Uncertainty in interorganizational collaboration and the dynamics of trust: A qualitative study

The field study presented in the article illustrates how trust is operationalized in business practices. It shows that deciding to engage and remain in collaborative relations characterized by high uncertainty is influenced by reciprocal interactions among (i) transactional and relational attributes, (ii) organizational and environmental characteristics, (iii) governance structures and processes, and (iv) acts of suspension. Our framework demonstrates that exchange partners sometimes need to suspend (i.e., accept and embrace) risks in a non-calculative manner. Thus, building on a qualitative study of collaborative software development projects, this paper calls for the dynamic treatment of governance mechanisms in interorganizational relationships.     

Making it ‘APP’en: service user feedback: developing and implementing a service user APP: reflections from Northern Ireland,England and Scotland

Despite the advent of social media and increasing use of smart phone technology amongst global and UK populations, APP’s for social work remain in their infancy. Several have been developed which focus on the education of social workers and practitioners providing information on specific social work issues, and one we are aware of that explores ethics and values using a games-based approach. In this paper, we discuss the importance of service user perspective in social work practice and how this informed the development of the feedback App. We reflect on developing this instrument using digital technologies which social workers can use to gather anonymous feedback from service users about their experiences of social work interventions. This project, developed in response to demands placed on social work agencies to evidence the effectiveness of service interventions, provide robust data from service users for inspection regimes and sustain service user involvement in improving services. The evaluation model is designed to document the implementation process, exploring what works and what barriers, challenges and lessons were learned by the project team together with how some of the tensions in the process were addressed and resolved.

论日本拥核图谋与无核政策的历史因素

作为迄今唯一遭受核打击的二战战败国,日本处在美国核保护伞和日美安全同盟之下,虽有一直存在的拥核政治图谋和核技术研究进程,却没有核武器被制造出来的事实,处在核技术威慑的长期状态中。美国严控日本制造核武器的国际高压态势以及日本国内民众反核运动的不断发展,共同保证了日本的核技术威慑原则的长期性和安全性,也是日本和平核能利用的理性之路。日本从核技术威慑层面走向无核状态,是一段任重道远的政治进程。日本不必、不能也不会拥有核武器,对无核世界建设和人类可持续发展将会具有更加积极的政治影响。     

基于TAM的移动内容服务采纳分析

3G时代,提供能被消费者接受的移动内容服务是移动运营商和内容提供商实现利润的重要前提,其关键是明晰影响用户采纳移动内容服务的主要因素和影响途径。本文以技术接受模型为理论基础,在移动商务的环境下对其进行扩展,建立了整合用户创新性、外部影响和感知财务费用的移动内容服务采纳模型,并在此基础上提出了相应的假设,并通过结构方程模型的方法对假设模型进行了验证。实证研究发现,技术接受模型在移动商务环境下依然有效,而且用户自身的创新性、外部的影响和使用成本也影响消费者的采纳意图。     

国内外信息技术外包研究现状及趋势对比分析

以国外ABI、EBSCO Host数据库以及国内中国期刊数据库中收录的论文为基础数据源,利用文献计量法,对检索数据在年份分布、期刊构成、学者队伍、论文内容和方法等方面进行归纳总结;对比分析了国内外16年来(1992-2007)信息技术外包(IT外包)的发展现状、趋势以及研究热点,揭示了我国在IT外包学术研究方面与国外研究存在的差距,并提出了针对性的建议,为今后国内的研究提供借鉴。     

金融市场发展、海归与技术扩散:基于中国海归创办新企业视角的分析

本文通过构建企业研发生产函数并引入海归智力增益因素,考察中国金融市场对海归创办新企业引致的技术扩散效应的影响。对中国1997-2008年30个省市面板数据的实证研究表明,金融市场在促进外资研发及海归创业引致的技术扩散方面作用显著。首先,金融市场发展在达到一定水平并且融资效率相对较高时,海归选择由外资企业流出建立新企业的可能性也较高,从而会放大外资研发投资的技术扩散效应;其次,货币市场通过新建企业的人员流动效应对技术进步的拉动作用显著,而信贷和股票市场的效果并不理想。     

国际科技园区发展历程、经验与新趋势

各国科技园区的成功经验表明,创新制度安排、创新服务网络、创新政策体系、创新人才培养和创新文化体系是造就园区创新活力的关键所在。随着新技术的研发与产业化应用模式出现的新变化,各国成功的科技园区在全新的起点上进入了新一轮的发展循环,其面向未来的演化趋势主要体现在产业体系、运营管理模式、创新服务网络和园区综合功能等方面。     

Technology Acceptance Model 3 and a Research Agenda on Interventions

Prior research has provided valuable insights into how and why employees make a decision about the adoption and use of information technologies (ITs) in the workplace. From an organizational point of view, however, the more important issue is how managers make informed decisions about interventions that can lead to greater acceptance and effective utilization of IT. There is limited research in the IT implementation literature that deals with the role of interventions to aid such managerial decision making. Particularly, there is a need to understand how various interventions can influence the known determinants of IT adoption and use. To address this gap in the literature, we draw from the vast body of research on the technology acceptance model (TAM), particularly the work on the determinants of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and: (i) develop a comprehensive nomological network (integrated model) of the determinants of individual level (IT) adoption and use; (ii) empirically test the proposed integrated model; and (iii) present a research agenda focused on potential pre‐ and postimplementation interventions that can enhance employees' adoption and use of IT. Our findings and research agenda have important implications for managerial decision making on IT implementation in organizations.     

对外技术依存度若干问题研究

对外技术依存度是我国衡量自主创新能力的指标之一。但从现有的测算方法看还存在着一定的问题。本文依据技术国际收支数据讨论了测算方法的改进,并认为对外技术依存度的标准不能一刀切,对发达地区和欠发达地区应建立不同的标准。
