随着社会主义市场经济的发展 ,加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作显得尤为重要和紧迫 ,本文对加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作做了有益的研究和探索。     

光极堂大选与品令

孝文帝为在北魏推行门阀制度,在一以贯之的门阀观念下采取了一系列措施,光极堂大选即是其中非常重要的一环。它是孝文帝为重新配备迁洛以后的官员和确定他们的官位而进行的重大政治活动。而其前提'宣示品令',则是以门品定官品出身之令,它反映了孝文帝以官品定门第、以门第定出身、以出身定清浊、以清浊定阶级这样的理念。     

Robust Estimation in Binary Choice Models

The binary-response smoothed maximum score (SMS) estimator accommodates heteroskedasticity of an unknown form, but it may be heavily biased when the conditional error density is not differentiable or not bell shaped. We construct a new combined SMS estimator as a linear combination of individual estimators with weights chosen to minimize the trace of estimated mean squared error. This estimator is robust and rate-adaptive under weak assumptions on the density. Results of a Monte Carlo study confirm good performance of the combined estimator.     

A unified and elementary proof of serial and nonserial, univariate and multivariate, Chernoff–Savage results

We provide a simple proof that the Chernoff–Savage [H. Chernoff, I.R. Savage, Asymptotic normality and efficiency of certain nonparametric tests, Ann. Math. Statist. 29 (1958) 972–994] result, establishing the uniform dominance of normal-score rank procedures over their Gaussian competitors, also holds in a broad class of problems involving serial and/or multivariate observations. The non-admissibility of the corresponding everyday practice Gaussian procedures (multivariate least-squares estimators, multivariate t-tests and F-tests, correlogram-based methods, multivariate portmanteau and Durbin–Watson tests, etc.) follows. The proof, which generalizes to the multivariate—possibly serial—set-up the idea developed in J.L. Gastwirth, S.S. Wolff [An elementary method for obtaining lower bounds on the asymptotic power of rank tests, Ann. Math. Statist. 39 (1968) 2128–2130] in the context of univariate location problems, allows for avoiding technical convexity and variational arguments.     

Pienemann“可教性假设”与母语对第二语言习得影响研究

Pienemann“可教性假设”认为 ,外语学习者的语言习得受心理语言学处理能力的限制 ,即在某一级上处理语言结构的能力取决于已能够处理其前面一级的语言结构。也就是说 ,他们必须在前面习得的基础上获得下一个级别的进步。作者运用了多种方法和途径 (包括口语设计制作 ,优选任务 ,以及混合问句等设计 ) ,通过 15 0名操汉语的成年学生对英语疑问句的习得来验证这一假说。本研究进一步叙述了语言习得的发展顺序与母语影响之间的交互作用。     

Power Comparison of Multivariate Wilcoxon-type Tests Based on the Jurečková–Kalina’s Ranks of Distances

A multivariate two-sample testing problem is one of the most important topics in nonparametric statistics. One of the multivariate two-sample testing problems based on the Jure?ková–Kalina ranks of distance is discussed in this article. Further, a multivariate Wilcoxon-type test is proposed for testing the equality of two continuous distribution functions. Simulations are used to investigate the power of this test for the two-sided alternative with various population distributions. The results show that the proposed test statistic is more suitable than various existing statistics for testing a shift in the locationt and location-scale parameters.     

对刘劭《爵制》的评议

三国曹魏学者刘劭所著《爵制》,是保存至今最早的研究军功爵制的论著。文中所提出的"商君为政,备其法品为十八级"说和《商君书.境内篇》所说的秦国早期军功爵制的级别基本吻合。刘劭在《爵制》中还提出二十级军功爵制四大等级说,与《张家山汉墓竹简.二年律令》所记军功爵制有四大等级基本一致。《爵制》对二十级军功爵各个爵名的解释,也优于东汉学者卫宏和唐代注释家颜师古。然而刘劭的《爵制》也有缺点,如把军功爵制与夏、周的旧爵制相附会,忽视了军功爵制与五等爵制的本质区别,但不能因此而否定刘劭《爵制》的学本价值。     

论网络时代高校信息用户教育变革与教师队伍的重建

信息技术、网络技术飞速发展的信息社会的到来 ,使高校信息用户教育受到冲击 ;作为专门传授信息检索知识和技术的教师 ,同样面临着挑战。因此 ,高校图书馆在新的历史条件下要想更好地发挥其教育职能 ,就必须抢抓机遇 ,不断变革。本文就网络时代高校信息用户教育新的内涵及变革措施进行了探讨。     

南北朝的散官发展与清浊异同

文散阶的进化在南朝停滞不前,在北朝却迅速推进。其原因在于,北朝曾向将士普授文散官从而使之进化为位阶,南朝的“文清武浊”观念却阻碍了类似现象的普遍化。魏晋南北朝有两种“品位分等”：一种是以门第,中正品和“清浊”构成的“门品秩序”,它是士族自治的产物;另一种则是由军阶代表的“官吕秩序”,它较富功绩制色彩。
