城乡统筹发展视域下的基层供销社重建探析

城乡问题的探索经历了多个发展阶段,各国在不同的历史发展阶段对其所采取的策略与模式也有所不同。城乡统筹既要体现在区域规划、基础设施、教育条件、社会保障等方面的协调与统筹,还应体现在居民生活的舒适与便捷程度上,尤其是乡村居民的消费安全。在城乡统筹发展进程中有必要重新激活起基层供销社的活力,积极发挥其组织体系和经营网络优势,恢复重建基层供销社,使之真正成为农业社会化服务的骨干力量。     

城乡基层治理中地方政府合法性危机研究

目前,我国的现代化进程中经过了多年积累,基层社会充满了活力与持续发展的后劲,在全球面临严重经济危机时刻中国的经济发展仍然保持着强劲的发展势头,不免在国内外学术界、舆论界"中国模式"都成为大家津津乐道的话题。近几年的一些事件也似乎显示了我国地方政府公信力下滑,而且越往基层政府的公信力越令人担忧,这个问题的本质就应是地方政府所面临的合法性危机日趋加深。对于城乡基层治理中地方政府合法性问题做具体分析。     

Comment on: Threshold Autoregressions With a Unit Root

In this paper we revisit the results in Caner and Hansen (2001), where the authors obtained novel limiting distributions of Wald type test statistics for testing for the presence of threshold nonlinearities in autoregressive models containing unit roots. Using the same framework, we obtain a new formulation of the limiting distribution of the Wald statistic for testing for threshold effects, correcting an expression that appeared in the main theorem presented by Caner and Hansen. Subsequently, we show that under a particular scenario that excludes stationary regressors such as lagged dependent variables and despite the presence of a unit root, this same limiting random variable takes a familiar form that is free of nuisance parameters and already tabulated in the literature, thus removing the need to use bootstrap based inferences. This is a novel and unusual occurrence in this literature on testing for the presence of nonlinear dynamics.

Maximum Likelihood Unit Root Testing in the Presence of GARCH: A New Test with Increased Power

The literature on testing the unit root hypothesis in the presence of GARCH errors is extended. A new test based upon the combination of local-to-unity detrending and joint maximum likelihood estimation of the autoregressive parameter and GARCH process is presented. The finite sample distribution of the test is derived under alternative decisions regarding the deterministic terms employed. Using Monte Carlo simulation, the newly proposed ML t-test is shown to exhibit increased power of relative to rival tests. Finally, the empirical relevance of the simulation results is illustrated via an application to real GDP for the UK.     

SNA关于机构部门分类的修订与中国机构部门的调整研究

 本文对2008SNA关于机构部门分类的修订进行了梳理。对比了2008SNA和1993SNA在机构部门与机构单位内容上的主要区别,分析了中国国民经济核算体系关于机构部门分类所存在的问题,提出了机构部门相关核算方法的调整建议。     

A Fractional Dickey–Fuller Test for Unit Roots

This paper presents a new test for fractionally integrated (FI) processes. In particular, we propose a testing procedure in the time domain that extends the well–known Dickey–Fuller approach, originally designed for the I(1) versus I(0) case, to the more general setup of FI(d₀) versus FI(d₁), with d₁<d₀. When d₀=1, the proposed test statistics are based on the OLS estimator, or its t–ratio, of the coefficient on Δ^d1y_t−1 in a regression of Δy_t on Δ^d1y_t−1 and, possibly, some lags of Δy_t. When d₁ is not taken to be known a priori, a pre–estimation of d₁ is needed to implement the test. We show that the choice of any T^1/2–consistent estimator of d₁∈[0 ,1) suffices to make the test feasible, while achieving asymptotic normality. Monte–Carlo simulations support the analytical results derived in the paper and show that proposed tests fare very well, both in terms of power and size, when compared with others available in the literature. The paper ends with two empirical applications.     

Is poverty multidimensional? A comparison of income and asset based measures in five Southern African countries.

This paper contests the major emphasis placed on the multidimensional nature of poverty measurement. Instead, it argues that poverty pictures created by different measures and at different units of analysis tend to converge. This argument is derived from a comparison of poverty pictures created using income and asset-based measures at the national and household level in five South African Development Community countries. Although multidimensional measures have value in illuminating subtle differences, the findings indicate a single dimension of poverty that runs throughout all the measures and levels of analysis. However, despite the single poverty picture provided by different measures, the abandonment of these different measures is not supported. Multidimensional measures provide insight into particular elements of poverty that is useful and relevant to poverty interventions.

心理学的多元化思想根源

心理学的思想根源是多元的、复杂的，而不是单一的，具体言之，它涉及到对心理学的思想与思想史、哲学思想根底、科学思想根系、文化思想根由、学术思想根基等的考察。心理学有自己的思想演变和发展，这构成了心理学的思想历史根源。心理学的研究都是依据于或建立在特定的哲学思想的根底之上。心理学的研究有自己的理论预设和思想前提，它需要在心理学哲学的反思层面得到考察和探索，得到批判和建构。回顾心理学独立前后，会发现心理学与其他学科门类或分支的关系发生了根本改观。心理学的研究都有自己相应的文化历史资源。西方心理学和中国的心理学事实上都拥有自己独特的、可以深入挖掘的文化历史资源。心理学作为一个学科的发展和演变会形成一种独特的学术传统，而学术传统形成的就是特定的学术资源。
