to zero of the error probabilities is determined.     

Estimation and Extrapolation of Tumor Probabilities from a Mouse Bioassay with Survival/Sacrifice Components

A nonparametric estimator of the probability distribution of time-to-tumor is incorporated into an algorithm for calculating linearly extrapolated dosage limits from an animal carcino-genesis bioassay. The procedure is illustrated with tumor data from a mouse bioassay with 2-acetylaminofluorene. Extrapolated dosage limits for an excess risk of 10^-6 differ by only a factor of 2 across the six replicates of the experiment.     

Some computational problems related to multinomial trials

Efficient numerical algorithms are developed to evaluate several probabilities related to multinomial trials.In the first part of the paper, the probability distribution of the number of trials until the alternatives j, j = 1,… m, have occurred at least i_j times is computed. The multinomial trials involve the m alternatives l,…, m, with positive probabilities P_l-P_m of occurrence. In the second part, several aspects of a multinomial subset selection problem, discussed by S. S. Gupta and K. Nagel, are investigated.     

高师音乐教育课的“双选制”利弊

"双选制"作为一种新的教学管理模式,被许多高校所采用,特别是在专业音乐院校的技能技巧课中其优势非常明显.目前许多高师音乐教育专业在技能技巧课中,也采用"双选制",但由于种种原因,这种管理模式反倒成了高师音乐教育"重技术,轻理论","重专业,轻文化"的催化剂.这一现象应该引起我们的注意.     

Minimax subset selection for the multinomial distribution

Let (X₁,…,X_k) be a multinomial vector with unknown cell probabilities (p₁,?,p_k). A subset of the cells is to be selected in a way so that the cell associated with the smallest cell probability is included in the selected subset with a preassigned probability, P¹. Suppose the loss is measured by the size of the selected subset, S. Using linear programming techniques, selection rules can be constructed which are minimax with respect to S in the class of rules which satisfy the P¹-condition. In some situations, the rule constructed by this method is the rule proposed by Nagel (1970). Similar techniques also work for selection in terms of the largest cell probability.
