阿拉伯语被动语态的文化解析

阿拉伯语使用被动语态的频率相对其他语言较高。本文试从文化的视角对这种现象进行解析，从中认识阿拉伯语语法所显示的阿拉伯-伊斯兰文化元素，即阿拉伯语语法不仅反映出阿拉伯人受到的希腊哲学思维方式影响，也反映出伊斯兰教信仰及由此产生的认知世界方式对阿拉伯人恩维的影响。     

英汉语句型结构的差异及其对写作教学的指导意义

大学生英语写作中的问题很多,其中不少问题的根源在于不够了解英文的表达习惯及其与汉语的差异.本文从词汇-语法体现形式差异、语序差异、语态分布差异3个方面,分析了英汉语句型结构的异同,以辅助英语写作教学.

Leader–member exchange and organizational dehumanization: The role of supervisor’s organizational embodiment

This research examined the negative relationship between leader–member exchange (LMX) and organizational dehumanization (i.e., employees’ perceptions that their organization treats them like tools), and specifically the consequences of this LMX–dehumanization relationship on employees’ emotional exhaustion, affective commitment, and voice behaviors. Further, given that supervisors act as representatives of the organization, we argued that these relationships would be stronger for employees identifying their supervisor with the organization (i.e., high supervisor’s organizational embodiment). Across two samples, results showed that high-quality LMX was negatively associated with organizational dehumanization. Further, organizational dehumanization was found to mediate the relationships between LMX and outcomes (i.e., emotional exhaustion, affective commitment, and voice behaviors). Finally, the mediation model was moderated by supervisor’s organizational embodiment. More specifically, the negative effects of LMX on organizational dehumanization and its subsequent outcomes were stronger when leaders were perceived as sharing many characteristics with their organization. This research expands the recent and scarce knowledge on the determinants, boundary conditions and outcomes of organizational dehumanization. Our findings suggest that interpersonal relationships at work and, in particular, very common supervisor-related perceptions should be considered when examining organizational dehumanization.     

Critical mass and voice: Board gender diversity and financial reporting quality

Based on the notion that a diverse board takes a more balanced perspective and pays greater attention to financial reporting oversight, this paper examines the association between board gender diversity and financial reporting quality. Specifically, we study the enablers that allow women to add value to the monitoring activities in the context of limited affirmative actions to promote women on boards. We provide evidence that increased share of women on boards is associated with improved financial reporting quality proxied by reporting timeliness, earnings management, and auditor opinions. We find that in companies that do not have a sufficient number of women on boards, the critical mass effect can be replaced by the “voice” effect, i.e., it is still possible to improve financial reporting quality by having a woman chair the board.     

从《诗言志说》到《诗言志》——朱自清“诗言志”研究“重写”的学术史考察

《诗言志说》是朱自清中国文学批评研究的初期成果,1944年他“重写”此篇为《诗言志》。《诗言志》除补充新证而增大篇幅外,有两处术语的改动值得关注:“意念”的术语凝定,这是借鉴西方“新批评”文艺学观念的结果;术语“缘情”取代早期的“抒情”,体现了中国学术研究本体化的追求。“诗言志”研究在抗战中相隔七年的“重写”,反映了朱自清文学批评研究的学术历程,也体现了中国文学批评研究的现代转型。

双重语言暴力下诗性的敞开——阿库乌雾诗歌中话语功能的行使及现代意义

彝汉双语诗人阿库乌雾的生存个体话语诉说功能一＂出场＂,就不仅遭受着现代汉语强度削弱、挤压、排斥与整训,也正与现代汉语一起经受着全球化、规范化、工业化,标准化等权利＂发展＂语言的规训,是一种双重甚至多重＂语言暴力＂。面对这一尴尬处境,诗人通过诗性思维的出场来行使话语功能,在日益失语的处境中进行话语权追寻、把捉,从而实现民族性的超越,语言的超越。以极具代表性的＂第一母语＂的遭遇来昭示着汉语的命运发展,可以为当代汉语生存体系树立一个明确的参照坐标,起到警示性的作用,进而修复主体追逐物化利益中所丧失掉的诗性语言,为实现＂诗意地栖居＂提供可能。     

Sequential estimation of the sum of sinusoidal model parameters

Estimating the parameters of the sum of a sinusoidal model in presence of additive noise is a classical problem. It is well known to be a difficult problem when the two adjacent frequencies are not well separated or when the number of components is very large. In this paper we propose a simple sequential procedure to estimate the unknown frequencies and amplitudes of the sinusoidal signals. It is observed that if there are p components in the signal then at the k  th (k?p)$(k?p)$ stage our procedure produces strongly consistent estimators of the k   dominant sinusoids. For k>p$k>p$, the amplitude estimators converge to zero almost surely. Asymptotic distribution of the proposed estimators is also established and it is observed that it coincides with the asymptotic distribution of the least squares estimators. Numerical simulations are performed to observe the performance of the proposed estimators for different sample sizes and for different models. One ECG data and one synthesized data are analyzed for illustrative purpose.
