毛泽东与“另起炉灶”的外交战略理论和实践

建国之时,毛泽东和党中央根据当时的国际形势,从中国人民的根本利益出发,提出和实施“另起炉灶”的外交战略,成为新中国在当时最重要的外交方略之一。“另起炉灶”外交战略理论的提出实施,彻底划清了新中国外交与旧中国外交的界限,从根本上维护了“一个中国”的原则,使新中国走上了真正独立自主的道路。因此,“另起炉灶”的外交战略理论不仅具有伟大的历史意义,而且具有伟大的现实意义。     

对我国民事主体资格理论的反思

民事主体资格问题不仅存在于民事法律关系中, 同时对其他法律关系也会产生影响。关于这一问题在理论研究中还存在一些缺陷。本文就有关问题提出质疑并进行反思, 以求引起重视, 达到完善我国民事主体资格理论的目的。     

略论抗战时期大后方的讨汪运动

大后方声势浩大的讨汪运动,共分为汪精卫叛国与反汪浪潮的兴起、汪逆投降活动的加剧与反汪斗争的发展以及汪伪政权的建立与反投降斗争的最高峰等三个阶段,研究这一段历史,对深化抗日战争研究和批判今天阻挠祖国统一的分裂行为,均具有重要的理论和现实意义.     

一代冠冕：韩元吉的诗歌成就及其影响

久为学界所忽略的韩元吉,被南宋人视为“一代冠冕”,诗歌多寓山河家国之感,苍郁俊劲、清腴朗润,成就与“中兴四大家”相伯仲。其诗学渊源得叶梦得指授,复影响陆游等中兴诗人,诗风蕲向“腴润”,对南宋诗坛“唐音”之复归起了导夫先路的作用,厥功甚伟。     

Locating “youth voice:” Considering the contexts of speaking in foster care

Within social services, an increasingly significant movement supports giving “voice” to children and youth, enabling them to express their views and to have those views taken into account in matters that affect them. In this article, the author draws from narratives of young people who grew up in foster care, examining stories of their efforts to impact the course of their own lives. The article explores the ways that very specific contexts and relationships of power shaped the utterances of young people in the foster care system and distorted, muted, or amplified their abilities to express their need and interests. This is a beginning attempt to identify ways that contexts of speaking in foster care can be understood and altered in order to strengthen the capacity of young people to voice their concerns and aspirations.     

Voice and Identity in a Bicultural/Bilingual Environment

Researchers have noted that with the onset of adolescence, girls' voices become muted and school achievement drops. Girls learn that the expression of strong feelings leads to distance from others, and that full use of their bodies and minds cause others discomfort. Self-esteem suffers and girls become at risk for destructive behaviors. Most studies have been done with middle class Caucasian girls. Those few studies done with young girls of color speak of girls on the margin who seem to resist losing their voices and their self-esteem. This article describes a study involving 5th–8th grade girls participating in an Advisory group program at a grammar school in a predominantly Mexican community of a large city. Group sessions were taped and analyzed for common themes including voice and self-esteem. Focus was directed to the influence of the bicultural/bilingual environment in analysis of group content. Implications for practice are included.     

声气并茂的战争画面——早期史传文学的战争描写

先秦两汉散文以战争为题材的作品,从多个方面展现战场上的声气状态,用以反映参战将士的英雄气概和权谋智慧。鼓声是最重要的描写对象,与此相伴随出现的战争统帅形象,衅鼓习俗还带有神秘性。战场上的歌声、呐喊声、骂声、叱声、噪声,营造出多种多样的氛围,把参战者生命之气的表现形态充分地展现出来。     

大学生群体对社会工作职业声望评价探析——以四川农业大学本科生为例

为了解社会工作目前的职业声望,本文通过问卷调查了作为社会先进群体的大学生对社工的职业声望评价。调查结果显示,大学生自身所持有的价值观、择业要求会影响对职业的评价,对社工本身的了解程度也是影响因素之一。笔者因此建议通过大力加强社工价值教育,扩大舆论宣传和提高社工福利等措施来提高社工的职业声望。     

表现性:文学语言的审美心理机制

表现性是艺术符号的基本特性,表现性形式的生成与接受都会烙上审美者的心理活动印迹。作为审美符号的文学语言,它与读者审美心理之间有着相互制约的关系。从格式塔心理学美学看,审美心理对文学语言的影响主要有三个方面:完形效应对审美意义的传递,简化原则对味外之旨的营造,异质同形对情感体验的表现。     

流体流法分析图像/话音综合性能的解析解

图像/话音统计复用是用于宽带综合业务数字网的异步转移模式(ATM)的一个重要课题.讨论了用流体流法获得的统计复用排队方程的求解.采用二维变换法求出了特征矩阵所对应的特征根和特征向量的解析解,接着导出了排队的幸存函数和其它统计特征参数.文中的分析得到了数值计算法并被计算机模拟所证实.
