Regression Modelling of Disease Risk in Relation to Point Sources

We describe a class of models for the investigation of possible raised risk of disease around putative sources of environmental pollution. An adaptation of the point process method suggested by Diggle and Rowlingson is presented, allowing the use of routinely available aggregated data and incorporating the more general distance–risk model suggested by Elliott and co-workers. An application to data on cancers of the stomach around municipal solid waste incinerators is presented.     

我国中小企业融资需求与资本结构选择研究——基于中小上市公司的实证检验

通过对影响中小企业融资需求与资本结构选择的特征因素进行逻辑分类,通过样本选择来控制一定层面的特征因素,进而对中小企业融资需求与资本结构选择进行一般性研究。研究发现我国中小企业的融资需求偏好股权融资,中小企业规模、成长性、市场竞争能力、盈利性、非债务税盾与资产担保价值对中小企业融资需求与资本结构选择具有重要影响揭示了尽管资本市场拓宽了中小企业的融资渠道,股权融资需求得到较大程度的满足,但是并不能满足中小企业成长性融资的内在需求,高成长企业被迫选择以银行信贷为主的债权性融资,从而带来财务杠杆的提高,增大企业财务风险,因此对于本身就具有高风险的中小企业来说,提高风险价值管理水平,科学进行融资决策具有至关重要的意义。

Inference in the presence of ranking error in ranked set sampling

The author proposes inference techniques for ranked set sample data in the presence of judgment ranking errors. He bases his analysis on the models of Bohn & Wolfe (1994) and Frey (2007a, b), of which parameters are estimated by minimizing a distance measure. He then uses the fitted models to calibrate confidence intervals and tests. He shows the validity of his approach through simulation and illustrates its application through the construction of distribution‐free confidence intervals for the median area of apple tree leaves covered by a spray.     

论小额诉讼程序的立法完善--以诉讼法理与非讼法理交错适用为视角

2012年《民事诉讼法修正案》中小额诉讼程序的设立是对我国社会司法需求的积极回应,对于通过司法途径解决民事小额纠纷,缓解我国司法“案多人少”的压力具有重要意义。良好的制度设计是程序功能发挥的前提,小额诉讼程序作为一种独特的审判程序,将其置于简易程序之中适用传统诉讼二元分离适用论的立法体例显然不利于其立法目的实现和功能发挥。文章运用诉讼法理与非讼法理交错适用论对小额诉讼程序的立法体例、适用范围、实施规则、救济途径等方面在立法上予以完善。     

国家自然科学基金资助项目综合评价:基于Vague 集多准则决策

采用基于Vague 集的多准则决策方法,对国家自然科学基金11 类主要竞争性资助项目的实施情况进行综合评价和排序． 首先,通过问卷调研的方式,由国家自然科学基金项目评审专家采用“高”、“不高”和“不清楚”三类语义,对各类项目按照“评审公正性”、“管理规范性”、“科研创新性”和“社会影响力”四个准则进行评价; 然后,根据问卷统计结果,将语义评价转化为Vague 估计值,并利用一种新的评分函数计算各类项目在各准则下的得分; 最后,采用正态分布的OWA 算子集结各准则下的得分,得到所有项目的综合评价和排序． 本文的研究结果将为完善国家自然科学基金的资助结构与管理模式提供重要参考依据．     

Small Area Estimation Using Estimated Population Level Auxiliary Data

Unit level linear mixed models are often used in small area estimation (SAE), and the empirical best linear unbiased prediction (EBLUP) is widely used for the estimation of small area means under such models. However, EBLUP requires population level auxiliary data, atleast area specific aggregated values. Sometimes population level auxiliary data is either not available or not consistent with the survey data. We describe a SAE method that uses estimated population auxiliary information. Empirical results show that proposed method for SAE produces an efficient set of small area estimates.

本文从电磁场基本原理出发表述电磁感应定律，对于“通量法则”构造回路的问题，指出也要紧扣基本原理进行分析，进而提出在一些典型例子中构造回路的不同意见。
