在非线性条件下,扩展Kalman滤波(EKF)的应用最为广泛。但是,由于它采用了Taylor展开的线性变换来近似非线性模型,因而存在计算量大、实时性差、估计精度低等缺点。粒子滤波(PF)用一些带有权值的随机样本(粒子)来表示所需要的后验概率密度,并通过这些粒子的加权来估计目标运动的状态,从而得到基于物理模型的近似最优数值解,具有精度高、收敛速度快等特点。通过仿真实验将PF与EKF的性能进行了对比,并且研究了噪声协方差与粒子数对PF的影响。PF与EKF的对比实验结果表明,在强非线性条件下,PF比EKF跟踪精     

大数据驱动下“双一流”高校跟踪评估平台构建研究

在大数据时代,传统的高校评估体系相对滞后,未能客观反映出跟踪评估高校的具体动态结果,未能完全实现评估体系的智能化服务.文章以"双一流"高校跟踪评估为切入点,探索大数据驱动下"双一流"高校跟踪评估平台的构建问题.文章首先梳理了国内外世界一流大学、一流学科的研究现状与热点趋势,以及大数据驱动与跟踪评估的相关研究,明确了世界一流大学和一流学科与大数据跟踪评估的整体特征;其次,在总结国内外研究现状的基础上,重点研究了大数据驱动下"双一流"高校跟踪评估平台的构建;最后,深入解析了"双一流"高校跟踪评估平台构建的功能和作用等问题.本研究期待为构建大数据驱动下的"双一流"高校跟踪评估体系提供重要支撑,为多元评估判断和科学决策提供客观依据.     

具有能量回馈的纯电动车驱动控制系统

针对纯电动汽车驱动系统在能量回馈过程中的系统效率不高的问题,设计了以TMS320LF2407为核心的硬件及软件系统,利用SVPWM调制技术结合磁链跟踪技术的控制方法,实现制动过程中电机产生的制动能量回馈到蓄电池中;并在搭建的双电机对拖试验台上进行实验。实验数据表明,永磁同步电机驱动系统具有较高的系统效率,系统效率85%以上的工作点占72. 73%,能够回收较多的能量,提高了续驶里程。     

Divergent pathways: the road to higher education for second-generation Turks in Austria

The article aims to explore immigrant educational pathways in relation to access to higher education (HE) in the Austrian context. Specifically focusing on Turkish youth, the author presents case studies of students who successfully entered HE in spite of their disadvantaged social, ethnic and geographic background. By further enhancing Ball’s distinction (Ball, Reay, and David 2002) between embedded and contingent choosers, the article provides an in-depth understanding of the cultural and structural context in which these students’ educational choices are played out. Finally, reaching out for Turner’s (1960 Turner, R. H. 1960. “Sponsored and Contest Mobility and the School System.” American Sociological Review 25 (6): 855–867.10.2307/2089982[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) notion of sponsored mobility, the article reflects on how the process of early selection reduces the opportunities for immigrant youth to access seemingly open and free HE.     

基于目标函数的一类非线性系统模糊逻辑控制器的设计

讨论了基于目标函数的一类非线性系统模糊逻辑控制器设计问题。通过引入控制器参数学习递推算法并结合李雅普诺夫稳定性判据,使整个闭环系统不仅能满足稳定性条件且具有较好的跟踪参考输入信号能力,仿真结果表明了这一方法的有效性。     

Target estimation for the logistic regression model

The method of target estimation developed by Cabrera and Fernholz [(1999). Target estimation for bias and mean square error reduction. The Annals of Statistics, 27(3), 1080–1104.] to reduce bias and variance is applied to logistic regression models of several parameters. The expectation functions of the maximum likelihood estimators for the coefficients in the logistic regression models of one and two parameters are analyzed and simulations are given to show a reduction in both bias and variability after targeting the maximum likelihood estimators. In addition to bias and variance reduction, it is found that targeting can also correct the skewness of the original statistic. An example based on real data is given to show the advantage of using target estimators for obtaining better confidence intervals of the corresponding parameters. The notion of the target median is also presented with some applications to the logistic models.     

Maximum likelihood and optimum location of observation sites in geodetic and spatial surveying

In geodetic and spatial surveying, accurate statistical es-timates of the Cartesian coordinates of a stationary target depend, in general, on such factors as target position, number and type of instruments, their location, their accuracy, and their mix. Direct measurements are assumed to be made in elevation, azimuth, and range with errors independently and normally distributed. For a mix of instruments, theoretical arguments are established using maximum likelihood estimation to determine the optimal siting of the instruments which minimizes (GDOP)² or the square of the geo-metric dilution of precision = sum of the variances of the estimates in the three orthogonal directions.

In hindsight and now again: black male teachers’ recollections on the suffering of black male youth in US public schools

This article draws from data in a larger qualitative study on the lives of black male teachers in US public urban schools. I examine their schooling experiences as black male youth. By coupling theories of social suffering with life history methodology, this research analyzes how three black male teachers experienced frustration, marginalization, and misery as students. For these participants, academic tracking was a site of social suffering. This suffering persisted into their adult lives as classroom teachers, as they witnessed and attempted to mitigate the struggles of their own black male students. The findings in this study have implications for further research on black male teachers as well as their recruitment and retention in US public schools.
