对速度滑冰课程教学改革的思考

采用调查法,对我院速度滑冰课程教学中存在的一些问题进行了对比分析,提出了“冰轮结合”,创建北方特色课程教学改革的新思路。     

Leaders, followers, and time

In order to consider leadership from a temporal perspective, we examine extant leadership research that refers to temporal variables in its theorizing and/or empirical testing. We consider rhythmic patterns manifested in leader and follower behavior and employ entrainment, polychronicity, pace/speed, punctuality, and temporal depth as categorization concepts for the analysis. Further, we propose general theoretical statements about temporal dimensions and their prospective roles in relationships and processes related to leadership.     

高铁开通促进了农业全要素生产率增长吗?——来自长三角地区准自然实验的经验证据

本研究将高铁开通作为一项"准自然实验",基于2005-2017年长三角地区25个地级及以上城市的面板数据,采用倍差法并借助匹配倍差法和安慰剂测试等稳健性检验工具,对高铁开通的农业全要素生产率增长效应进行实证检验。研究发现:高铁开通在短期和长期都对沿线城市农业全要素生产率增长具有显著的促进作用;将农业全要素生产率分解为技术进步和技术效率后发现,高铁开通对农业全要素生产率的增长效应主要表征为对农业技术进步的推动而非对农业技术效率的改善;高铁开通有助于强化城镇化对农业全要素生产率增长的促进作用以及产业结构对农业全要素生产率增长的反哺作用。在我国高铁建设纵深推进和"乡村振兴战略"全面实施的背景下,应将高铁建设纳入推进乡村振兴战略和促进农业高质量发展的有效手段和政策工具,借助高铁开通的杠杆效应进一步发挥好城镇化、产业结构升级对农业全要素生产率的带动作用。     

跑步经济性与800m运动员专项速度的关系研究

从跑步经济性的视角探讨我国男子800 m项目存在的问题,研究结果认为:提高我国男子800 m竞技水平,应遵循优中选优原则.即在选才阶段以移动速度为优,在基础训练阶段以提高专项速度为优,在提高运动成绩阶段以有氧训练为优,把提高移动速度与专项速度耐力有机结合起来,以实现跑步经济性为目的.跑步经济性是决定800 m运动成绩的关键生理学指标之一.     

Random-Time Aggregation in Partial Adjustment Models

Structural econometric auction models with explicit game-theoretic modeling of bidding strategies have been quite a challenge from a methodological perspective, especially within the common value framework. We develop a Bayesian analysis of the hierarchical Gaussian common value model with stochastic entry introduced by Bajari and Hortaçsu. A key component of our approach is an accurate and easily interpretable analytical approximation of the equilibrium bid function, resulting in a fast and numerically stable evaluation of the likelihood function. We extend the analysis to situations with positive valuations using a hierarchical gamma model. We use a Bayesian variable selection algorithm that simultaneously samples the posterior distribution of the model parameters and does inference on the choice of covariates. The methodology is applied to simulated data and to a newly collected dataset from eBay with bids and covariates from 1000 coin auctions. We demonstrate that the Bayesian algorithm is very efficient and that the approximation error in the bid function has virtually no effect on the model inference. Both models fit the data well, but the Gaussian model outperforms the gamma model in an out-of-sample forecasting evaluation of auction prices. This article has supplementary material online.     

探析钢琴触键技术对钢琴音色的影响

钢琴音色的好坏直接影响弹奏者在弹奏技巧方面的变化,进而体现弹奏者的弹奏水平,在进行钢琴表演的过程中,弹奏者可以通过琴键的变化来实现钢琴音色的变化,而琴键的变化正是通过钢琴触键来实现的,因此,钢琴触键技术对钢琴音色有着非常大的影响。本文将从触键力度、速度、弧度以及方法等方面,全面地分析钢琴触键技术对钢琴音色的影响,以期使钢琴演奏者弹奏出更加悦耳生动的音色。     

包容性发展棱锥模型对海南后现代旅游房地产开发的启示

旅游房地产业是目前世界上发展最快的新兴产业之一.随着海南国际旅游岛建设的不断升温,以及我国房地产市场投资和消费模式逐渐转变,海南旅游房地产发展正面临着产业转型与风险共存的考验.从后现代主义的视角,引入包容性发展理念,构建出基于永续发展的包容性发展棱锥模型及其应遵循的“底—图关系”,旅游产业融合,“职、住、游”平衡最大化等几点原则,以弥补海南旅游房地产在土地开发、产业功能定位和空间规划方面的不足,总结出包容性发展棱锥模型对海南后现代旅游房地产开发的启示:注重土地开发过程中生态优先、旅游产业融合和实现多赢;应用基于高速铁路—公共交通导向的—体化立体综合土地使用模式;创造公平、宜居和高品质的旅游空间环境以及进一步完善旅游房地产规划法规体系.     

Breaking the Time Barrier

This paper examines the cultural implications of the increasing speed and acceleration of technological operation and development. It takes its cue from the notion originally proposed by Ernst Jünger and later taken up by Maurice Blanchot and, more recently, Bernard Stiegler, that we are ‘breaking the time barrier’. For Stiegler this is happening because ‘technics is evolving faster than culture’. This paper examines the beginnings of this idea in the work of Jünger, Blanchot and others and traces its development in the work of Derrida and Stiegler, particularly in relation to the increasing power and ubiquity of digital networks. Finally it proposes that one response to this situation is to be found in the artistic avant‐garde and in the concept of ‘delay’ originally proposed by Marcel Duchamp and taken up by Jean François Lyotard.     

中国企业对外直接投资速度空间关联性研究

在微观上探明企业对外直接投资速度的空间特征是理解我国对外直接投资快速增长的重要因素,本文通过匹配《中国工业企业数据库》和《境外投资企业（机构）名录》构建企业对外直接投资速度及其空间关联变量指标进行微观实证研究。研究发现：①企业对外直接投资速度不仅存在直接正向空间关联性,而且存在通过抵消企业低管理效率不利影响的间接正向空间关联性;②企业对外直接投资速度的空间关联性仅存在于邻省之间,并不存在于非邻省之间;③企业对外直接投资速度的邻省空间关联性存在异质性,对发达国家进行投资的企业并不存在这种关联性。研究结果意味着在制定对外直接投资促进政策时应充分考虑空间协调性,发挥空间关联的积极作用。
