谢赫“六法”的历史演变

南齐谢赫首次提出了“六法”论，成为中国美术史上影响最深远的美学理论之一，但“六法”并非是“万古不移”的。随着时代的发展和绘画艺术的发展、演变，其具体含义也发生了量或质的变化，“六法间”的相互关系也相应发生了显著的变化。中国画的发展、演变和成熟的过程，也就是“六法”的发展、演变和成熟的过程。二者是同步进行的。     

Prompting Depression Treatment Seeking among Smokers: A Comparison of Participants from Six Countries in an Internet Stop Smoking RCT

Websites containing information and advice about health are increasingly common and popular. It is important to understand whether the material these sites contain can positively influence individual behavior, and whether populations differ in their response to that material. Participants in an international web-based stop smoking randomized controlled trial (RCT) were screened for major depression; participants whose history and/or depression symptoms were deemed of concern were offered one of two prompts (Strong and Mild) to seek treatment, depending on depression history. Participants from 3 predominantly English-speaking and 3 predominantly Spanish-speaking countries were analyzed. Individuals given a Strong prompt were more likely to seek treatment for depression than those given a weak prompt (16.6% vs. 10.2% of previously untreated individuals reported seeking treatment), controlling for symptom level and other variables. Country-specific differences were observed, with participants from South Africa and Spain departing from the common pattern of Strong prompt leading to higher likelihood of treatment seeking. Older age and female gender, but not symptom level predicted higher likelihood of seeking treatment following a prompt. The results suggest that information provided by the health websites can promote help seeking in affected individuals.     

Bayesian inferences related to shifting sequences and two-phase regression

The problem of estimating the switch point in a sequence of independent random variables is studied from a Bayesian viewpoint. Theoretical results and numerical examples are given for the normal sequence and two-phase regression.

应用聚类分析法对我国1992—2006年农村居民人均纯收入进行研究,聚类结果将我国各地区农村居民人均纯收入划分为7大类,而地理因素、政策因素、产业结构因素和收入来源差异因素是各类别农民收入水平存在差异性的重要原因。

It reviews the nonparametric estimation of statistical error, mainly the bias and standard error of an estimator, or the error rate of a prediction rule. The presentation is written at a relaxed mathematical level, omitting most proofs, regularity conditions, and technical details.     

比例失衡、制度变迁与性别和谐--中国妇女参政的新制度主义经济学分析

在倡导人类社会包容性发展的大潮之中，妇女需要提高政治地位以更好的发展，而政治更需要妇女的参与才能促进善政和善治。然而，妇女的政治赋权尚未引起重视，权力尖端女性缺位，公共管理部门女性比例偏低是中国妇女参政不容忽视的问题。问题的根源在于制度上的缺陷，从而将女性置于政治边缘。基于此，提出强制性与诱致性制度变迁相结合的模式，促进政治文明建设与权力领域中的男女平等，实现政治领域中的公平正义。     

Minimally changed run sequences in factorial experiments

Randomization of run sequences in factorial experiments may result in large number of changes in factor levels which will make the experimentation expensive, time-consuming and difficult. Experiments in which it is difficult to change the levels of factor(s) use of minimally changed run sequences may often be preferable to a random run sequence. In the present paper, we have developed method for obtaining minimally changed run sequences for factorial experiments. The general expression of factor-wise number of level changes for the developed minimally changed run sequences has also been obtained. A relationship has been established between the time count effect of a lower order factorial with minimally changed run sequences and that of a higher order factorial with minimally changed run sequences obtained through the lower order minimally changed run sequences. For providing a readymade solution to the end users, a SAS macro has also been developed for generating these minimally changed run sequences along with its parameters.     

The Cucconi Test for Location-scale Alternatives in Application to Asymmetric Hydrological Variables

To identify location-scale trends, which environmental data often exhibit, location-scale tests have to be addressed. The aim of this article was to estimate size and power of the Cucconi rank-based test when applied to various skewed distributions, typical in hydrology. Results of the Monte Carlo simulation revealed great power for series with low coefficient of variation, time of change close to the middle, not very heavy tail, and with length of at least 60. Comparison to the Lepage test discovered larger usefulness of the Cucconi test for short series and change close to the middle. Several practical applications were presented.     

The Poisson Approximation to the Binomial Distribution

Econometrics textbooks make use of the assumption of a fixed regressor matrix, although it is nearly always unrealistic for economic data. For developing the properties of the general linear model, this is a convenient simplification. But this assumption is retained when examining model specification. This practice has generated results that, if not erroneous, are certainly incomplete and thus deceptive. In particular, the omission of a variable or the imposition of any incorrect restriction may well increase the variance of estimated parameters rather than reduce it, as stated in the textbooks.
