二板市场“做市商”制度浅析——兼论中国二板市场的建设

二板市场的“做市商”制度是现代二板市场的显著特点。本文分析了二板市场与主板市场相区别的效率和风险特征,并在此基础上,分析了中国开辟二板市场的必要性以及现阶段应如何为建立二板市场创造条件。     

A score test for overdispersion in Poisson regression based on the generalized Poisson-2 model

Overdispersion is a common phenomenon in Poisson modeling. The generalized Poisson (GP) regression model accommodates both overdispersion and underdispersion in count data modeling, and is an increasingly popular platform for modeling overdispersed count data. The Poisson model is one of the special cases in the collection of models which may be specified by GP regression. Thus, we may derive a test of overdispersion which compares the equi-dispersion Poisson model within the context of the more general GP regression model. The score test has an advantage over the likelihood ratio test (LRT) and over the Wald test in that the score test only requires that the parameter of interest be estimated under the null hypothesis (the Poisson model). Herein, we propose a score test for overdispersion based on the GP model (specifically the GP-2 model) and compare the power of the test with the LRT and Wald tests. A simulation study indicates the proposed score test based on asymptotic standard normal distribution is more appropriate in practical applications.     

《瀛寰志略》与《海国图志》之比较

在1840年到1861年之间中国人写成的22种有关介绍世界历史地理的书籍中,影响最大的是魏源的《海国图志》和徐继畲的《瀛寰志略》。就两书的比较而言,写作动机的不同决定了内容的不同取舍,而内容的不同取舍又决定了两书的不同特点,即《海国图志》以博见长,《瀛寰志略》以精取胜。但无论是《海国图志》的以博见长,还是《瀛寰志略》的以精取胜,实际上都有它们的合理性,也都实现了自己的写作宗旨和目的。我们很难笼统地在它们之间分出谁优谁劣。作为中国最早“睁眼看世界”的历史地理书,《海国图志》和《瀛寰志略》中对世界大势作了比较全面的介绍,它们的介绍具有较为全面,重点突出,新知识、旧观念这样三个特点。除它们所共同具有的这些特点外,在“睁眼看世界”方面,《瀛寰志略》有三点要优胜于《海国图志》：一是对传统的华夷观念的突破;二是对西方民主制度的介绍;三是对工商业在整个国民经济中重要地位的认识。如果说《瀛寰志略》之优长在“睁眼看世界”的话,那么,《海国图志》之优长则在提出了“师夷长技以制夷”的主张。所谓“师夷长技以制夷”,用今天的话说,就是学习西方列强的长处,用来抵御西方列强的侵略。鸦片战争后“师夷长技”亦即学习西方成了时代的主题或历史潮流,《瀛寰志略》通过对世界大势较为全面系统的介绍,使国人对西方有所了解和认识,从而为他们提供了产生向西方学习之要求的可能性,但《瀛寰志略》本身并没有包含向西方学习的内容;而《海国图志》提出的“师夷长技”的主张则开启了近代学习西方的新潮流。这一新潮流曾支配晚清社会和思想界达数十年之久。     

农村50岁以上独生子女父母养老经济能力分析——基于南京市高淳县的195份问卷调查

对南京市高淳县农村的195份抽样调查显示,目前50岁以上农村独生子女父母日常生活的经济来源,主要是靠自己劳动,其次是子女的支持,而社会保障仅起到辅助作用;他们大多数无固定收入,半数以上经济收入低于或接近最低生活保障线,对经济收入满意度较差;近七成人不同程度地感觉经济比较窘困。关注这些曾经为我国人口控制作出突出贡献的家庭养老问题,是构建公平正义、和谐社会的应有之义。     

Tax compliance depends on voice of taxpayers

Reducing the social distance between taxpayers and tax authorities boosts taxpayers’ acceptance of tax load and tax compliance. In the present experiment participants had the opportunity to pay their tax due either as one single compliance decision or as separate compliance decisions for each type of requested contribution (coined voice on contributions). In addition, contributions were either distributed according to a fixed scheme exogenously chosen, or participants had the possibility to change the distribution pattern (coined voice on distribution). Furthermore information about participants’ contributions was either clearly related to the tax context or related to government public expenditures (coined context). Besides analyzing the effect of voice and context on compliance, order of tax payments was controlled for in the analyses. Results show that having voice on tax contributions and on tax distribution leads to higher compliance. Moreover, compliance was higher in the context avoiding tax framing.

Although robust theories of radio, television, cinema, journalism, and other areas of mass media already exist, the social media sphere has received relatively little original theorizing. Modeled after Berger and Calabrese’s (1975) seminal “axioms of human communication” article, this essay takes stock of the existing research on social media, and uses the same approach to theorizing about social media, advancing 7 axioms and 21 theorems, and exploring how the propositions chronicled can be used to build social media theory and improve public relations practice.

Tracing Luce Irigaray's notion of love (to) through the sense of recognition that appears in Hegel's discussion of confession, it argues that the middle voice of love expresses and performs an interest in both intersubjective understanding and open-ended play. Against the law, the felicity of love (to) marks the potential to make history and constitute desire with an Other. It may appear when human identity is set into relation with the productive negativity of its perversion.
