基于数据挖掘技术的高校学生成绩管理研究

针对目前部分学生想当然认为上大学后就可以放松学习的心理以及不重视基础课程学习的现象，对数据库中学生的成绩信息进行挖掘，然后根据数据挖掘中的关联规则，提取隐含在各门课程之间的联系，以期寻找影响学生成绩好坏的潜在因素，而后根据这些因素建立成绩预警机制，从而为高校从事管理工作的人员以及高校教学改革更好地开展工作提供理论支持和科学依据。     

我国老龄消费市场开发的制约因素及对策

我国人口老龄化趋势日益严重,老龄消费市场开发前景广阔。但是诸如老龄消费市场结构不合理、政府社会和企业对老龄消费群体的关注程度不够、老龄收入缺乏增长机制、老龄群体的消费心理不成熟等因素制约了我国老龄消费市场开发的进程。针对以上问题本文提出了加强政府的引导和政策支持,建立老龄消费市场的运行机制,建立持续增长的老龄收入增长机制,优化老龄消费市场的发展环境等对策。     

Independence distribution preserving joint covariance structures for the multivariate two-group case

We characterize the general nonnegative-definite and positive-definite joint observation covariance structures for the two-group case such that the two sample mean vectors are independent of the two corresponding sample covariance matrices. Also, the sample covariance matrices are distributed as independent noncentral or central Wishart random matrices. We derive and utilize a representation of the general common non-negative-definite solution to a particular system of matrix equations with idempotent coefficient matrices.

Parameterized Expectations Algorithm and the Moving Bounds

The Parameterized Expectations Algorithm (PEA) is a powerful tool for solving nonlinear stochastic dynamic models. However, it has an important shortcoming: it is not a contraction mapping technique and thus does not guarantee a solution will be found. We suggest a simple modification that enhances the convergence property of the algorithm. The idea is to rule out the possibility of (ex)implosive behavior by artificially restricting the simulated series within certain bounds. As the solution is refined along the iterations, the bounds are gradually removed. The modified PEA can systematically converge to the stationary solution starting from the nonstochastic steady state.

学术权力和行政权力是存在于高校学术管理中的两种基本权力形式。如何协调两种权力的运行、保障学术权力的行使一直是学界探讨的热点。文章认为，基于我国历史文化背景和目前的现实．诸多问题的突破点在于保证行政权力的规范运行上。故拟通过分析行政权力在学术管理中的地位、作用，针对目前权力运行中存在的主要问题，提出行政权力规范运行的对策。     

泰国学生习得汉语复元音韵母的偏误分析

文章通过对12位泰国学生汉语复元音韵母的习得情况进行调查,分析了各个学习阶段的泰国学生汉语复元音韵母的偏误率和偏误形式出现的规律,找出每一个二合、三合元音韵母的偏误特点、存在的难度梯级。其中,二合元音韵母偏误主要发生在ie、ou、üe、uo;三合元音韵母的难点主要是ui、iu。文章最后指出产生这些偏误的主要原因,并且针对这些偏误,提出了一些相应的教学对策。
