现代汉语标志型被动句的句法分析

在现代汉语标志型被动句中,名词性成分（NP）可作主语,也可作标志词“叫”、“被”、“让”、“受”、“遭受”等的宾语以及谓语动词的宾语。介词标志型被动句中的动词性成分前后一般都有附加成分,它有五种基本句型。动词标志型被动句则有两种基本句型。被动句和主动句之间存在一定的变换关系。     

Extreme Values and Haar Series Estimates of Point Process Boundaries

ABSTRACT.  We present a new method for estimating the edge of a two-dimensional bounded set, given a finite random set of points drawn from the interior. The estimator is based both on Haar series and extreme values of the point process. We give conditions for various kind of convergence and we obtain remarkably different possible limit distributions. We propose a method of reducing the negative bias, illustrated by a simulation.     

Minimax A‐ and D‐optimal integer‐valued wavelet designs for estimation

The author discusses integer‐valued designs for wavelet estimation of nonparametric response curves in the possible presence of heteroscedastic noise using a modified wavelet version of the Gasser‐Müller kernel estimator or weighted least squares estimation. The designs are constructed using a minimax treatment and the simulated annealing algorithm. The author presents designs for three case studies in experiments for investigating Gompertz's theory on mortality rates, nitrite utilization in bush beans and the impact of crash helmets in motorcycle accidents.     

基于FPGA的超高速FFT硬件实现

介绍了频域抽取基二快速傅里叶运算的基本原理;讨论了基于FPGA达4 096点的大点数超高速FFT硬件系统设计与实现方法,当多组大点数进行FFT运算时,利用FPGA内部大容量存储资源,采用乒乓结构进行流型运算,提高FFT运算速度,同时保证结果的准确性;对实际硬件进行了FFT运算测试,测试结果证明了系统的可行性和正确性,并且利用该硬件系统成功完成了星载SAR实时成像处理。     

Case study: shipping trend estimation and prediction via multiscale variance stabilisation

Shipping and shipping services are a key industry of great importance to the economy of Cyprus and the wider European Union. Assessment, management and future steering of the industry, and its associated economy, is carried out by a range of organisations and is of direct interest to a number of stakeholders. This article presents an analysis of shipping credit flow data: an important and archetypal series whose analysis is hampered by rapid changes of variance. Our analysis uses the recently developed data-driven Haar–Fisz transformation that enables accurate trend estimation and successful prediction in these kinds of situation. Our trend estimation is augmented by bootstrap confidence bands, new in this context. The good performance of the data-driven Haar–Fisz transform contrasts with the poor performance exhibited by popular and established variance stabilisation alternatives: the Box–Cox, logarithm and square root transformations.

Wavelet shrinkage for unequally spaced data

Wavelet shrinkage (WaveShrink) is a relatively new technique for nonparametric function estimation that has been shown to have asymptotic near-optimality properties over a wide class of functions. As originally formulated by Donoho and Johnstone, WaveShrink assumes equally spaced data. Because so many statistical applications (e.g., scatterplot smoothing) naturally involve unequally spaced data, we investigate in this paper how WaveShrink can be adapted to handle such data. Focusing on the Haar wavelet, we propose four approaches that extend the Haar wavelet transform to the unequally spaced case. Each approach is formulated in terms of continuous wavelet basis functions applied to a piecewise constant interpolation of the observed data, and each approach leads to wavelet coefficients that can be computed via a matrix transform of the original data. For each approach, we propose a practical way of adapting WaveShrink. We compare the four approaches in a Monte Carlo study and find them to be quite comparable in performance. The computationally simplest approach (isometric wavelets) has an appealing justification in terms of a weighted mean square error criterion and readily generalizes to wavelets of higher order than the Haar.

国有军工企业军民融合研究

为探索国有军工企业军民融合发展，本文主要运用制度经济学理论，通过实证分析和比较分析等研究方法，对国有军工企业未来的军民融合发展做了前瞻性的分析研究。主要结论是：军民融合实现形式具有多样性和阶段性，“军转民”是军民融合发展的初级阶段，“军民一体化”是军民融合发展的高级阶段。军民融合由“军转民”到“军民一体化”是一次制度变迁过程。     

Fast Poisson noise removal by biorthogonal Haar domain hypothesis testing

Methods based on hypothesis tests (HTs) in the Haar domain are widely used to denoise Poisson count data. Facing large datasets or real-time applications, Haar-based denoisers have to use the decimated transform to meet limited-memory or computation-time constraints. Unfortunately, for regular underlying intensities, decimation yields discontinuous estimates and strong “staircase” artifacts. In this paper, we propose to combine the HT framework with the decimated biorthogonal Haar (Bi-Haar) transform instead of the classical Haar. The Bi-Haar filter bank is normalized such that the p-values of Bi-Haar coefficients (p_BH) provide good approximation to those of Haar (p_H) for high-intensity settings or large scales; for low-intensity settings and small scales, we show that p_BH are essentially upper-bounded by p_H. Thus, we may apply the Haar-based HTs to Bi-Haar coefficients to control a prefixed false positive rate. By doing so, we benefit from the regular Bi-Haar filter bank to gain a smooth estimate while always maintaining a low computational complexity. A Fisher-approximation-based threshold implementing the HTs is also established. The efficiency of this method is illustrated on an example of hyperspectral-source-flux estimation.
