员工合理化建议的多层次分析:来自本土连锁超市的证据

知识经济时代,员工的价值不仅体现在他们所拥有的劳动力上,而且还在于他们能够贡献具有创新性的观点和想法.企业合理化建议活动在我国有着良好的传统,但效果却不那么令人满意.基于这种背景,本研究提出了一个多层次的模型来讨论如何为管理合理化建议活动创造支持性的组织环境.以一家大型连锁超市为样本,本研究发现,主动性个性特征与员工建议行为正向相关,而变革型领导方式有助于促进企业合理化建议活动的整体水平.个体因素与环境变量交互影响员工的行为,建议行为对员工创新性绩效有着积极的影响.本研究不仅有助于弥补目前研究中的不足,而且也有利于说明如何有效发挥员工的主观能动性,积极为企业献计献策,从而使企业能够真正将员工作为不可替代的资源进行开发.     

退出、呼吁与地方公共事务治理：一个分析性框架的建构

改革开放以来,中国在经济建设上取得巨大的成绩,却在公共事务领域遇到诸多治理难题。对此,经济学家常常依托“用脚投票”机制,在地方政府竞争框架下展开解读;而政治学家和社会学家则依托“用手投票”机制,强调政治社会过程中的各种力量及其作用机制。借助赫希曼的“退出-呼吁”理论,本文构建了一个融合这两种机制的理论模型,以图捕捉其作用的条件。基于该模型,进一步把地方公共事务治理视为一个社会各部门共同参与、联合生产的过程,详细剖析了“用手投票”机制发挥作用的三条机理路径。基于面板数据,本文还以因特网普及率作为“用手投票”能力的代理变量,对呼吁机制在约束地方政府腐败行为方面的作用进行了初步检验。研究结果表明,理解中国故事需要同时考虑退出和呼吁机制,相关制度设计应维持两者的平衡。     

Voice and Cure: The Significance of Voice in Repairing Early Patterns of Disregulation

This paper illustrates the value of the analyst’s awareness of the importance of her voice with its various intonations in the telephone treatment of a patient with early infant/mother attachment patterns of disregulation. The authors describe the significance of a particular kind of pervasive verbal intrusion by the patient’s mother and how through the use of voice pattern, tone, and rhythm in an extended period of telephone therapy, the patient was able to solidify a more secure attachment. Finally, the authors demonstrate how the verbal music in the analyst/patient and the mother/child dyads enhances self and interactive regulation.

Exit, Voice and Quality in the English Education Sector

The use of choice as a mechanism to improve public service delivery is now well established in the UK. Current policy discourse additionally considers voice as a further, complementary, user-driven mechanism. In this article I scrutinize the assumption that choice (exit) and voice complement each other in creating user-driven incentives to increase quality for all consumers in the context of education. I do this by going back to Hirschman's thesis on 'Exit, Voice and Loyalty', focusing in particular on the definitions of quality put forward by him. I apply his analysis to the English education sector and show that, while the current policy discourse evokes the language of Hirschman, it doesn't follow through on the actual implications of his analysis. In particular, I argue that in the current system, choice and voice may complement each other for only a subset of consumers.

运用两阶段固定效应法,本文估计了中国三大语音通信市场的常弹性Marshall需求函数,结果显示：三大语音通信市场的需求都是无价格弹性的,固定本地电话对固定长途电话市场的需求具有互补效应,对移动电话市场的需求具有替代效应;固定长途电话对移动电话市场的需求具有互补效应。三大语音通信市场中,只有固定本地电话市场具有显著的需求收入效应,固定电话用户对固定本地电话市场的需求具有促进作用,对移动地电话市场的需求具有抑制作用,而移动电话用户对移动电话市场和固定长途电话市场的需求皆有促进作用。研究表明,随着时间的推移,人们的消费时尚正在向移动通信方式转变

An authenticity matrix for community engagement

Community engagement (CE), a key area of theory and practice in public relations, has two functions: first, to maintain and enhance relationships between organizations and diverse community groups in complex settings; and second, to give voice to these groups in addressing socially-situated problems. Implicit within these functions is CE’s ability to connect organizations with a selection of stakeholder voices that represent community perspectives on a given topic. It is the claimed representational nature of these voices that gives legitimacy to the processes and outcomes of CE. The role of public relations practitioners in CE is therefore to identify and involve voices that are authentic—that is, those that truthfully represent the extent and diversity of community sentiment. Such voices include those that are quiet or silent, even though they have a contribution to make. This study uses in-depth interviews with current practitioners to explore voice and authenticity in CE, and identifies four dimensions of CE in practice. These dimensions extend CE theory, particularly in public relations, by addressing the under-considered yet central role of authenticity in CE. The paper also draws on the dimensions to develop an Authenticity Matrix that allows CE practitioners to assess and critique their past and current CE projects. The Authenticity Matrix also provides guidance to public relations practitioners seeking to enhance the conditions for achieving authenticity in CE practice.     

团队成员目标取向与建言行为的关系:一个跨层分析

研究以国内某大型企业集团27个营销团队共201名团队成员为研究对象,采用多水平研究方法,通过构建多层数据模型(HLM),以自我激励和个体-情景互动理论为框架对团队成员个体目标导向、团队氛围和员工建言行为的关系进行了探讨.研究发现目标导向不同的个体,其建言行为也有差异,相对于发展导向,表现导向的个体更多地卷入建言行为.团队心理安全感不仅对员工建言行为有直接显著影响,而且在个体目标导向(表现导向)与建言行为的关系中有正向的跨层调节效应:团队心理安全感越高,表现导向的个体越倾向于建言行为,团队心理安全感越低,表现导向与建言行为的关系越不明显.团队氛围对于其他目标导向与建言行为关系的跨层调节效果不显著.

莫里森的三重＂他者＂身份,使得她的叙事在正式场合＂难以言说＂。在《宠儿》文本中,作家在八个＂文化代码＂中巧妙地植入＂双重声音叙事结构＂,于是,黑人、白人读者通过对代码的破译,都从其中解读出自己期待的＂文化信息＂。在白人、黑人读者的阅读和评论中,《宠儿》里的沉默得到不断的＂言说＂。就这样,莫里森巧妙地在《宠儿》文本中开拓了种族＂言说＂的通道。
